    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. What stood out the most was the staff. Although they appeared to be short-staffed at times, they worked incredibly hard and did everything in their power to accommodate guests and make everyone feel valued. Every employee I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Their positive attitude and dedication did not go unnoticed. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service despite the challenges they may be facing. The only thing that I didn’t like to be honest was the bananas they look like they keep them in the refrigerator and I feel like if that’s the only thing that I can find to complain about they’re doing pretty good

    The room itself was clean, which I definitely appreciated. However, the hotel is in serious need of renovation. The mattress was very worn and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. There were also limited and poorly placed outlets, which made charging devices inconvenient. Overall, the decor felt very old and outdated, and the room didn’t match the standards I expected. With some updates and improvements, this place could be much better.

    The hotel is in an ideal location. Walkable to the rental car location if you don’t want to take the hotel shuttle. The airport shuttle offered by the hotel is super convenient to the terminals. The restaurant inside the hotel has a nice selection of good food. The rooms have a great work area and the rooms are quiet. Enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again.

Called a week before arrival to see if breakfast meats could include something other than pork as we do not eat pork and was told yes other breakfast meats would be available ie turkey bacon or some type of beef obviously that was a lie. Brea embassy suites had a complementary drinks and snacks tray served to the room daily that this location didn’t seem to have any idea of which was a nice touch. In comparison experience was way better at Brea Embassy suites. There was a petite black girl her name was Sierra who checked us in that had a very unwelcoming demeanor. Asked her if she does not smile as part of customer service her reply was she chooses not to, just very short with us when we were trying to make small talk to try to lighten the mood. There was few people behind us who also witnessed this. All in all she almost ruined our entire stay. I checked out a day early and was told that I would not be receiving a refund for that 1 day so we feel like we got robbed.

    Pool was small and over crowded. Pool was cold. Hot tub was nice but small. The hand soap dispenser in room was empty. Bath tub drain was clogged and not draining properly. The rooms are very noisy. You Dan gear people above you and beside you. The beds are less than average as far as comfort goes. The plus to this hotel was it felt safe and the shuttle was convenient to the airport in the morning. Very nice staff but hotel is over priced.

    The day of my booking I called around 9:30 am for early check-in. Right off the bat the receptionist gave me attitude and was extremely rude. They told me they were overbooked so couldn't accept early check-ins. I understand this was an extremely busy weekend so I simply explained that the person I spoke to the day prior suggested I call the morning of. The worker told me " well it's TODAY and there's none". Around 1pm, I got a call from them telling me my reservation was CANCELLED!! They claimed they tried running my card a few times around 9am however they did not call me, nor when I called them initially, they did not let me know. I would have been more that happy to provide another credit card. Plus I called my bank and I had the funds? So either way, again the receptionist was extremely rude, cutting me off constantly, and showing no patience whatsoever. She showed no empathy, nor care. My friends and I came a long way, had no where to go, and had to sleep in our car!!!! I am livid typing this. Do not book, or at least, do not book through a 3rd party app. The workers there do not care about you at all, and could care less if you are stranded. A simple phone call would have cleared this all up! SMH.

    Checked in Friday and driving a few hours at night I was tired with my family check in and get my keys so to the 7 floor with my kids and all our stuff o the surprise of opening our room door another family was their that was just the start go down stairs to tell them and blamed their system been down so they didn’t have a 2 wren bed room and I have a big family I needed that extra room. Next day they gave me a 2 bed room, but I was out of my room at 7;30 for my son soccer tournament was out till 3:30 to get back and have to pack all our stuff to move to the new room and hurrying me up because housekeeping was almost leaving was tired from being at soccer games all day. Then a few boys of the team wanted to gather up and eat after the pool was order pizza wanted to sit together inside as it was cold outside to be told by a rude staff member of the hotel that no outside food and she kept giving us a stare down made us feel so uncomfortable then started telling other guest of the hotel stuff about us made us feel not happy. Bad since the start.

