    Staff was absolutely rude when I came in to check in. Got to the room and there was roaches and cobwebs everywhere. The floors had dorta and food and grim on them and under the fridge and and under the microwave there as a layer of sticky stuff and food and roaches came running out when we moved them. Has book another room at another hotel and they said they will confirm a refund and now they won't answer the phone.

    The Bathroom had some cockroaches in it. The bed was hard as cement. And the pillows were super lumpy and uncomfortable, There was no mirror in the room and the microwave was broken. (Didn’t have the plate in it to put the food on)

    Crumbs on the beds, stains on towels and wash cloths. No racks for towels or clothes. I specifically asked for a room that had not been used for animals and was lied to. I would expect this level of quality and service from one of those places that charge $30 or $40 which is why I paid more to stay here.

    The price, thought that should have been a warning sign. First, I don't know what photoshop wizard they got to clean up their pictures, but what you see is NOT what you get. Second, if you stay here, be prepared to bring EVERYTHING you need - like toilet paper. From the get-go there were problems. I booked 2 rooms, one with a king size bed and 1 with 2 full size beds, both NON SMOKING. When we got there the room with the king bed was a smoking room. My brother who got there before us and checked us in, has been a smoker for years and is typically nose-blind to smoke smell, and he said it was like huffing an ashtray, but the hotel said they didn't have any other non smoking rooms. When my family got to our room, the floors in the room were very uneven, with random bumps here and there, I lost my balance a couple of times and nearly fell when I stepped on them unexpectedly. Beyond that the floors were just dirty. The dresser had a large broken piece of wood sticking out of the bottom. The beds were very stiff, with only a fitted sheet, top sheet, and a woven blanket like the kind they have at the hospital, and the blankets on BOTH of our beds had large holes worn in them. It was quite chilly the two nights we stayed, and we quickly noticed the door to our room had a significant sized gap along the bottom and up around one corner. I was freezing and slept in multiple layers to stay warm. The bathroom was tiny, with mysterious globs of something stuck to the tub, putty or epoxy maybe. It contained 2 washcloths, 2 towels, and about 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. My husband went to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper because there were three of us staying two nights. The lady at the desk said she didn't have anymore on hand at that time. He asked her to send a roll up when she got ahold of some, but we never did wind up getting more. But hey! The mini fridge worked! The outside of the place was even rougher than the inside.

    The little male manager was so rude from check in to check out. He actually came knocking on the door this morning at 10:38. I was still in bed because I have an alarm on my phone like everybody does. He just wanted to remind me of the 11:00 check out time and make sure that I was awake, his words. I told him he was being very rude. The walls and door are so thin you can hear every single card that drives by even over the TV. To say the least I don't even think one star is appropriate for this place and I'll never go back. Very unfortunate experience.

    The lady who works in the office (the managers wife who is not an actual employee) is the rudest most disrespectful human I have ever met. It may not be the most classy hotel in town but that does not give someone the right to treat people the way she did. Police were there every day for a multitude of reasons. They do not have cleaning staff I’m pretty sure the elderly man who did clean is also a family member of the man in the office. So not go here. I would share my personal experience but it’s just not worth it.

    First thing I noticed when I walked in was the pillows had a lot of long black hair on them so it made me wonder if the bedding was even clean. We had a non smoking room but our blankets had burn holes. Other than that it appeared clean and seemed decent for the price. We booked 2 nights and 1st night a guest had a big speaker system blaring music all night being loud w their friends. Called front desk but nothing was done about it. Also the placed reeked of weed the first night. Second night there was a fight that broke out outside my door and cops were called. Bad guests aren’t necessarily the motels fault- but just be aware this motels price attracts a certain type of people. The beds were not comfy- VERY firm and pillows flat as a pancake. Only good thing is the shower water was nice and hot and there were no bugs. I would not stay here again if I had the opportunity. On top of it all once I got back home I noticed they charged my card three times and when I called to have them fix it they were rude and told me to take it up with the bank.

    Arrived to check in an hour after reserving a room online, lady at window stated there was no reservation under my name so come back in 30 minutes then threw my license across the counter at me.     This was a horrible experience. the lady at the front office was mean and not welcoming. The parking lot was not secured. The lock on the room door was not very reliable. the bed sheets had "cigarette" burns on them. There were few roaches in the room. the TV stand was level using card board pieces. The bathroom was not very clean. I should have taken photos. Luckily, I only stayed for one night most of the day I was out.

The lock on the room door was not very reliable. the bed sheets had "cigarette" burns on them. There were few roaches in the room. the TV stand was level using card board pieces. The bathroom was not very clean. I should have taken photos. Luckily, I only stayed for one night most of the day I was out.

    It was ok ..was nice and quiet for the most part after we checked in ..the parking was near to our room, but could have been better ..there was not to much room for parking so other ppl had parked longways right in front of the down stairs rooms

    I have stayed at over 600 hotels w/Hotels.com, and this is one of the worst. The woman who works the front desk was extremely rude to me and couldn't find my subsequent booking to extend my stay for one day. When I told her she was wrong and it had been already paid, she started threatening me to check out of the property due to her mistake. She could care less that she was throwing me out into 108 degree heat w/no car lugging my bags around. Completely cruel and uncaring. Choose another hotel somewhere else that treats customers w/courtesy, respect and humanity. You won't find it at this hotel.

    My second stay. The first time was good. This time they put me in room 112 which was very disappointing. All the walls had cuts like someone used a knife. It was everywhere. The curtains had cut hole cut in them In several spots I guess so people can look out and peep idk. The hotel is good nice people just that last room I had I didn’t like and so with that said I will not be returning. Oh also harassment from Richland Hills police!

    Just wasn’t clean at all. Blood stains in multiple areas of the room. Found some on the mattress. The A/C unit seemed broken. It was so loud when turned on. Also it was hard to tell what setting it was on because the words were rubbed off. The only one I could make out was High Cool so that’s what it stayed on.
