We had two rooms. The refrigerator and AC didn’t work, in the other the door latch fell off the wall and the lobby smelled bad. The breakfast was very limited.

The front desk girl was very friendly The room was dirty the sheets didn’t look like they were cleaned well there was a chair in the room but it had a large stain on it. When I got up to leave there was a roach on the wall. Will never stay there again

The location was off the main road so it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was selection was small but the staff was friendly.

Staff was nice Bathroom door was very dirty and destroyed. TV reception was horrible and Continental breakfast was extremely disappointing. Beds were very uncomfortable too.

why is it so hard for hotel to respect that the rooms are rented until checkout, this is worker city and not everyone works the same shift so train your housekeeping staff that a hotel is a place for rest and the rooms are rented not until checkout not till you feel like its over. I work night shift and the housekeeping staff were incredibly loud and inconsiderate and the front desk made a point to call at exactly 11am on the dot even though I was literally walking out the door. I wont be back or recommend this place till they quit acting like a one star hotel. The bedding was also stained and nastuy.

I could see a lot of wear and tear and the room and locks and I didn’t feel very safe. Shortly after we checked in we heard six gunshots outside.

There were many carpet cleaning vans parked in front of the rooms. I think those trucks should park somewhere else and leave the parking spaces for the people renting the rooms. I don't like that guests have to walk with their suitcases just because some contractors don't want to walk and park in front of the rooms.

The room was clean The breakfast was less than desirable. 3 kinds of cereal. Only carbs except for a very small apple. No protein at all.

Hot water in the rooms had difficulty flowing to each of the rooms. You need to run the water for around 10-15 minutes before it gets hot.

parking lot was well lit and plenty of room poor access from street, incompetent clerks, breakfast consisted of coffee, pastries, dry cereal and juice machine out of order. The coolers were empty of soft drinks but the waffle maker did work. The room felt dirty and beat up and the entry door was tweaked allowing light to come in from the top corner making me feel like it wasn't completely closed.

Good location. Rooms were decent when we arrived. Pool was nice and clean. No room service the entire 7 day stay. There was one nice lady who came by to bring clean towels daily. We never had anyone come by to get garbage or do anything such as room service. We even asked the lady at the desk to have someone come by and vacuum the carpet mid week. She said she was leaving a note for it to be done. Nobody ever showed. I personally went to buy a broom and dust pan to sweep the best as I could. I also washed the bed linens myself mid week. For the price we paid for the stay things should have been done without any issues. Other than that I have no complaints.

Was clean and easy to check in. Staff was very friendly. Location isn’t bad, just kept missing the entrance to get in being that it’s behind a warehouse. But over all excellent stay. Nothing.

When I stayed the night here at this hotel the first thing I noticed was a strong odor as soon as I walked in. There was a huge stain on the floor and multiple stains on the beds. Majority of the towels were also stained. So overall stains everywhere. This was a bad experience. Staff was nice.

The staff were very nice. My daughter left her make-up bag behind and they called us. We were already four hours away, so they are mailing it to us. That is above-and-beyond. We very much appreciate it! We were getting ready for a wedding and suddenly had no water pressure. When we called the front desk, they immediately looked into it and found they had no water pressure either. Apparently the City was doing some work that caused the drop in pressure. While Days Inn had no control over the situation, they called us back and kept us informed as to when we would have water pressure again. Within ten minutes, we were good as gold and were able to make it to the wedding showered and on time. The juice dispenser was out of order. But those things happen... And the excellent waffles made up for it.

Very clean rooms. Clean parking lot. Safe. Washer and dryer did not work..not a big deal went to laundry place down the road. Prepare to take pots and pans and utensils if planning to utilize the kitchenette. Beds a little hard but still able to rest well. Overall great stay and will choose to stay here in the future!

The room was clean. We slept well and breakfast was good. Really nice room I They did not refill the breakfast items as they were eaten, so not many choices at 8am. Breakfast ended at 9am.

The room was terrible. Entry card reader worked poorly, stains on the floor and furniture. Paint was chipped and room smelled musty. Staff was rude and demanded I let in a carpet cleaning service while I was in the room. Never again.

