They don’t clean our room. Roaches in the bathroom

Bad AC. Had to switch rooms. The staff gave attitude about it

This was the most unkept building I’ve ever spent time in. There were no simple immediacies like soap or shampoo or No door indicator of privacy. When asked for these they only had soap that was the smallest sliver I’ve ever seen. They did ask the housekeepers to only clean ours when we checked out. I will not return.

Very friendly staff, it was clean & quiet

If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay at this hotel and recommend to others. Clean and in a good area.

No elevators

The staff attendant at the front desk was horrible. He will not accept reservations from Expedia. He wants to cancel the reservation and then you can pay on the room. I had two reservations, consecutively, for (3) nights each. I was not sure if I wanted to stay for 6 nights, so I made two reservations. He said, " If I want to use my Expedia reservation for the second stay. I have to check out at 11:00am. and leave my room, and then come back at 2:00 p.m. If you do not use your reservation and check out of the room. He makes the decision what your rate will be and then charges you $15.00 more than your rate with Expedia. So, you check and DO NOT EVER COME BACK! This USE TO BE MY FAVORITE HOTEL FOR OVER (5YRS). THIS GUY SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!

My son was staying there and it is all in doors. He had lost his wallet he when to the front desk when it happened and ask if the would check their cameras to see if someone found it. The person at desk so no. So for fives days he what to office to see it had been turned in for four days they said NO. The five day he when in and a new person was on the front desk and this person said oh yes it has been for days. He said one of staff turn it in about four days ago. Do they don't have working phones. The wallet had his drive license in it. How hard would it have been to call his room to tell him the wallet was turned in. BUT NO ONE GAVE A CRAP ABOUT HIM HAVING TO REPLACE EVERYTHING. SO, NO I THINK THEY NEED BETTER HELP.

Everything is good b but that picture on website not show right as room look! When I get there room not even clean and smell like smoke even I get non-smoking. Bed room need to fix and paint again as website pictures! Also need to stop lie about room look like new. It damn old and wall dirty and need to remodel and change everything as new. Smh!

Room was not clean crack heads running around no bath towels,soap,or coffee in rooms, heard yelling an screaming all night worst motel 6 iv ever been to

I asked for a first floor room, I checked in before 4pm. When I mentioned I had just driven 16 hours from Arizona, his reply how boring and no first rooms available. When I asked about an elevator his reply its only one flight of stairs. After several trips up the stairs, my room must of been next to a maintenance room. There was the sound of a compressor in the wall about 2 feet from the bed. It would come on and off several times during my stay. None of the staff seemed happy, no greeting. I found a woman in the lobby around 4 am the following day, not sure if she worked there. Sitting on the couch watching TV.

Nothing No elevator and basically everything else

The stuff at the front desk sucks. My son lost his wallet he when to the front desk every day to see if someone turned it in. They had four days ago. My the bad person at the front desk said it was not there. Then he when in last night and was told it had been there since he lost it but at no time did anyone call him and tell him it was there. He had to cancel is cards and wait for new one. I could move him because he did have his ID as the front desk had it.

There was nothing good to say about this place. Everything smelled like smoke. Staff was not friendly. Rooms were in bad repair. AC did not work. We had to change rooms because the smell was so bad, they charged us for the change!

I have been a customer of this hotel for over 4 years. They have always been very professional when checking in to the hotel and the rooms are always very clean and smell nice. I look forward to staying at their facility.

The location Convince Grocery stores close by , within walking distance. It smelled like someone was always cooking with some kind of spices , I think it was curry. It stunk the entire time I was there
