Bed was quite hard to lie on, especially the pillow. It felt like like laying on pits. It wasn't a super convenient place, you're not able to choose out many tea options. I would stay her for the 2 nights I did, but not for a few days longer

I stayed for one night only, but I really liked the location, very central in the Umeda area, yet surprisingly quiet. Despite being close to major stations and busy streets, the hotel was calm and not noisy at all. Overall, a comfortable stay.

The location was great as it was near the railway stations so lots of choices to connect across Osaka. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. I also like the availability of coffee or tea to be brewed in your room. It was a help yourself arrangement which was nice. There were also lots of eateries within easy walking distance. Two things I didn't like. 1. When checking in, the person behind the desk takes a copy of your passport then to officially checkin, you checkin through a kiosk arrangement. This seems really stupid. Checking out I can see the benefit. 2. The room was really small which made it really cramped once I opened my suitcase.

Location and price. Air conditioning running without key. WiFi connection was bad. Check out at 10am seems early.

friendll staff, the location was pretty fine the give me a room near the air conditioners (the mashines outside on the roofs) was pretty loud all night.

Being able to do laundry and the neighborhood was very quiet. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. I believe everything worked out just fine.

The facilities were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the little extras were good The only thing I can think of is I wish there was a second pillow

Breakfast as an extra payment was worth it with friendly restaurant staff. The men at reception seemed to lack true customer service and came across odd. Bed was super hard and I had problems with my back after the second night sleeping there (stayed 5 nights total). Very hard to move around the room and bathroom and it was just me with my 6yo and we are both skinny.

Everyone was friendly and the cleaner was very helpful as I accidently booked a smoker room and he provided me with airfresher. The room was always immaculate after the cleaner had left. The location is good and the hotel was clean. The rooms are small, though I did not mind as I only went there to sleep.

Overall hotel was great and location was perfect! The only issue we had was with the thermostat and AC. The room temperature was always very hot and our AC unit would not stay on for longer than 15 minutes. Other than that we had a great stay and were very happy with the hotel. Thank you!

The toilet smells like old urine. I asked for extra pillow as I cannot sleep with my head flat on bed. The front desk said flatly that they don't have spare pillows. No emotions, no empathy. Very cold towards the guests. However, the bed sheets are smooth and very comfy. The front desk staff could at least improve the way they communicate.

The location is very nice to catch metro station Nakatsuka exit 4 just 3min walking distance . As an Asian I found Indian restaurant Himalaya also close to 5min walking distance . Lawson & drug store just close to the hotel at only a few steps . Shopping mall Daimeru also 10 5min walking distance from the hotel .
