    Well the front desk person Tiffany was awesome at check in. She was vibrant and full of life. We got into our room and there were no usable plugs at the bedside for either side of the bed. The only plug had the two lamps plugged into it. There were no plugs or USB ports to plug in the electronics. But we managed to use our own personal extension cord. The television service was terrible. It would pixelate every 5 mins or so, lose the sound and I did bring it up but got told the signal in the hotel gets bad when it’s windy due to it being a concrete building. Which due to the work my husband does, we know is not the case. The bed was comfortable. Although the pillows were so awful. One wasn’t even a standard size. So it’s a good thing we brought our own pillows. However the first morning we went to go have the “buffet” breakfast only to find waffles, microwave sandwiches and cereal. No eggs or anything like that.

    My Son couldn't access the bathroom because he was in a wheelchair. The room was tiny. Carpet was damaged and subfloor was exposed. No ramp for wheelchair to the parking lot. My Son had to exit his wheelchair and balance his body while I had to lower his chair to the parking lot level.

    I arrived late and was tired from driving all day. Upon check-in I was sent a link to enter all my information. I essentially was doing the data entry work that the workers used to do back in the day. It would’ve been more helpful if I had been sent that link much sooner, like when I booked the room the day before because I just wanted to sleep. The workers just sat and waited while I did all that. My non-smoking room reeked of a particular smoke. As a person in recovery, I was not happy. But I was too tired to go back to the office and request a new room. The rooms don’t have coffee makers which is just wrong. Everything else was okay, but I would not stay at that property again or recommend it.

    I've only ever stayed in this hotel.I would never even think about staying anywhere else.It's always clean.The staff is always very polite and willing to do anything to make me feel right at home.Please don't waste your your time anywhere else.Come and stay at the howard johnson

    First off the management is top tier I have never had more helpful hotel staff in my life. Any small issues I had were handled right away and have gotten the best sleep I’ve had in months with the comfortable beds.

    Staff was amazing so respectful and helpful, even helped me move rooms when something was wrong or didn’t work, they had a waffle maker and vending machines, pool was gross but it’s not summer yet so it’s not being used anyways, half the rooms acs didn’t work and it was so hot but they had no issue moving my rooms.

    Staff was so amazing, she was the only one there and she was on top of her stuff, my first room I had complications, she immediately fixed it, second room same thing, third room she even went and checked and made sure everything worked for me while I moved my things. She was extremely quick and respectful!!! for the room that was fully working everything was amazing, plus they also have a waffle maker and batter and water always in the lobby, circling back to staff she even went and got my diaper bag for me that I had accidentally left in a different room. Fridge was good size provided 4 towels so never had to ask for more AND we were not bothered even once. Great place for price !

    I had a very concerning experience at this hotel and am requesting a full refund. At first, the room didn’t look obviously dirty, but there was a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. After spending time in the room, I started experiencing intense itching and what felt like pin-needle bites all over my body. Even after leaving, the symptoms continued, and I’ve had to seek medical attention to figure out what I was exposed to—likely from the mattress or room. Looking more closely, the condition of the room was unacceptable: Cracked and damaged ceiling Rust and grime on bathroom fixtures Stained, deteriorating walls Dirty microwave with food residue still inside This is not just about cleanliness—it’s a serious health concern. I did not receive the quality or safety I paid for. I have requested a refund due to these conditions and the impact this stay has had on my health. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until these issues are properly addressed.

    Spent 2+ hours moving to new rooms all of them in horid condition. Major pipe leaks, trash, holes in the walls, bedframes broken, no lights, no door locks and so much more. Was refused a refund if we left.

The TV, phone, and ice machine did not work. I was switched to another room. The second room had no hair dryer, I killed something that was crawling on bathroom floor, carpet got my socks dirty. Location of the hotel was difficult to find.

There was no proof it came from me due to towels from all rooms being put in a basket when housekeeping comes to clean. No policy was shown to me that guests are responsible for stained towels or a price list for charging guests. additionally, the property isnt safe. My door was showing signs of entry and would not close.

    Checkin trouble. Only their master key would work, so clerk had to let me in the room each time I left. Dirty and rug was vile. Slept in clothes and kept bags on bed. Only 1 of 2 small lights worked. In morning with daylight saw wites sticking out of wall to outlet that wasnt attached to wall. Would NEVER pass inspection. Should not be operating. I should have slept in my car.

