Location is perfect 10 min walk to Umeda and Osaka Station. Close enough to transport and shopping but far enough to escape crowd. Room was very comfortable. Personel and service was skilled, organized and helpful. Good price for this level of service. If we visit Osaka again, we would like to stay here Our stay only included room so did not had any chance to try other services and facilities.

This is a beautiful hotel in a nice location. It is close to the train and bus station which originally I was unsure of, but in the end found it to be perfect. Osaka is very busy and some locations are packed. Staying in one of the packed locations (ie. by the river) would be very noises and congested. This provided great access to the train and is beautiful. The staff are beyond accommodating.

Good location, large rooms, friendly staff The gym wasn’t part of the hotel. HAD TO PAY SEPARATE ! Then we had all the faff with tattoo cover up. Breakfast was set menu order service, not buffet so ended up having same thing every day !

Best property ever!!! Absolutely stunning and the decor was beautiful. So many restaurants on site. The room was gorgeous and we had such an amazing view. The staff was outstanding !!! The best part was how attentive and kind everyone was. They were all willing to help us with anything. We shipped out luggage ahead of time to Tokyo and they were so helpful. The process was smooth and easy. Nothing !!!

Incredible service, location, view, and facilities. They have excellent restaurants directly in the building as well. The only I can think of that could use improvement would be the pillows which are far too soft. They do provide a harder pillow to place underneath the soft one but, it is a bit of a clunky solution.

We loved this hotel - the huge room, the views, the amenities, the friendly staff. The location is excellent too - very central and just a short walk from a few metro stations. We opted for a Club Superior Suite with Lounge Access, and the room was more than spacious enough for a family of 4. We also really enjoyed the lounge. While the choice was a bit limited, the continental breakfast offered at the lounge was more than sufficient for us. For an extra fee, you can also opt for a full breakfast at the restaurant or order to your room - we didn't use any of the paid options. Afternoon/evening offerings at the lounge were nice too - good enough for a quick, small snack/drink in between. Our room had a coffee machine, a water boiler, a tea set, cookies, and even minibar drinks included. Pajamas, bathrobes, slippers, and other amenities are provided as well. In other words, you find everything you need, and it feels like a truly luxurious stay. We'd definitely stay here again. We liked everything :)

Good location, near train stations, shopping, less busy area of town. Staff was very formal, but kind. A good place to stay if you are looking for an elegant, upscale feel. As mentioned in other reviews, the gym costs an additional $33 per day for non club level rooms. Also, the furniture is starting to show its age. The on site restaurants are quite expensive. It was challenging to communicate in English with the staff. They are very kind and professional. There is not a lounge or common space to gather, so the overall feel of the hotel is a less welcoming than other places we have stayed.