From the first day of being here its been bad, because I couldn't get my more back so I stayed. The bed linens, pillows, mattress and towels were all dirty. When I say dirty, I mean blood on the top cover, cigarette burns with semen stains on the second layer of linens, urine stains on the fitted sheet and mattress. Housekeeping did not clean the bath tub because it had public hair in it from day one, daily they forgot to vaccum or throw all trash, etc... I told the "overnight" manager,who promised it would be fixed, the same dirty linens I removed from the bed were put back on the bed. Plus, I was ALWAYS locked out of the room because the key fab would not work. The other guests, such as trucker, would have small parties in the parking lot near my room. They would talk loudly and play loud music; the room next to mine would smoke in the room... you can smell it through the wall. None of the issues were ever fixed, I was gaslighted and the "overnight" managed told me in so many words that I was stupid because I had the issue with the key fab, saying I don't know how to use a key. The evening of my last night, she came to my door to let me in because the key wasn't working, she said I complain too much, I need to move out! Then lunged at me as her husband held her back while saying all these things, as if she were going to fight me. Thus, I do not recommend this place to a flee and definitely not travelers looking for a clean place to rest. FYI, I have pictures

My complaint was the mouse droppings in the room & no coffee in the morning when I went to get a cup. The girl was on her phone & show interest in making more.

Stayed 3 nights, was told I had to wait for housekeeping to get any towels or toilet paper, then when I asked the manager for clean bedding . I had to do it myself and take out the dirty bedding outside, btw I'm 8 months pregnant, will never stay again

The property is old and the oil field is booming so I’m sure some of the wear and tear is due to that…overall it was a nice stay! The front desk lady was super sweet and helpful! I would stay again!

Room had sticky bathroom floors, oil on curtains and various places throughout the room, pillow case and bed cover had black marks (oil) on them. Towels were yellowing and had stains.

Check-in was phenomenally slow. The room was dirty. Hair and crud on the threadbare sheets. Counter in the bathroom was filthy. Floors unswept. Bathroom sink didn't work. Most expensive hotel on our trip through Texas, but in the worst condition.

It was okay for the price. They have breakfast but I didn’t make it. Beds aren’t too bad, there was a half drank soda on the fridge. The TV is kinda small and kind of low, however there are plenty channels... although it takes a while to scroll through all them. There was loud ppl next to us, I recommend getting a room away from others.

Staff was neutral didn’t felt appreciate it like other hotels, the room was clean overall but could of been better. The fact their parking spaces are so close to each other my new truck got hit by the guys next to me while they were opening their doors.

I found it to extremely comfortable. Very clean and service was amazing. I did have two complaints, I did request to be charged/bill on the spot, rather than waiting. After calling and requesting for feed back, I received none. My second one would be something minor. I feel the pillows aren’t the best but over all I loved the room

The TV remote did not work. It would not adjust the volume or change the channels on the TV.

We checked in late the first night. We immediately went to grab food then came to check out our room. It smelled musty, there was deodorant stains on the couch and the suite was not furnished at all so paying the extra to be able to cook a meal was pointless. We immediately called the desk and was told no on getting a refund. We paid for two nights so we were stuck even though we had only been here 15 minutes. They offered another smaller room but didn't offer to refund the difference. I called hotels.com and they got the same response along with the lie that the manager wasn't in. They gave us a can of febreeze. So we paid for a half furnished, dirty, musty room with no means of letting us get our money back or anything. Do not book here. They are lying crooks that steal money!!

Premises was disgusting with food and trash all over the side walls. People were selling drugs in the front and smoking marijuana in their cars and on the curbs. Rooms were nasty and outdated. Not pleasant. I will never use a Days Inn again. I will not recommend this place.

Single female traveler, felt unsafe, got absolutely no sleep, the cabinet in the kitchen was broken, along with the handle on the dresser also being broken. The toilet paper had not been restocked. Overall not the best experience. Front desk was friendly though.

Room was clean, but wooden headboard was leaning against side wall detached. A cabinet door in the kitchenette was broken off and placed on top of cabinet. Mattresses not the most comfortable. Upon leaving I got mixed messages. First she said she wasn't sure if the online rate was acceptable, then said because it was booked online she couldn't give me a receipt. So not sure what my card was charged.
