Horrible. Not much food was put out. The coffee and juices were watered down. Safety issue with elevator. Shook so bad I thought we were going to plunge to our death. The shower curtain was old and torn. There was soap scum around the bathtub. The pillowcases were so thin you could see the drool on the pillows. The comforters smelled bad - like they hadn't been washed in a long time. The ice machines on all 3 floors were not working. No ice was available.

The property is under construction, phones didn't work. I made reservation through expedia for 6 days, but only used room for 2 days. Manager Lisa stated she would not refund my remaining days because I didn't booked the room directly with the property.i did reach out to expedia to be compensated for the other 4 days, however no one at hotel will respond. During my check out process sat may 16th Lisa did conversate with me. Her & I shared conversation on mental health. All this was due to my older son having an issue Friday may 15th. It started from the phone issues at property. The police was called to check on my son because of a few of his encounters at the front desk. I had encouraged front desk to call police.Now back to my check out experience I was never offered a receipt in fact Lisa ended up talking to another person at the desk to another woman who walked up to the desk. Not sure if the lady worked there or not. She was in regular clothes. Meanwhile I was tired because I worked overnights and just wanted to go home. I had to remind Lisa that I was trying to finish checking out. Then she stopped talking to the other lady to finalize my check out. I was never given a receipt of anything. There was another desk clerk there that was very helpful. She tried to accommodate my son even though his mental issues. I think her name was isabel. The morning I checked out she found a luggage cart for me. When I checked in Abigail was very nice. I appreciate the kindness.

The price for the room was very reasonable, being that we were just looking for a place to sleep. So it would be fresh my mom had coffee and I had some juice as we weren’t hungry The room was a nonsmoking/accessible room it did have a cigarette smell not horrible to where we couldn’t stay which unfortunately you do see it happens where people simply do not follow rules or respect properties. We went in used restroom, went to bed in the morning washed up and headed out. My mom let the front desk know about the toilet paper holder coming out of the wall as it was put directly into the sheet rock with no support. We were charged for smoking in the room and for burn marks on the tv stand or tv table. I called the property repeatedly and the MANAGER has never spoken to me simply only kept having the general manager tell me that it was mandatory to charge me because they have a very strict policy, I repeatedly told her I do not smoke!! I /we did not smoke!!! I paid $77 for my room and at the end of my stay it cost me $407 I have been booking rooms through booking for over 10?years and I have never ever had a problem with being charged for anything other than my room. Absolutely no incidentals or anything. Needless to say this has caused quite a problem financially. The worst part is the manager not speaking directly to me.

The hotel room had such a strong smell of fabuloso cleaner we had to open the window to get some relief. There was no hair dryer in the room due to remodeling of the hotel.

This property was highly rated is why I opted to spend more for this location than others in the area. That was not the experience. Only vending machine had 4 waters, 2 lemonades and was unplugged after the desk clerk directed me there and said yes they had drinks. Checked under mattress for bed bugs. There was numerous hairs and what looked like could have been dead bugs, nothing crawling. We were put in a room at the end of the hall that had construction right outside the door. I only stayed 45 minutes and went back to the hospital to sleep in the waiting room of the ICU. Figured I would get more sleep there than at the hotel. My sons stayed at the hotel and said that the hotel filled up after I left and people were cooking food in their rooms. Said it smelled good but I don’t think that’s the safest thing when the rooms do not have kitchens. Needless to say I will not be booking at this place again and will be less inclined to believe the reviews on Expedia from now on as well. Hope others have a better experience than I did. Good luck.

Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Only 1 ice machine working in the entire hotel. No hair dryer available not even at the desk.

It was very quiet and easily accessible to town. The mattress was old and dipped in the center. There was no breakfast; not even the continental breakfast which I was informed the continental breakfast is supposed to always be available regardless of the number of occupants.

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was in poor repair. It wasn’t terribly dirty, aside from the hall carpeting, but the furniture, fixtures, and carpeting could stand to be replaced. So much was torn or falling apart. The second floor hallway felt as though it had sunken spots. The elevator seemed like it might not make it to our destination. I was confused by the customer rating.

The elevator probably needs service. It made a loud noise. There was no sign in the elevator when it was last serviced. The ice machine was empty.

Property needs to many updates.

This place has the dirtiest filthiest carpets I’ve ever seen in my entire life. On top of that all three Floors ice machines are out of service or voluntarily turned off. The front desk staff said they turn off the ice machines and only turn them on during the mornings for the breakfast crowd. That absolutely makes zero sense. Requested a check out in a refund and was refused. Never booked this place. I wish I could upload pictures of how bad it is.

Nothing My room was not cleaned! There is boogers on the couch. Aunts all over my bathroom floor and tub and down stairs they are everywhere!!! My sheets had blood and pee stains !! No one helped us ! Managers were very rude!! And did not get a refund!!! So I recommend to not go there!!!

