This place by far is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The staff (each and everyone) made our stay that much better, from toilet paper to directions to just talking they made my family feel welcome. The hotels amenities were outstanding. The breakfast and social hours were awesome meeting new friends and just having pleasant conversations with people we didn’t even know. Thank you for that opportunity. The food (which changed daily) were plentiful and delicious. We took advantage of every opportunity that they offered. The free laundry was the cherry on top of the cake. Now we can go home and not have to worry about laundry. The gym and pool looked so inviting but we didn’t take advantage of that amenity. The rooms and bed and everything in it were amazing. I personally think it’s more comfortable than my bed. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and a place we could reunite with our son back from a 14 month deployment. A beautiful and spacious room, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Airport shuttle would be nice.

NEGATIVE:We didn't like the late breakfast hours on the weekend and the choice of breakfast was not good.

Staff was friendly- from check in to check out. Quick with assistance. Room was very clean and it was nice to see staff cleaning the hallways and ceilings as well. I didn’t feel grossed out as I usually do with hotels by the beach.

The front desk staff was amazing! Room was great, clean and comfortable. After years of being Hilton members, we are done. Very happy with the stay bridge brand!

The hotel was nice and well maintained. The staff are not clear on the late checkout policy. When I called about checking out late during my stay, I was told a note would be put in my reservation for a 2:00pm checkout. However, when I checked in I was told 12:30pm or 1:00pm at the latest. This was an issue because I stayed at this hotel because it is pet friendly. I was there to attend my daughters college graduation.

Absolutely everything! We’ve stayed previously, and just as the first time, the staff went above and beyond. It feels just like home, the beds are so comfortable, and they have name brand hygiene products in the bathrooms for guests to use. There wasn’t anything at all that we didn’t like

The rooms were clean and super spacious. The staff were really nice. Plus, there was convenient parking with plenty of places to eat right outside the hotel.
