The room was very big and had a full size fridge and kitchen area. Also had a microwave. The bed was very comfortable surprisingly. There is no real breakfast even though it says it does, there was only oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, coffee, and muffins. Parking is not great because there was a concert and they let people pay to park there at the hotel even though they are not guests. There is a lot of parking spot but you have to park in the back.

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful. The kitchen was clean however they ran out of the courtesy supplies to cook. And all I had was the coffee, which was good.

I was there for less than an hour and checked out for my safety. No one should subject themselves to such a filthy, unkempt gabbage of a place. The pictures are not a true reflection of what the place looks like.

Yes! The bathroom wall was dirty, and had cockroaches in the bathroom!! I took a video for evidence.

Check in went really smooth front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay will be returning soon.

The kitchens had no supplies but you could check them out from the front desk for a fee. If I would have know prior I would have brought a few of my own supplies. The room was terribly dirty and the toilet clogged right after check in but we were told to come and get a plunger to remedy it ourselves. The only good thing was the front desk dtaff was friendly.

This place is the worst! An absolute DUMP!!! From roaches, to torn carpet, leaky and terrible faucets, moldy restroom/shower, stains everywhere, semi clean towels, abandoned vehicles in the parking lot, smoking in a non smoking section and people being loud throughout the night! An absolute let down!

Staff was super nice and friendly and they had a room for me early. The property could use a little upgrades but overall room was clean.

Its not a menu for breakfeast the serve the minimum which is little snacks and some oatmeal, as for cooking all you have to do is ask front reception and they will give you everything you need to cook.

We ended up not staying because it was so uncomfortable. The property smiled like fried chicken throughout the entire hallway we were assigned, and the room floor were very dirty. I didn’t like that. It was not pleasant, I smelled like fried chicken, very uncomfortable and eerie. You could hear the freeway very loudly through the window.

The hotel smells Marijuana all the time from the lobby to rooms.l was filthy and full of trash. The rooms were dirty, the mattresses were uncomfortable, the pillows were dirty with pubic hair, the iron was filthy, and the furniture was in poor condition. A very bad experience; I do not recommend this hotel.

You have to pay extra to get a kitchen kit that includes cups and a coffee maker. Was there for one night for a place to stay since my flight landed so late, and will not book here again. Sorry, but I need coffee in my room without paying extra.

Cat woke up in the middle of the night because of fire and the alarm kept going off the next day when I try to report how the wrong smell they gave me carpet freshener and the smell stay there there were cat hair all under the bed. Wasted my money going grocery shopping to cook breakfast on Saturday and they're not even use the food because the stove did not work and lack of things and items they do not have

Whole point of getting room here was because of the in-room-kitchen and the cookware that was stated to be provided for their guests but after 2 days no effort was made on providing any cook amenities such pots, pans, etc. after several request were made. Also there was no toilet paper or shampoo and when the front desk was called they said come down and get it yourself. Had to go and buy our own cookware.

I like how it’s not like traditional motel or hotels. It has amenities like a microwave and a fridge in the room. Which is awesome in my opinion.

I explained to her that made reservation about a hour ago so not sure why should call me a no show. Very dirty hallways leading to the room. Room with sticky floor. I have to buy swiffer to mop my own dirty room, Lysol to sanitize the room, and Lysol to spray the bad smell inside the room. Lots of hair on the bed, under the sheets. I bought my own blanket since the comforter looks dingy white. Do better!

We got this holel very late about 1am. And because of we got late, they put us as "no Show", and wasn't able to get a room. After negotiating to Hotel.com online help support for an hour, finally they removed "no show" and this hotel was letting us to stay the room we already booked and paid. It took us another extra one hour, so finally we were able to get a room to sleep at about 2am.

We ended up getting switched to another room and it was a little better of appearance until AGAIN found old food left this time in the bathroom under the vanity and stuff on the walls in both rooms. Overall just not a great experience, and won’t be booking here again.

The staff was very courteous and very helpful. Unfortunately, my room wasn’t ready on time, but the staff took care of that and gave us a discount . the hotel needs an upgrade. The carpet needs to be redone and the bathtubs need to be reglazed and repainted.

This was not as advertised. The pool is filled w/ cement. The room had ants, damage, sketchy AC, and 3 week old banana bread (date on package) in the microwave. The kitchen has zero utensils or anything. We were able to ask the staff and got most of the things we needed and said they might get some more the next day or two to come and check back. There is dog poop and garbage all over the parking lot and in common seating area outside. Just know if you’re going to go here this is one of the places that people “live” on government, vouchers, and such. I would like to strongly say that the staff was amazing. They were all very sweet.

The breakfast was coffee and granola bars. I'm not sure if we needing to request housekeeping during our stay to get our room cleaned/towels changed, but we we there 5 days and housekeeping didn't come. Which was ok for us. The bathroom was very small, when we opened the door, it barely cleared the toilet, and it was kind of difficult to move around/ get out of esp if you were getting out of the shower. The room had a kitchen, and a pamphlet saying we could order a utensil package with plates, frying pan, etc if we needed it. There was a good amount of storage in the room, it had Dish TV I think, and it looked like you could plug in a DVD player or your phone if you wanted to watch a movie. The bed was a little firm, which is fine for me, the pillows were perfect. The bedding was thin, but it was clean. We slept well. Most of the towels were clean- but there were 2 that looked like they had maybe fallen off the laundry cart because they had black spots/dirt on them. The hotel was right next to a bus stop, and was within reasonable walking distance to the arena (about 20 min) and about 5-10 min walk from restaurants. The hotel was pet friendly, and a lot of people had their pets with them. We felt like the parking lot was adequately lit and safe at night. Thank you for the comfortable and safe stay.

