La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ontario Airport

When we arrived at the airport we called for the shuttle & it arrived right away. When we checked in we were given a room even though it was before check in time. The room was very nice & quiet. The pool area was very pleasant. Would recommend this hotel.

This is hands down the best hotel in the inland empire period!

My grandsons and I enjoyed our stay very much . The staff was very helpful and professional.

We have stayed here so many times before and never once been advised if a pet deposit! We did not even arrive until after midnight and the guy was kind of rude about a 100 pet fee. Again news to me. What I do like here is they have a nice breakfast and tons of rooms and it is a lovely clean hotel. Some of the rooms we have had are a little worn out but for the most part! Most La Quintas are a safe good clean hotel and this one is included in that !!

The staff were friendly and helpful! The first room I had smelled terrible, like a combination of fish and chips wrappers and diaper pail. Most of the gym equipment didn’t work and the room smelled dirty and musty. The pool was also closed down. Finally, the free breakfast was underwhelming.

Over all good, the only thing I don’t like about it is that people with dogs leave them in the room for a long long time, I hate when people do that poor animals, maybe the property should change policy and ask them not to leave the poor doggies by then selfs, because people like me will get worried, I couldn’t sleep thinking… do they have water? Do they need to go outside are they hungry? That’s not good

Free shuttle and breakfast The room door wont close outside. The card is working but I can still open it. Good thing no one went it and took my stuff. Also, when I extended the stay and pay the extra night. The reception didn’t update the system and suddenly they just banging my door twice and tried to kick me out.

It was definitely an alright/okay stay, if you’re in a rush and just strictly to sleep. The bathroom tub was black and definitely not cleaned the toilet had stains.

Close to the airport, Drivable to shopping and restaurants. Room was comfortable. We did not have time for breakfast. We always state at this hotel when we are in the area.

We like the proximity of this hotel to the airport. Easy car rental return. Rooms are clean but showing signs of needed renovations. It is in the 80’s/90’s architecture. We liked the amenities in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Coffee maker available in the room but no refrigerator or microwave. Breakfast items were average. Liked the coffee.

My son and I stayed 1 night (baseball tournament) and everything was great except the cleanliness of the shower and the door on the refrigerator literally fell off in my hand. Having said that, we would stay there again with some requests

The second floor smelled like mold or mildew. Looks like someone threw up all down the hallway. The room smelled musty. The towels and bed linen smelled like dust. The shower had some molded areas, the containers had mold, the soap dish looked like it was plastered on, and the tub stopper was completely off. Very sad how everything looked and smelled from my last visit to now.

Very disappointed, even for La Quinta this property was not well maintained. First of all both the pool and spa were closed, and that was the main reason why I got this hotel. After I complained the property removed the pool from their amenities list but I had already paid. Plus, I found out the pool has been closed for over a month. Also, the room was dirty and the elevator broke. Ridiculous, they should not charge full prices for a horrible less thab Motel 6 experience.

The first room I checked into smelled of vomit; the second room was on a floor where people were smoking in the hallways (not just cigarettes); the third room was next to a room that seemed to be occupied by people who were living there. The ice maker had black things in the ice; the pool was closed; the breakfast was not edible; the police came to the property multiple times; there were people sleeping on the couches/chairs inside of the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times when going to a Reign game and it seems to have turned into a Hostel not a Hotel.

Unfortunately, no improvements have been made. The bottles of shampoo, lotions, body wash have never been locked in and I'm concerned that prior lodgers can put anything in the easily accessible bottles. Having been in the restaurant business many years, you'd be mortified as to what people will do. My biggest concern was the smoke alarm missing in the hallway and the all night beeping of another fire alarm all night (possibly expired battery). I tried to get assistance from the morning maid, but she could only respond "no problem" in English. Needless to say, we're done staying there. Beds are nice but not worth the potential risk of not being notified with a smoke/carbon monoxide alarm. I expect safety first!!!

The lead chef did an awesome job and was always available to help. The food was hot and good. The second chef had trouble keeping up. The pool closed down after the first day. The entire property is a little dingy, but not objectionable. The location is good and close to the airport.

I found a roach in my room and was moved to a room on a different floor. I would’ve left the hotel but I had already paid for the second night and they wouldn’t refund my money. I will not be staying here again.

