Located within minutes of Ontario airport, across street is Costco and Costco fuel center which was great for refueling rental car. Room was spacious, microwave and fridge, coffee maker. Sofa sleeper and room divider desk were great for lounging and eating or working if needed. Room and hotel itself were very clean and got excellent sleep due to comfort of bed.

The main thing i was looking for when booking my hotel was to make sure that the property had a hot tub.There was no notice of the hot tub being down for this facility when I booked.So I was very disappointed to find when we went down to get in that it was broken. I talked to the front desk and expressed if I could get some type of comp for the disappointment, and they told me, because I booked through a third party.They cannot do anything

We didn’t have our room cleaned the entire time we were there. It would have been nice to have it at least once or twice. Otherwise breakfast was good, location was great, staff was friendly and helpful.