The location of the property is perfect and the staff is great, however the conditions within the rooms are disgusting. Roaches can be seen in the kitchenette’s and bath tubs. I had to cut my stay short due to this.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. We came for a concert and unfortunately, I believe people were smoking weed as my room filled with the smell. It was manageable.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. We came for a concert and unfortunately, I believe people were smoking weed as my room filled with the smell. It was manageable.

Rooms are run down. Killed a roach within 10 minutes of arriving. And the freeway right next to the window was quite loud.

The outside of the property looked fair enough and the lobby área did too, but once we reached our floor the conditions were aweful! first thing that hit us was the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke, note we booked two non smoking rooms, called front desk and asked about the smell they said they can’t stop people from smoking in there rooms even if it’s non smoking, the hotel is in dire need of renovation, one of our rooms had toilet seat broken and the other room had a hole on the carpet, the small kitchen doesn’t have any utensils you have to call front desk for them, and then to tell us they didn’t have any, so be adviced to bring your own. There was also an incident of domestic violence, a women screaming for help one of the nights! Fortunately that was taken care of quickly, The only good experience was the staff there super friendly and nice and try to accommodate you in every way that they can . Also it looks like they have people living there, We didn’t feel very safe .

Hotel allows pets and you can tell. Room smelled like dog pee in the carpets. Everything else was clean except for that.

This will be are last visit to any Extended stay at that location, for sure.

The elevator and hallway was dirty. And the room was clean but I saw in the morning a little cockroach running around the bedroom. A little more effort can be great.

Front desk clerk was rude and in a personal phone call while tried to check in. We asked a few ?? And either didn’t Answer or was annoyed we asked ?? Beds are really hard hallways had a bad smell. Room was clean

Old, weird musky smell and a roach came out to say hello.. But the service from the staff is amazing on the other hand.

People outside, closed to the front door was smoking. The room smell like cigarette. Guest with dog inside the room. Floor is sticky, and we found a small cockroach back to the headboard. We selected this hotel because we have an event at the Toyota Arena.

It’s not all that, found hair in the bed, stains on the floor, smelled like cigarettes.

I ended up leaving the hotel as soon as I saw the room. The pictures when I decided to rent were really deceiving. The room was extremely dirty or worn down. I am requesting a full reimbursement. My kids and I left after taking the pictures.

This was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen . cracks in the floor where the 9000 roaches lived until the tub I’m assuming since that where they came out from very nasty nothing I’d expect from a extended stay , hotel smelled like chicken and weed , had to leave within 3 hours of being there due to terrible bugs

Wasn’t able to check in until after 6pm and both rooms they provided had dirty linen and smelled really bad which they didn’t have any room spray for so I had to drive to the nearest store to purchase my own room spray.

Staff was nice, but the room was disappointing. There was no hot water to shower. We were able to switch rooms, however the room we switched to was an older room. Smelled stale, carpet was filthy, and unfortunately had to kill some roaches. We will not be staying here again.

The door would not open to the room. They were very kind at the front desk made me new sense of cards. The door would still not open. It was then determined that it was probably the locking mechanism. So they quickly gave me another room minor inconvenience. The staff was extremely kind.

Elisha made this whole experience wonderful! There was an issue with the machine and checking me in. She was professional, funny, and keep me updated. She asked me about me comfort level as to what floor would I like. Just great customer service!

They have roaches and flees. It stinks and rooms are not clean.

We rented this room because it had a kitchen in it. When we checked in the cabinets were empty. There was no shampoo , conditioner or hair dryer in the room either. I had to go to front desk to get things for the kitchen and the shower. Carpet had a lot of stains and very noisy from the highway being so close to building. We will not stay here again!

I was not happy with my 4 night stay here. It wasn’t clean & had a horrible smell throughout the hotel.I was in the room for about 20 mins before I noticed there was roaches & mold in the bathroom. I do not recommend booking here!

TERRIBLE experience. Dirty appliances with dried food stuck throughout. Foul order in building, hallways and room. Dirty linen upon arrival. COCKROACHES crawling on walls. We immediately checked out. Disgusting conditions.

We check into room 310 walked into the bathroom and there was a barley alive roach in the bathtub call tge front desk to inform them and the only thing that was offered was an apology right after i hung up the phone here comes another roach on the wall by the table called the front desk again they finally moved us to another room 334 which a little cleaner but the heater didn't work that well. As a motel general manager this has been the worst hotel i have ever stayed. This extended stay does not look like the pictures they advertise

After paying an additional $30 for early check-in, I discovered that the internet on the third floor was not functioning. Despite reporting the issue, I was forced to switch to a lower-grade room to access internet service. However, I was still charged the rate for the suite I initially booked, despite the downgrade in accommodations. This situation was highly inconvenient, as it disrupted my ability to work and did not meet the expectations set by your advertised amenities. Given the circumstances, I kindly request: 1. A refund for the difference between the suite and the downgraded room I was provided. 2. A refund of the $30 early check-in fee, as I was unable to use the services I paid for due to the internet issues. Please let me know how to proceed with this matter. A little runned down but served it's purpose. Main furniture was clean and usable, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Horrible hotel when we got there the shower had not been cleaned. There was hair on the walls and the floor was slimey. Everything in the hotel was covered in black dust. There was a chair in the room that was covered in ants and traveled to our beds. Front desk was no help we asked for the room to be cleaned 3 times and it was never cleaned. Most horrible place I’ve ever been. Bad customer service.

Place is infested with roaches and should not be operating. Health inspectors need to pay a visit !