You get what you pay for. Jacuzzi was really green. Staff was awesome though It is very loud though neighbors were super loud til about 1:00 am and management nowhere to be found

I really recommend staying here, we had a peaceful stay and the housekeeper was amazing. Meet all our needs. They only thing that I didn’t expect was a $100 deposit, we got it back but I haven’t stayed anywhere where they required a deposit.

Microwave housed piles of plated breakfast food when we checked in. Room wasn’t clean. Barely a warm shower…no hot water. The side door nearest our room was inoperable with the keycard. The other guests were sticking a rock in the doorway to hold the door open so they could go out to smoke. What a mess.

Hands down best property I've stayed with, the service was awesome, breakfast was great, and the lady who checked me in, who I failed to get her name, was gracious and attentive to my needs. You guys are the best, I will be staying with you again.

I was not allowed to stay despite having a reservation because i had my 2 ShihTzus with me. I explained to the receptionist that i found them through Expedia web page containing a list of pet friendly places in Odessa, TX.

The staffs were amazing !

The hotel was older so cosmetics were the major issue , but the staff was friendly , it was nice and quiet , the A/C worked well so sleeping was pleasant . The only things that really need addressed was the condition of the room , tears in the carpet, wall repairs not fixed properly- and worn furniture

Yes took a long time to check in. No one ahead of us. The man behind the desk at 10:30 PM on December 20 seem to be very preoccupied with his phone. Gave us cards for our room. Cards didn’t work had to get them reprogrammed and then find out he gave us cards to an occupied room so I had to go back to the desk for a third time. When I expressed my frustration, he accused me of having a bad day. Definitely would not recommend.

David was at the front desk when I checked in, I had booked the wrong days on accident but he was extremely helpful with all of my problems and quickly resolved any issues. Will definitely stay here again

Weed smell on second floor and staff was aware. Beds are so comfortable but ensure you get out on the third floor where it’s quieter and doesn’t smell like weed!

Terrible. I did not sleep at all both nights with people jamming out in the parking lot 2-3 am. A lot of the oil field workers stay there and stay up coming in and out. The hallway stunk of weed. Walls are so thin i could hear the person next door snoring and coughing all night. The shower floor was broken i could have cut my foot. Had to put towel on the floor to protect my feet.

Stayed one night while driving through Odessa. My stay was okay since it was for just one night. Overall, the place was dirty. Breakfast was a real disappointment. There was remnants of what might have been an okay breakfast but when I got there at 8am (breakfast went to 9am) there were only empty warming trays and no coffee. I had to ask front desk for coffee. Took over 15 minutes for the attendant to bring coffee and then she didn't bother to refresh the food that was supposed to be in the warming trays. I did feel safe enough and it was okay for the one night.

The staff were very helpful. My keycard deactivated every day so I was constantly going back to the desk to reset it and get into the room.

The hall ways where dirty carpet very dirty, key did not work after we got back to the room receptionist was asleep on the desk had to wake him to to get a new key and took him about 30 min to actually get us ine

Staff was good but tv in room didn’t work properly, carpet in public hallways needs replacing or cleaning. Elevator was noisy and not smooth. I had concerns about riding the elevator.

Oil field / construction workers gathering by their cars drinking making it unsafe and unwelcome. Hallway smelled like dirty carpet and we reserved a suite but did not get a suite because none was available. Breakfats was great and so the receptionist customer service skills.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice medium-thick towels. What we have come to expect from Sleep Inn. Odessa is an oil town. So, it’s not the most glamorous of cities to stay in. However the hotel and restaurants were excellent.

The property was pretty nice just what we thought it would be and good for just a short overnight stop.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing I could say that is negative would be that the room smelled strong of carpet deodorizer.

We ended up switching rooms the day after our first night because the toilet didn't flush. The front desk are amazing and kind people. The hotel is older and looks better in the pictures. We didn't eat breakfast, but the bathroom floors need to be actually mopped. Both rooms left our feet black from the carpets and the bathroom floors. The best part of the hotel is the front staff.

In town for work, the hotel is decent for the the price you are getting. You really can’t expect to much out here in Odessa. But, given the alternative options this hotel is in the top 5 places to stay for the economical price range in my opinion.

Just as a general stay wasn’t bad. Bed was comfy and room itself was fine. Bathroom wasn’t the best, the light fixture was all rusted and there was mold on the ceiling. Breakfast wasn’t bad nothing special.

We liked our room, the beds were comfortable, they served a pretty good breakfast. The staff did their jobs but not really welcoming or friendly. Location was not the best for us, and lots of construction going on the roads made it a little bit of a bother. But that's not the hotels fault.

For less than $60 a night you can't beat it. Super clean rooms.

Business Center has a super outdated and slow computer and the printer does not print right. Would be very helpful if they could update to a better computer and better internet speed.

Loved everything about staying there

The room was small for a suite. There was some dirty food dried in n the arm tea of the couch. I did report it right away she did not want to look at it. She said someone will come and fix it. No one ever came stayed 2 days. Would not be coming here