Everything looked pretty dirty. Carpets had lots of debris and stains. Didn’t look like they had had a decent vacuuming in awhile. Tub in the bathroom was gross. Chipped paint, stains, some hair. Definitely kept my feet covered the whole time I was there.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel does need some cosmetic upgrades but the staff was awesome. There were alot of guests there this past weekend but we love the convenience of the location which is a major plus. Will be coming back in September. Thank you

The elevator is super slow and inconsistent. The TV is small and the wifi sucks

But—brace yourself—on that top floor, it was like a Bob Marley tribute concert—think potent, unapologetic weed vibes. I half expected a drum circle to pop up. Thankfully, once the incense of nostalgia wore off, things got quiet—like library-quiet. Just be warned, though, breakfast downstairs was a bit of a safari—some, let’s say, colorful characters. In short, a quirky stay—classy service, with a dash of chaos on top.

Stayed here with a couple friends for the night after Hamburger Mary’s. It was clean and had ample amount of space to fit comfortably. Could be cleaned a bit better, but it was fine enough to stay the night.

Never again am i coming to this hotel. The shower head was broken, there was booger and blood stains everywhere, and the whole room smelled like pee. Not only that there was so much noise outside my room that i could barely sleep.

I’m originally from the area but I live in Utah now and I’ve never stayed here. It was my first time and it was just an overnight quick stay but the front desk staff was helpful and their rate was cheap as well as their pet fee. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Room was clean and big enough for myself, kids and 2 dogs. Will definitely stay here again.

Elevator is gross, tried to send me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, a big group of kids were staying there and their chaperones were NOT doing their job, kept me up all hours of the night making noise. No one was at the front desk at 4am to get a transfer to the airport, had to call out and just wait for someone to come up front. Bathtub floor had a cover over it, was too scared to lift it up to look under it.

I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The manager here does not take the time to talk to his employees to find out what has been going on before he gets there. This man treated me like a thief. This man treated me like a liar, then proceeded to threaten me by calling the police because he said I was trying not to leave when that was not the case. . A few hours prior to his arrival I had asked the front desk for a late checkout so I could put myself together and then go downstairs to pay for us to stay another night.. my family and I are in the middle of turmoil. We have a loved one that we just put on hospice so this night we were not expecting to stay anywhere, but we found a room here and I regret every moment of it the lack of consideration and empathy. from their manager will not go on punished.. I have been in customer service in hospitality for 20 years and I never ever would treat someone this way. I do expect some sort of compensation for this and I am demanding for refund for my stay here

I stay here often, Staff is always accommodating and parking lot is lit up very well and I always feel safe. La Quinta has done upgrades and remodeling over the years but should have done the bath/showers during bathroom remodel, they shouldn't have skimped!! Showers old and stained.

I give this hotel a three star mainly due to close proximity to the airport in Ontario. The fact that it provides 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport and if you stay at the hotel for 14 days, you can park your free of charge instead of parking at the airport. However, my particular room did not smell like it was clean and honestly, it appeared that someone had smoked in there and never aired out so I was highly disappointed.

We arrived pretty late to check in and the staff was very friendly and we even got upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise after a long drive. The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious!

As a family with a special needs,we asked for another room. Our room was dirty. The drawers was with hairs and junk.

Shuttle wasn’t working upon arrival but front desk immediately arranged a ride share to transport us to the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was good too!

Yes our room was definitely neglected because it smelled like cigarettes so we had to move rooms then we had a dirty toilet in new room so it was extremely inconvenient and I didn’t have time to change rooms do the third time.

To make matters worse, the toilet/bathtub was clogged, and both my wife and I had to stand in backed-up bath water. I reported this issue to the front desk, but no one followed up or resolved it during our stay. The front desk staff, particularly some of the younger female staff members, were unprofessional in their demeanor and response. The lack of urgency and customer service was very noticeable. I chose this hotel based on Expedia’s recommendation, but based on my experience, I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others. Basic housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service standards were not met.

Carpets on floor should be cleaned. Bathroom in room needs to be cleaned. As there are moldy areas in the corner of bathtub. Also double beds are not comfortable. Need queen but not available

Friendly staff.

Overall a good experience. Only two things I can point out for improvement this stay. 1. Volume on the TVs were not adjustable in our room. 2. The outside LED lighting was shining directly in our window and the curtains could not completely block it out.

The entire property is immaculate inside and out. We booked a stay for a concert. Our room was spacious, quiet and immaculate. The free breakfast had a good variety of items to suit our tastes. And we were grateful for the free parking at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. We definitely recommend this location highly.