    Our party included eight boys from a soccer club who were simply trying to eat dinner quickly after a long day. From the beginning, Tomee (Tomy) made the situation uncomfortable. She repeatedly glared at our group while we were eating and created an unwelcoming, almost hostile environment. What made it worse was that her attitude seemed to influence other staff members, who then treated us the same way. To add to the frustration, our room keys repeatedly stopped working throughout the stay, which meant multiple trips back to the front desk something you don’t want to deal with when you’re traveling with a group of kids. The most upsetting part was the confusion around where we could eat. One staff member initially told us we could move from the kitchen dining area to the couch/lobby area to eat our outside food, which we did without any issue. Then Tomee came over and abruptly told us we were not allowed to eat outside food anywhere unless we purchased food from the hotel. We explained we were just trying to have the boys eat quickly so we could leave, but she refused to work with us at all. The lack of flexibility, empathy, and basic courtesy was shocking. No guest should ever be made

    Staff was great. We had to reset our air conditioner every 39 minutes. We were asked at 9pm if we’d want to switch rooms. We texted and said we weee unpacked and ready for bed. Unfortunately, we had to keep resetting it through the night because it was extremely hot. My husband texted The, Front Desk or whoever was texting us and said please fix the problem before you give someone else this room. We stay there all the time and it’s just so inconvenient to be asked to come back downstairs when you should just be given a new set of keys and told you can go right to your room or send engineering up to fix it.

    Second, the showers are not properly maintained. I have stayed in many hotels, and this was by far not acceptable. The water was cold, possibly due to AC drainage leaking into the shower tub, which was disgusting. On the last day, the pool area was heavily chlorinated. Back in the room, the office chair was ripped and damaged, and the carpet appeared to need cleaning.

    The air conditioning unit in my room was inoperable. An engineer was dispatched to reset the system, which provided a temporary resolution; however, we experienced discomfort for an extended period due to the system's malfunction. The manager indicated that a complimentary adjustment could not be provided as the reservation was secured through a third-party booking platform. If you frequently utilize third-party booking services, particularly for this location, I would advise you to reconsider, becaue Hilton does not value your patronage as a guest of Hilton properties.

    To me, it was OK. The pool was murky. You couldn’t really see through it, but it was heated, which was great for my kid who loved to swim the room. I had to complaint about the air-conditioning. They don’t give you instructions how it works. Bathroom door did not lock and of course my kid is sleeping on the sofa bed, which was broken or good thing I like about the free breakfast was there somebody was making you fresh eggs, or omelettes besides that everything else was not that great I’ve been to other hotels where you can make your fresh waffles not waffles already made, which got cold and not very good once they’re cold the pancakes were hard as rock. The ones that were already made sitting there but the hotel was clean. I guess besides the pole I’m not sure if I would go back, but my kids did love the heat of pool, which is very hard to find specially like I said my kids love swimming, but I’m not sure if heated pool is supposed to be murky looking I thought it would be able to still see the bottom so I’m not 100% if that was clean or not

    Broken down mattresses, roll to the center of the bed. Very uncomfortable. Broken table- maintenance came and fixed after complaint, issue with the heat (it was rainy and unusually cold), the drain in the shower was slow. The first day they ran out of potatoes and bacon for breakfast. They did substitute mini tator tots.

    Great stay! All staff was very nice, helpful, great attitude and smiles all around. Indoor pool and spa were a bonus as it was raining. The breakfast options were plentiful. Food itself was okay but there was so much to choose from, frome an omelet station to large pastry selection and fresh fruit. I did not use the gym or the laundry facilities, but i was able to peek in and everything looked very clean. Would definitely stay again.

    Room was very nice, but the thing that made us feel best about Embassy Suites was this: we arrived about 8pm with a room already reserved. The parking lot was 100% full because of several large parties underway. The young lady at the desk gave us special permission to park our car near the front door until the parties wrapped up at 10pm. We really appreciated her creativity in finding a solution for a couple of senior citizens. She is a great asset for Embassy Suites!

    -Diapers left by the door of the rooms -it smells the moment you walk in - Carved tagging in the elevator - toilet bow was scratched and had a brown stain -floors were dirty in the elevator -it smelled like cigarettes and sour in the elevator -there was teens just laughing at the guest -halls smelled. - the room had a smell but not as strong as the other areas mentioned. I sprayed body spray to help as I just couldn't take it anymore. The pictures shared on the web were elegant. However, in person it's a complete 360. I was disappointed. I was supposed to have guest over but I was too embarrassed and simply didn't! After coming back from a party and only being in the room for an hour I was so disappointed and decided to check out early.... UPDATE: 12/15/2025 12:37 pm I called and spoke to the Front Desk Manager Viviana Koneserenisi. She handled this so poorly. She was clueless to the reports I shared about the smell. Do their staff not take reviews seriously? I highlighted the smell of the hotel is being documented in the reviews and the tagging carved in the elevator. Apparently it was news to her. The worst part of speaking to Viviana is that she placed me on hold for 20 minutes as she walked back to her desk. Before the 20 minutes I was already placed on hold for 11 minutes. I was asked to wait longer.

