Comfort Inn & Suites near Ontario Airport

During every night of my stay, there were guests being loud in the pool area well past 10:00 PM, which made it difficult to relax. The carpets throughout the hallways appeared dirty, and the elevators were in poor condition. I also noticed what appeared to be mold on the bathroom walls, which was concerning. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the property and feel it did not match the expectations set by the photos.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Pool and hot tub area was clean and nicely shaded. Breakfast wasn't the best (not a wide variety of choices). The sitting area is in need of some TLC as the chairs were very worn and peeling. Our room was decent but had some graffiti and peeling paint. The ventilation sucked as we were unable to open any window's which made it very stuffy. Our neighbors door sqeeked and slammed shut each time they came in and out, which made it difficult to sleep at 6am. Would not pick this location for our next stay in Ontario.

The furniture was VERY beat up There were holes in the shower caulking with mold growing The lobby had furniture that could not be sold in the thrift store. Torn armrests torn cushions. At the end of the hallway was a broken security door. To the outside of the building. If I was a woman I would have been terrified. The one highlight was that the beds were reasonable. Not staffs fault. Management and owners Are milking the property dry They even ran out of product for breskfast I assume they did not pay their suppliers I will never stay here again. Wonderful staff Doing what they can but the place is a dump

Huge missing piece of wood on the floor in the room. Door wouldn't lock. Room door appeared as if it had been kicked in previously. We booked 3 nights. Stayed 2. The beds were terrible. Honestly it felt like as my daughter said "the scene from a murder hotel show" carpets were grungy. The best part was the hot tub the rest of the time we tried to not be there.

The trash cans at the entrance of the hotel were overflowing with trash, it was 6:20am and the breakfast was still not open. The room look old and dated and the toilet seat was very old and it looked like the paint was coming off and they just painted over it. The A/C looked very old and made lots of noise when it wold turn on plus it wasn’t cooling properly.

Fitness center, breakfast, and cleanliness. There weren’t dry towels in the pool area when we went and we had to request extra blanket and toilet paper as there was no blanket for the sofa bed and only two almost empty rolls left for us.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Loved the breakfast and staff. Very quiet and clean, and not far away from the mall.

The man who checked us in was very monotone and talked w/low volume- I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times. He had no sense of humor; however, the lady who was taking care of the breakfast space was very friendly.

The smoke alarm started going off at 4am. Mold in the shower. Ac leaking water. It was not the greatest experience.

My room did not have any towels when we first got there. I called the next morning ask to have some brought up the desk clerk said ok i will contact housekeeping. I waited until 11am. Then i went do to get them myself. Next day housekeeping did not even come yo to our room to clean or give us fresh towels had to call again. Next day the same no housekeeping and we ran out of toilet paper. Ask clerk as we were heading out to have housekeeping clean and give us paper. Came back to the room the same this was at 10:30pm. Clerk bought everything to us and took our dirt towels.

The location and the staff was very friendly. There was jam on the tv stand. There were holes on the doors and the floors did not look clean.

We've been staying here for years & the bathrooms are starting to show its ago. The showers really need updating, there are stain & corrosion on the shower doors & tiles. Other than that, the rooms are very comfy & there is a microwave, coffeemaker & fridge in every room, very convenient. The daily full breakfast offer is tasty, with eggs, sausages, make your own waffles plus cereals, fresh fruits & breads/bagels & more. Fantastic value!

