It was very near restaurants, malls, stations, and the airport limousine bus going to the airport.

The location was excellent. You can easily get anywhere. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is about average. I stayed for 3 nights and experienced no discomfort at all. It would be helpful to know the exact location of the hote from Umeda Station, but it is a bit difficult to find on Google Maps. I used to get off at Nakatsu Station and walk to the hotel.

location is good. airport bus stop is in walking distance, many restaurants surrounding as well as shopping area. room size quite small. I booked twin bed room which is same size as dbl bed room ... no space for even middle size (24 inch.) luggage

The location is good. Very close to airport shuttle bus and shopping malls. The room is quite small.

Location Room temperature was very warm. I called the front desk and they told me to open a window.

Room : enough facility; Refrigerator, TV Location : comfortable near center transportation. Breakfast : Good taste, have various of food to select. Room : Small area space, I have big luggage, which can't lay in floor. I must place it in front of toilet's door. Toilet in room : The door very near toilet equipment.

The hotel is very close to the Osaka station etc. and convenient. It's easy to find, staff was helpful, and surrounded by eateries (mostly bars). The room is small.

I stay in this hotel for the third time, just like last time , I requested for a room facing the Railway tracks so I could take photos and videos of Hankyu Railway, I was given a room with really good view, even better than last time. The room is small but that is typical in Japan, but the location is excellent. The hotel is old so no matter what it is not as new as the latest hotel but it is the cheapest and location is great. So the price is reasonable. Just an old hotel, I think it is about time for the hotel to do a room renovation. But nothing more.

Room is clean but a bit small. Location is good, surrounded by restaurants, shops within few mins. walk. 5 mins walk to Osaka-Umeda and 15 mins walk to JR. Big "Yodobashi" building on the way to JR that have everything you need. Car park for the hotel. If you drive, you have to used the car park near the hotel 3,000 yen/night (there are area in front of the hotel but belong to another car park company.