    I was very happy with the cleanliness, and hospitality from everyone, unfortunately while I was sitting in the bar on the stools, I got bit all over my legs by mosquitoes, I had multiple bites when I walked away. I wasn’t outside, I remained indoors the whole time until I left for my event.

    Front desk staff was very friendly. Card keys malfunctioned multiple times per day. HVAC did not work in the hallways and elevators so it was extremely uncomfortable walking to/from rooms. 1 bartender serving complimentary drinks so there was a constant line. And they ran out of 805 beer so Bud Light was the only option.

    Toilet didn't work so maintenance came twice and spent 3 hours from 7am to 10 am to replace hardware. So had to delay my usual morning rituals of nice shower and going to toilet. Server lady in dining area only stopped me to ask if I had the dining pass for breakfast while everyone non-Asian was not stopped and asked who walked in.

    Great hotel that I’ve stayed at for years for business but unfortunately is in need of some repairs. Had 4 rooms that had bad air conditioners and one that ran 50 percent of the time. I wasn’t the only one as I heard multiple people across the three days state they had similar issues. Staff was very nice nice but obviously out of their control. Ownership needs to get ahead of these updates as the location, staff and overall hotel has always been very good.

    I truly enjoy Embassy Suites. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Beds are always comfortable and this stay they did not disappoint in these areas. We arrived into Ontario International Airport after midnight. It had been a very long day of traveling. My wife and I were exhausted and did not want to even think about driving 50 miles to get home so we decided to stay in the area. I want to say that we were checking into the hotel around 1AM. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE CHECK IN CLERK FOR A LATE CHECK OUT THE NEXT DAY-SHE EVEN CONFIRMED IT VERBALLY WITH “ WILL 1PM WORK?” Sounded perfect!! Got to bed by 2AM. Well…apparently she did not enter into the system or communicate the info (however it is done) because at 11AM the next day we had housekeepers attempting to enter our room. We were sound asleep! Informed them of the late check out situation and they seemed ok. Nope!! Half hour later same thing!!! 15 minutes after that the front desk was calling the room to see if we were planning on staying another day!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST !! My wife and I said “well let’s just forget that and get the heck out. My wife proceeds to take a shower and there is no hair conditioner left in the bottle attached to the shower wall. As we were leaving we went to complain at the front desk and were greeted with “have you informed anybody about this?!?” Left us with a very poor impression of this property!!

    The man that checked us in was great! Didn’t get his name :( But, between 4am to 530 am, some random people came into our room. They told us the staff had given them access to the room to stay in. It was so uncomfortable because we were sleeping.it was a get away for my partner and I, so we had to cover up(if you know what I mean).

    This property was perfect. However, even though I called to let the staff know I was arriving later than expected they still gave the room I paid for away. I was given a smaller room with less beds. I was promised the bigger room the next morning. When I called (I was at an event) the girl was friendly and said my room was ready when my husband went to switch rooms another woman said it wasn’t available and they didn’t have any more double queen rooms. Frustration at its finest. After a few phone calls the room was finally available.

    Microwave and refrigerator didnt work. Ice machines out of order except one floor. Pillows very small for bed tho they were nice enough to bring 4 more to the room. It did take 2 visits to the front desk before they remembered to bring them. Pool was cloudy and very strong chlorine smell,it is indoors. Breakfast was wonderful

    I stayed one night and found the hotel to be conveniently located right off the freeway and close to Ontario Airport. The room was cozy and clean—just what I needed for a quick stay. Breakfast was decent, but I wish the sausage and bacon were more easily accessible instead of having to wait in the omelet line. Overall, a smooth experience. Bonus: it's right across from the Costco Business Center!

