    While the staff were very polite and helpful, the room was not up to par. I requested a non-smoking room, but could smell cigarette masked with air freshener & there were flies in the room. By the next day, the smell in the room smelled like mildew & affected my asthma. I unfortunately had to find a new hotel for the rest of my trip.

    Bed really not comfortable and the pillows are really thin and uncomfortable. Blankets also really thin. We saw roaches in the bathroom (gross). The bathroom door is very awkward to access with kitchenette lol. The room was very humid and musty smelling. It was clean, just musty and the roaches were ugh. Would have appreciated dishsoap, paper towels but not a deal breaker.

    Front desk staff was very professional and thorough. Liked having the little kitchenette and coffeemaker. Location was 100 for our needs. Also like having the option to choose a smoking room.     The stay was alright but the staff not so much. I was told i couldn't stay another week suddenly when i had already booked again. I did nothing wrong and the front desk knew the day before i was plannion staying but didn't inform me until check out time the following 2 days after knowing what i was doing. Now im have problems getting my refund.

    I used the app to get room cause it was cheap. But once you get to the motel, they charge a $25 deposit. If you pay the deposit with cash, you get it back when you check out. If you use credit or debit card, it takes 5-7 business days to get it back. So my $65 room turned out to cost $90. At that point I should just have gone somewhere nicer.

    Room service staff are great but office staff are too suspicious of everything. I understand be cautious and careful but this is little too much. It's a motel 6 people. At one time they even questioned my $100 bill even after it passed the marker test.

They want you to take out your own trash. The room was not sound proof. You could hear the freeway all night. My key stopped working so I had to go have them fix that. The lock did not work on our door. And we saw a roach.

    Nothing Everything. First off couldn’t understand the workers, secondly the room stunk, thirdly on our second night we came back from doing activities and couldn’t get back into our room. I called the front desk and they said I owed money but yet I had paid for 2 nights! It was a struggle to get it fixed cause there was a police stand off on the other side and couldn’t go to the office to have the problem resolved. My mom and brothers room were not allowed to be gone to due to it being on the side the stand off was happening. Finally got it resolved. Upon turning key cards in to front desk they said “I didn’t charge you for extra guest” but yet I booked 2 ROOMS (one had 2 Queen beds the other had 1 Queen bed) we had a total of 5 People! (4 Adults and 1 Kid) which was already stated when I booked the rooms! Also the drink machine said drinks were $2.25 but I was charged $5 per drink!

    I had a wonderful stay, this hotel/motel is next to everything, Walmart, Ross, Burlington, Kroger, and a gym. I stayed in an upstairs room with my two dogs. One is an ESA and I didn’t have to pay but the other I did and it was a 10$ fee per night. And they’re both Rottweilers. The room came with a kitchen and fully equipped!

    I come here when need be and staff are always accommodating to my last minute request and are very friendly and helpful. And this place is a lot safer then some sketchy areas a couple of exits down. They also have weekly rates if your staying longer.

    Booked a nonsmoking room. Front desk guy insisted that I booked smoking. Whatever. Anyway, room itself smelled like someone had been boiling broccoli in it all day. Floor was sticky. Beds were full of all kinds of human and pet hair. Fridge was hot. Cooktop didn’t work. Toilet was gross. Place was just kinda nasty in general, especially for over $100 a night. Would not recommend.

    If you want to stay in a space with people participating in every type of illegal activity possible while also becoming roomies with roaches, this is the place for you. Roaches in the kitchen and the worst beds you’ll ever sleep in. I woke up more tired than I was before I went to sleep it was so bad. People loitering outside at all hours. It costs way too much money for what you get, spend $5 more and go to one of the many nicer properties in the area

    The staff was so nice and accommodating. Very friendly. The room was clean. The only thing we did not like was the room smelled like bug spray. We never saw any bugs but did not care for the smell. The bed was pretty hard. But we were only staying 1 night.

    We checked in and the staff was very nice. The first room we went to smelled horrible. I’m not sure what it smelt like. The second room we went to smelled like fresh paint and I instantly got a headache. The third room we went to smelled like trash. Very disappointing. They gave us a refund and were very nice about it. I’m not one to leave reviews but I do not recommend staying there.

    The office was not clearly marked so after driving through the property twice (there are 3 drive ways each leading to a dead end where you have to back up to get to the cross drive way - extremely POOR design) we found the office. Communication was not easy but we got through it. It took us a few more drives through to find our room due to how the signage listed rooms on the buidlings AND our room being the one without a room number on it. The room had a smell to it. There were dead bugs in the bathroom floor. The sheets on the bed had a cigarette burn in them and a yellow flaky something on them. There was no parking except at the second building over from the building we were in. We stayed about 1.5 minutes and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason under any circumstances.

    Housekeeping was very ugly and demanding. Talking to Patrons as, if she was disgusted with her Life. Screaming orders, disturbing the other Rooms. While packing my vehicle.     The studio 6 I have to say was ok. The appearance of the establishment looked very well kept. The rooms were laid out nicely. The only thing that would prevent me from going back is the roach problem. It's not like there were alot. You just consistently see one by one all day. I did turn off the lights at night because they all came out then. I suggest the establishment should increase the pest control and get rid of those bugs.

    This place is disgusting, noisy and sketchy. I would never stay here again. The sheets were so and I slept in my clothes. The stomping and door slamming was non-stop. Drug dealers in the parking lot.

    The room was upstairs when I requested down stairs because of my husband’s back surgery Stephen was rude said u can call and cancel but that’s all we have we had to take the room because we go there every month to go see the back doctor and the room was filthy and had roaches I showed pictures to the manager and she did refund my money but I stayed at that hotel 3 other times but always down stairs and never had this problem