The room was great, and we like La Quinta because they allow pets to stay as well (for a fee). It was close to where we needed to be the next day and our 2nd time staying there. It's a great hotel; clean; has all the amenities we need.

I was checked into a room that was ALREADY OCCUPIED. I was VERY EMBARRASSED 😳 the key worked and I walked in on the occupants. U can hear through the walls and the hallways VERY LOUD. Restroom tub paint is peeling bad restroom door did not shut AT ALL the Handel is broken

This place was beautiful, it was very clean. We booked an accessible room and the bathroom and room were very spacious. Their breakfast options were very good. We flew in for a family event, will definitely be staying here again.

Was told twice over the phone that my daughter could check in as long as her name was on the reservation. She got there and could not. The room was large, which was good. I've never stayed in a hotel (from 2 stars to 5 stars) that had no fridge. Our stay was 5 nights so this was very inconvenient.

Check in was easy. The room’s tv didn’t work, had no internet I called and they nonchalantly said the internet was down And they don’t know when it will be back working. I asked how long has it not been working And they said I don’t know. Found it strange. Then the tv doesn’t work unless the switch from wall is on but then it means the lights have to be on. She said yeah that’s an electrical thing we have issues with in some rooms I asked well can you move me to one the light don’t have to be on for me to watch tv at night and she said we don’t know the rooms that don’t. Over all they down play room issues. Almost felt like “ oh well to bad”

Location is perfect. I am a runner and running at 4 in the morning was safe and easy to navigate. Hotel pool was clean as was the hot tub. Parking is free. Didn't use the shuttle but is available. Very close to shopping and freeway as well as the Toyota Arena. Rooms have plenty of power/USB (including on the microwave). Plenty of towels, (and was told by my wife the make-up remover towel is awesome and should be standard everywhere) Breakfast and coffee were both good and the area for eating is spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable and room was clean. Plenty of lighting in the room and turned on in different areas (i.e. it didn't light up the room with one switch) Not a negative but somewhat weird is the bed is turned toward window instead of tv but I'm not an in-bed TV watcher, so didn't affect me. (Room 602). Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Great place to stay and is my go-to when I am in the area.

The desk Clerk was friendly, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. However, the property is old and dated, the tub was peeling and didn't seem clean, the elevator is in a corner and I didn't feel safe. given the condition of the property, it was way over priced. This should be a $90/night property, not $145.

The room was very filthy. Towels were rolled up that look to have been used with hair all over them. Sheets also had balls of hair in them. Sink and tub were dirty. Candy wrappers were left in the bathroom. Staff was very easy to work with, however, with the lack of cleanliness, i do not believe id stay here again.

Here's a best kept secret - just 5 minutes away from Ontario Airport, inexpensive, quiet and convenient. Room was large, on the top floor - very comfortable. Staff was nice, breakfast a nice little surprise as I ran out the door for a flight at 6 am.

The hotel offers breakfast, simple, did not have any since I had a 6am flight. The room was pleasant and quite big Refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee machine with pods. Nice TV. The lobby has coffee. Free shuttle to the airport and you can leave your car there to up to 10 days for free. This is an office park area so did not see any restaurants nearby. abot 2.3 miles to Ontario airport.

The staff were friendly, and I appreciate the fact that I can get a shuttle to the airport and leave my car there free of charge while I travel out of state. However the rooms are not in great shape. We had a sink that struggled to drain and when I used the shower, the bathroom floor began to flood immediately. Could not tell where the leak was coming from, but it was a bad one.

Breakfast was ok. Definitely expected more like the other la quintas ive stayed at. Our tv kept going on and off, went to check the wires and there was a cockroach behind the tv. If theres one, theres more. Gave me the creeps. Tv kept shutting on and off all night. Couldnt even unplug it. The bath tub was chipping paint.

I was initially excited about relaxing in a bath, but the bathtub had visible cracks in the lining, which seemed unsafe. I opted for a shower instead, only to discover afterward that water had leaked all over the floor — a clear maintenance issue. I called to report it right away, but no one ever came to address the problem. More than 24 hours later, I still hadn’t received clean towels or any update on the maintenance request. When I finally spoke with management to express my frustration and request a refund, they were dismissive and rude. Instead of resolving the issue, they came to my door, checked me out of the room, and told me to leave — claiming I’d receive a refund that still hasn’t been issued. The overall experience was extremely poor. The area felt unsafe, especially for a woman traveling alone, and the property’s age and lack of upkeep only made that worse. I would not recommend this location, particularly for families or solo travelers.