I love that it was located close to where I needed to be. I love the layout of the suite. It was fuctional and created space that we personally needed. The pool and jacuzzi was big enough, but I was the only one using that facility at the time. Parking was enough. First night the door was malfunctioning. You could close the door by the handle if you were I inside the room, but if you were outside the door would not shut. We had to show the attendant by having her come up because our verbal explanation didn't seem real. One had to see it to believe it. Then she figured n out that if you held your card-key to it then the latch would release, but you had to quickly shut it. Their solution was to move us to another room the next day. Which was an inconvenience because we could not really settle down and unpack the first night. The coffee was weak the first night, brown water. The front told us that it had to packs already and that is how they are instructed to make it. Very disappointed, but the next day for complimentary breaks the coffee was well balanced. I believe someone got lazy and did not replace the packets and just added water. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. We were hopeful that the other room would have it. So we made no complain with the first room. The second room we move into was missing the shower door handle from the inside. We let them know the 2nd night but we told them that we preferred if we were in the room when it was installed. I assumed that since we told them that night before that maintenance would be ready for it. So on the 3rd day but our 4th night, I mentioned the lack of hot water in the 2nd room and they are welcome to take rake of it that morning since we were not in a rush to leave. I also mentioned the shower door handle. The maintenance guy came and was courteous and polite. He fixed the hot water and was ready to leave. I asked and showed the if the mentioned to him about the door handle and he seemed surprised that it was missing. He said he will be back. We waited for a few. However it was time for us to go. We mentioned to the front that we were leaving. When we came back we let them know and asked if he found a door handle, but they said he was at lunch.

The room was clean but smelled of weed when I arrived. That was a turn off and I had to light a wax candle to get rid of the smell. There were some areas that the keys wouldn't work which they said the were having problems. Nice area and a good price however.

Huge rooms

The rooms were not clean. The floor covering laminate was popping off the floor my sink was broken. Nobody watch minimal tow and watch club. Everything was closed, couldn't sit anywhere. You can hear the toilets on both sides of our room flush. You could hear the staff in the hallway in the morning so loud. You couldn't sleep, and they came into my room twice without knocking. Good thing I had my door locked.Poor standards for a hotel

I was very disappointed in the upkeep of the hotel. For example, The seating in the breakfast area needs replacement on every seat in there. Plus in my room, the sofa was broke down in the sitting room, the wood plank floors had gaps in them and marks on the wall that needed putty and paint.

Waited over a half hour to check in along with three other people as there was no one to check us in. The staff member was on a break at 8 pm and so they had no one working there front desk. What a mess. I used to like comfort inns but won’t go to another one ever.

Modern furniture. Friendly staff. Toilet very low and super uncomfortable. Not that I expect a comfortable toilet. The shower pressure was good. I couldn’t adjust the shower head and water leaked from under the door and on to the floor. I consider myself a medium sized person but the bath towels were too thin.

Always a pleasure staying here, i have been in and out of this hotel the past year for work and I always get the best this hotel has to offer , the staff is amazing always and rooms are amazing each one. I drive a work truck and have had zero problems with theft or worries about it being parked over night. Food and stores are close by absolutely no complaints about this place.

There was only a minor hiccup in my stay. The room I was given didn't have an ironing board. But, Michelle(?) at front desk quickly rounded one up for me and all was good afterwords. She even helped me select a nearby restaurant to have dinner at.

some of the stuff were rude and when we first tried to check in the reception didn’t have the best attitude and she couldn’t find our reservation correctly. The rooms were ok, they had a big king size bed with 4 tiny little pillows. Also the hallways, elevator and sometimes our room reeked like marijuana.

The hotel is run down, old feeling, and the noise from the interstate was so loud, there may as well have been no barrier at all. It also did not feel like a safe place to stay.

Liked this place, stayed a few nights here. Staff was very friendly and willing to assist me with all my needs. The room for a double bed that accommodate ls up to four people was far more spacious than expected. The only reasi gave a 4 star is that the pillow was a bit too hard for me and the restroom was a little outdated. My family thought the room couluse another chair and more lighting. Breakfast was good too!

My stay was a very good experience

My room was in desperate need of maintenance- it was clean on the surface, but there was way too much mold and overlooked issues in the bathroom. It was fine for one night but a few hours of bleach cleaning and some handyman/women work and it would get 5 stars. Staff was super friendly.

Sorry. We needed an overnight place to make an early car rental return and flight home next morning. But your facility was an excellent choice. Wish we had more time for all the other perks Comfort Inn offers. ( Our misfortune.)