    Employees were weird and pushy about getting more toiletries, as if their $0.05 body wash is sacred. Employees were pushy about checkout with more than 20mins til regular checkout, plus I had an extended checkout and still had to let both housekeeping and the front desk know that I was staying later. It is not my job to let them know; I got my extended stay approved through the website. Also when my card declined because of a misunderstanding, the front desk called and acted like the mafia with me when I was sweet and accommodating about it being a genuine mistake. I felt pressed and interrogated being there. At least they let us get breakfast when we missed it, though. Very angry that I couldn't even wash my hair and body after the first night, your toiletries are not worth hoarding the way you do. We needed more toilet paper. We needed more towels. We got nothing and were treated like criminals when I did ask for more towels. We were also promised a pool, which was the main reason for our choice in location, and were told it was out of commission, promised it would be fixed before our stay ended, and it wasn't. False hopes, false advertisement, false smiles.

The pool looked very dirty. The front door to the office area. Check in area was broken and poorly boarded up as well the other door had multiple cracks on the glass. Apparently somebody threw a brick through over a month ago.😳😬 so first impression was not my best. Overall it was good.

Online pics showed a totally different version of the hotel. Bait and switch comes to mind!

    The hotel only allows you to stay 7 days at a time. Which wouldnt be an issue if it didnt take 30+minutes to check out and check back in. Overall for the price its a good deal. Staff was helpful.

I called the front desk and told them I never smoked by the room or inbthe room. I told them I always smoked in the parking lot by my truck and disposed of the teash properly not on the ground. She said the property is 100% smoke free you can't even smoke in the parking lot. I explianed to her no one ever told me that. She said it was in the policy agreement you sign upon Check-in. I told her that may be the case but I never read it. I told her thats definitely something they should tell guest immediately upon Check-in. Literally ,I asked and they said that the note on the account just said soiled linens. Not happy about it and won't be staying there again due to that alone. My oilfield money can go elsewhere.     Pool was green. TV was hanging off the wall and made loud crackling sounds every few mins. Mold was up in a corner of bathroom that could be seen even though they painted over it.     I walked by 2 women standing outside to go check in. There was no one there. I waited about 5 minutes then yelled hello, no response. I walked back outside to look around and the 2 women were still there. I walked back inside again, waited some more. Finally one of the women walked in and asked if i needed help. She worked the front desk. She saw me and never said a word to me or to say she would be right with me. She was very sorry and rude with me. She checked me in, verbally gave me my room number .     I was charged double for one night like that purchased two rooms and it was just me and my daughter. Got a call at midnight saying I did not pay for my deposit and I needed to come to the office or they would call the police on me so I got up grabbed my 1 year old went to office just to find out I was double charged. I will never be cheap again and stay at a place like this for as long as I’m alive.

    When check in i was informed there was a $50 room fee that might be refundable. Then there was a $100 non refundable pet fee, when on the site it said pets free, so i spent a total off $200+ for a room that was only supposed to be $52. Then every time I left my room and tried to get back in my key didn't work. I had to go to the office several times to get it reprogrammed. The room was cramped with furniture and dirty. It was not a good stay. I checked out early because I just couldn't stay longer.

    Bad experience not from staff but from the people they let work and live there.The housekeeper they have working there is African American.He's very ghetto and a thief him and his girlfriend.They try to fight you threaten to kill your kids.And also will steal your kiddos belongings.Not only the kids belongings yours as well.No very trustworthy people .He sure don't deserve to be working there.They live in Rm# 114.If you ever go there watch out for them..     The staff was fantastic. We only stayed for a few hours because we had to get to the airport around 3 am. The room smelled clean but the sheets were stained and kinda gross looking. The bathroom had maybe gotten a super fast wipe down but not super clean. There were holes in the wall and cigarette burns in the carpets even though it was a no smoking hotel. I probably can see staying there for a very short period of time if you need to get to the airport but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there ever again.

    First off the charged me $50 everytime you book & rebook with them, there isnt always anyone available in the office, the closet rack was old and fell apart, i had to fix it. The rooms are really small and they have roaches. Alot of sketchy activity there, I would never recommend anyone stay there, pay a little more to stay somewhere safer and cleaner.