Liked how it was close to airport. We were able to check in a little early which was nice since we arrived early.

My husband and I went down to get our breakfast and I usually have bagels but at 8am they were out of cream cheese. Other then that, our stay was an overnighter and room was comfortable.

The hotel was close to the Toyota Area. The pool was dirty tiles have not been scrub and debris in the water. Tables and chair are not cleaned. Inconvenient not having vending machines instead you have a little market next to the front desk and you have to wait in line as if you were checking in or out. No ice machine on my floor. The desk outlets were not working. Small bathroom.

In the three nights I stayed at the hotel, neither my shgets or towels were changed. I asked the room service to replace my towels and was told that my room was not in the list to be cleaned.

Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was nice and black out curtains really helped. For the price, this was a very spacious and cozy room. Hotel staff were super friendly and courteous. The included breakfast was excellent.

I didn’t like how the bathroom sink had baddddd drainage water wouldn’t go down in the sink until after a while . And when we walked in the room had a sort of funky smell. It was quite thankfully peaceful. But yea just those things and then the WiFi wouldn’t work either .

When we made our reservations, I asked for a wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower. They said they had one once we got there. They did not have a wheelchair accessible room with a roll and shower. The room smelled like urine.

I checked in my room and it smelled like Swisher Sweet and urine. I changed rooms and it was a little better but the toilet did not flush. The toilet was NOT clogged but it would not flush. I had to get the bathroom trash can, fill it with water and then pour it down the toilet for it to flush. My buddy had a room next to our and the sink was clogged in his bathroom. What a disappointment. Overall, the exterior and lobby looked nice but the people staying there looked like they were in a "half way" house or some type of recovery center. I would not stay again. It's too bad because this place has lots of potential.

The room was in ok conditions, it had a weird maple odor that was unpleasant enough to make me buy a room spray. We didnt spend much time in the room to make me look for another place to stay but will not want to return.

I didnt like anything about this. It was not safe as too many people milling in the parking lots/homeless out front on sidewalk; the rooms and carpet were filthy; pets were allowed so dogs barking. I had no idea that this was where I had picked. I would not recommend especially for women

The bathroom floor in the room was lifting up and during the evening/late night, the person at the desk was more interested in watching TV in the common area than paying attention to guests.

The building needs refurbishing. My shower is leaking from the floorboards of the shower. Even though I wiped it up twice, it is still leaking.

The hotel is run down, with an unpleasant smell and outdated, dirty rooms. It’s listed as 4 stars, but that seems to be only because breakfast and parking are included. On my first night, the neighboring guests were extremely loud. Even after calling the front desk, the noise continued. At 2:30 a.m., I was moved from an executive king room to a much worse room with two twin awful beds.Not what I paid for, but I had no choice since my stay was prepaid. The location and staff were good, but overall the property badly needs a complete renovation.

I can always count on La Quinta. My husband and I are truck drivers so we’ve been to a few in other states and have been pleased with them all. Always clean, staff is always so great, and they provide a good warm breakfast. They are definitely our first choice.

Nice stay at this hotel. Water pressure in the shower was good. Air conditioner worked well. Clean. Breakfast was decent with a couple of hot food options (make your own waffle, powdered eggs, sausage). All in all, decent hotel for a decent price.

It's a cheap hotel but it was exactly as expected. The staff were nice, and very good at their jobs. I was there on business and the room had a desk and a desk lamp, and the fridge was big enough for a pizza box.

This is why i come back weekly. You have a representative named Marisa who just has the most warm heart and helps me check in within 2 minutes. Now that is service.

Like last time employees are awesome and less than 3 minutes i had my room.

Toilet backed up every day. King size bed had lump in middle of bed. Offered to move is on the 4th night but we were too busy with events to do it. They said they wanted to replace the toilet after 4th day, bathroom tub in subpar condition, as if repair done by DIY.

Front desk was very helpful. Unfortunately housekeeping never changed our towels on a 3 night stay nor took our trash out. I had to go to the front desk for towels and sat our dirty ones in the hallway. This was not pleasurable.

I left a suit in my room after checking out. Called the same day as was told to call back the next day. I did and was told they could not find it and must have been tossed out. I wont be returning

First, Marisa was amazing like always my check in was less than 2 minutes and i enjoyed her knowing me and getting me a room right away.