    There was huge disconnect between what I booked on hotels.com vs. what I actually got when I checked in. I am a family of 6. I booked a 2 queen room. When I checked into the hotel they gave me an accessible 1 king bed. I didn’t know until I actually brought all my luggage up to the room. Called the front desk to fix this mistake and the front desk said that because I booked with a third party (hotels.com) it came over into their system as an accessible 1 king bed and that there were no more 2 queen beds available. The only thing they could do for me was give me extra bedding. We were 6 bodies in that hotel room. Very upsetting and frustrating especially because I have 4 kids.

    Terrible. Very dated rooms. The air conditioning in the room was not working for the whole stay, so the room was very hot and muggy. Also the hotel does NOT have enough on-site parking, so if you arrive in the evening they tell you to go find street parking. I would never stay here again.

    The facility is run down and not well maintained. Towels were all stained as well as the duvet cover, the hair dryer was full of lint, the sofa looked very worn and not clean. Over all the second floor looked very poorly kept, wall paper coming off or poor patch/paint repairs as well as old worn out carpeting.

    This is my second stay at this hotel in the last 6 months and not completely satisfied. On this trip, upon arriving to our room, we noticed that both the bathroom sink and bar sink were clogged. Every time we needed to wash our hands of use the sink it filled up quickly and took an extremely long time to drain out. This is definitely an issue that the housekeeper should have addressed before allowing a new guest to check in.

    The ice maker on the 3rd floor never works, I say this as I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past 2 years and it has never worked. If you call for ice they only bring you a small plastic cup of ice not a bucket.

    The room was questionable, someone tried to open the connecting door at night. They only gave me 1 key card which was weird, it was concerning thinking if someone else kept the second key card. There would be a jack hammer noise every time I turned the water on the bathroom sink. I’ve stayed in many places and traveled and this place gave me the creeps.

    They charge hotel guests $17.50 per car per night for parking and there isn't even parking available. Not a bad hotel overall but public areas (particularly the restrooms) could use more cleanliness. Compared to other Embassy Suites this one is kind of a dump

    How did I have a canceled reservation but there’s no reservation under my name? She said “you have no reservation. Step aside so I can help the other guests. Call Expedia.” So, I’m chatting with Expedia and my brothers on the phone with customer service and both agents we spoke to said we have a reservation and we never canceled it. I went back to the Hispanic agent and she said “nope. Expedia just put in your reservation. Not happening. We’re sold out. Talk to Expedia” I was so upset. It wasn’t until my brother who was able to get an agent that transferred the call to another front desk agent “Crystal” who said we have a reservation and that we can check in. So, we check in with Crystal who by the way was standing next to the Hispanic agent and we basically said “what happened? Because I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never experienced this…?” She basically said we had a reservation the whole time and mind you this ordeal was a good hour. Crystal was super helpful and the hero that day. She checked us in quickly and she’s always super accommodating and friendly but it’s just that other agent who just didn’t care.     We chose this hotel for the indoor pool and spa. The spa was out of order and when we went to use the pool it was closed for cleaning. Room was nice, restaurant was very good. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint is that we were unable to use the pool and spa.

    We have visited a couple times when necessary to be there for appointment in the area. All of the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. The issues we had were with TV.     The Sangria was delicious! The front desk ladies were condescendin and they are very snobby. This Embassy is the first one I have stayed at where they charge for the cookies. Night time was full of drunk men everywhere. Not crazy drunk just noticably drunk. And staring at my daughter. Creepy. We had to do laundry and felt unsafe. The room was ok though. The terrible view was the top of a roof. Creepy again. The water dispenser was empty all night. The food was gross. Soggy waffles, nats everywhere, little options. Best part was the fruit and cereal. The pool was hella creepy. It's connected to the parking lot and the windows are see through. The hot tub is broken and there were more natsI and lil flies.It felt like swimming in the back rooms! The water was warm. The beds were heaven like usual though! They don't tell you they charge for parking. Usually Embassy does not. Airport prices and atmosphere. Just a bad vibe.

    The pool thing. And a broken spa. For the money it is. None of that was worth it. The room basically being stripped down of most stuff. They spent all their money on the lobby and didn’t leave any left for any qualified staff. Who I assume are underpaid considering how miserable they seem. For repairs and for the bland rooms.