Very close to my work. Plenty of ways to shop for needs within 1-2 miles. If your a walker, even more perfect. You can get your steps in. Breakfast delicious. Be sure to tip these hard working ladies. They deserve it and how about that saving you money thing. Thumbs-up.

This hotel is In a good location but it's time for a complete remodel and renovation. Bathroons are warn and very dated halls seemed dark and carpets were stained.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good, the bar was closed indefinitely (ran by outside vendor), pool area clean but no towels. Grounds & parking lot well maintained. Room was clean for most part, several black hairs found on bathroom vanity & shower, toilet ran on & off all night long for four nights plus guests across hall partied all night (I had to wear earplugs). Closest & furniture very dusty. Twice room key didn’t work, which was a pain. These issues to me, considered minor for the price plus I felt safe.

TVs could use an upgrade to support streaming rather than just old school channels ( kids didn’t like concept of channels ), internet was decent.

Great water pressure, clean room, only thing is they didn’t sweep around the pool enough so leaves go into the water. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, juice. Fruit.

In our room, the bathroom tile was cracked in several places; the carpet by the elevators was worn out; the computer room was nice and there was a gym, that was a nice surprise. Well we go there again, NO.

One of the best places I have stayed

This is the 3rd Comfort Inn we’ve stayed in the past 4 years and they were all the same. Beat up and worn. This one had: *No AC in the halls. *The lobby and breakfast area were always warm. Our room felt dreary and old. *The plaster and paint were chipped and marred everywhere, including the doors. *The flooring slats were chipped and some were sticking up. I tripped several times in the dark of the middle of the night. *The bathroom drain had no stopper. Be careful with your jewelry and hairpins. *The bathroom tiles were severely cracked. *There was a dry piece of spaghetti in one of the drawers. Yuk. *The only positive thing about this hotel was its location. For the price, we expected a much more comfortable stay.

Door wouldn’t completely close by itself. Refrigerator didn’t have a freezer, and was barely cool. Bed was comfortable and ac worked flawlessly. Breakfast is at 6:30, which I never got because I had to be at work early.

My ID had expiered a.month before and they wouldnt take it. All the ID does in that situation is prove i am who i say i am. It being expired dosent change that. Even had my birthcertificate and they were not understanding at all. Its not like its a goverment bodided establishment its a hotel

All in all we enjoyed the stay. The bed was super comfy and they provide breakfast every morning. Staff was very nice. The only minor issue was a few of the towels were dirty looking.

Large room with lots of space. Refrigerator was small and not very cold. Hardwood flooring. Nice shower and sink area. Fan in bathroom did not work. Door was swollen and did not close well. No transportation to the airport which is not in walking distance due to the lack of sidewalks.

The carpet is disgusting in the hallways. They leave the lights dimmed even during the daytime to "hide" the filth. The bathrooms had mold spots starting and the flooring had gaps that were filled with crumbs and junk. The breakfast area and lobby were clean but the rest of the property needs major attention.

It was a decent place for the price. Business area , everything was 10 mins away, close to the freeway. The hotel had a lingering cigarette smell, when I called the front desk there was no answer so we had to walk down. The AC bobs were broken but was controlled by a thermostat on the wall but no one informed us .

This is a well-worn property. The staff is lovely and common spaces clean, however, the hall carpets and suite couches are done. It is a hotel used by airport and local industry technicians by the look of lodgers. Not rough, but know what you're purchasing for sure. It's a short-term stay, not so much a vacation hotel.

Room service has to be requested before a certain time. It won’t be done daily. They don’t change the sheets ever. They didn’t add toilet paper. Floors weren’t swept or mopped. TV remote did not work. The one time I requested room service they woke us up to let us know they were starting on the other side!

Very convienent to ONT, easy access to Metro bus system to get to airport within 15 minutes.

Everything was fine up until check out. My friend and I arrived around midnight as our flight got in late so we requested a later checkout. The young lady offered a 12pm checkout instead of 11am so we agreed. The next morning, I had a meeting to attend in the area so my friend was in the room alone and planned to leave the hotel at checkout time. Until, almost 12pm when someone knocked on the door and kicked her out of the room
