Wonderful, clean and respectful staff.

Our family of 4 had a nice weekend stay. The staff was nice. One of our beds was weirdly uncomfortable, but the other one was fine. But other than that, no complaints. Breakfast was good. We would stay again.

It was a great stay with one exception. We had an ADA room. The shower floor, which probably was once a very good no-slip surface, was very slippery. If I hadn’t had the safety bars to hold onto the entire time, it could have been interesting. I’m mentioned this at check out. BTW - this isn’t just an issue at this property - it’s happening more and more as we travel. The average hotel could save itself some immense liability issues by simply providing a “Rubbermaid” style mat with suction cups on the bottom that guests can choose to use - or not. Unsolicited advice given!

Could not get the room cooled below 73F. Maintenance tried to fix the problem. We stayed 5 days and roasted. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Location was great for what we needed. Staff at the check in desk were very friendly and helpful. The toilet in our room didn’t flush properly. No water coming out from around the bowl to flush even the toilet paper down. It was like a vacuum and very loud.

Also, I felt the housekeeping did the barest minimum of taking care of the room. We were there for five days. They didn’t replace the toilet paper roll, came in made the bed and left towels, that’s it. As guests, we shouldn’t have to ask for this. We left a tip everyday, I did expect a better job of tidying up the room. It is a very nice, clean hotel. I was very surprised at the lack of care of the room while staying there.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. No shuttle service to airport. Poor customer service.

The airport shuttle was fast and very friendly, the front desk lady was amazing. Room was very clean ( and I check!) not the best water pressure but the water was very hot and had great shower accessible seat for wheelchair. Will be coming back!

My room was mediocre and not as good as the other Marriott Fairfield I stayed at, I won’t come here again to this hotel.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The continental breakfast was acceptable and the food was hot and cooked well. The only disappointing part of the stay for me was the water pressure in the shower. While it was adequate to shower I personally like a bit more pressure behind the shower head. The water was plenty hot and easily temperature controlled. The fan in the bathroom was loud. I did not mention this during my stay as closing the door to the bathroom when not in use cancelled it out.

I stayed for one night. All was good. Breakfast is basic (just like any other hotel I stayed in within the US). Didn't get the chance to explore the facilities. The crew was very nice

I gave poor property condition because our room had a clogged toilet so the nice lady at front desk moved us to new room. Other than that, we really enjoyed it! Loved the shades in the room.

There was nothing that I could complain about or didn't like

Easy check in & out. I left my pillow and Robin was so helpful finding it and getting back to me they had it. My daughter was able to get it back for me.

The rooms have been upgraded since my last visit they are really nice As always the free breakfast is was amazing if you go there get the quiche

The two queen beds were very comfortable. Usually the side closest to the bathroom is worn out, but not here. The room and bathroom was very clean. Also, one of the few hotels I have stayed at that actually had enough towel hooks for 4 people staying in the room.

People were nice enough, but when you can't get out of your room's bathroom because the door latch was broken... how does staff not see that? Breakfast was DISGUSTING, inedible. Then, 3 phone calls to Marriott to get the Bonvoy app to work, only to find out that booking through Expedia voids my Bonvoy points? Oh, did I mention this was the FIRST TIME IVE EVER STAYED AT A MARRIOTT HOTEL? No way to treat a brand-new customer; Hampton Inns are much nicer for the same price.

They cancelled my reservation prior to check in and gave our room away without notice. They downgraded our room. We opted to pay on site when booking. They stated they charged my card at 7:00am the morning of check in, despite check in time was at 4pm and we opt for the pay at site option. They stated since the card declined at 7:00am they cancelled the reservation without noticing us. In which I was fully prepared to pay on site as previously arranged. They stated they only had one downgraded room available which we had to take due to such short notice. Highly dissatisfied with this experience and will not be returning to this hotel.

Stayed at the hotel for 4th of July weekend, the hotel was very pleasant. Staff was great, helpful, and accommodating. The lobby area was very nice, and clean. Our room was very spacious, also very clean, beds were really comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are down near VA Beach. Highly, Highly recommend 😊 The surrounding area was also nice, right near the Outlets.

It was my 7or 8th year staying at this hotel I really like it.

Latoya was great, she does more than she has to. Miss Lillian was also notable. The cleaning staff was great, and overall we had a great experience. Heidi was good, breakfast as well.

My stay was great! Had access to YouTube to rent a movie and they were able to accommodate a special request. We had to use the shuttle to get to the airport and the driver was very nice, professional, and respectful.

We picked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and the location during a short spring break trip. The kids were extremely disappointed to find the pool empty and undergoing maintenence. We would have never stayed if there was any notice on the hotel site regarding the pool being down. The facility and room was clean, staff was nice and very convenient to I-64. Breakfast was basic, the hot offerings were gross and cold, other than that it was standard continental. With so many hotels in the area, we probably wouldn't stay again.

The front desk personnel were lovely, and they can only work with what they are given. But the room wasn’t as clean as I expected with old cereal and debris underneath the bed and the towels were dingy. The elevator floors were deteriorated and crumbling. And there were groups of people yelling and banging doors up and down the hall multiple times over my stay.

We had to find a place to stay because our flight was delayed. The staff was awesome. They came and picked us up and got us back to the airport in plenty of time. We got much-needed rest in a comfortable clean atmosphere.

The common area of the hotel was clean and very nice looking, the breakfast was good, the room was clean. The heated pool was the main reason for the for picking the property to stay. We traveled from Michigan to vist the children and grand children for Christmas and New Years, planned to have the grand children come and use the pool. When we went to use the pool all the lights were turned off, and the water was very cool. The receptionist said they forgot to turn the lights on and the pool was open. When i asked about it being cold she said that the pool was open but the heater did not work. The heater hasnt worked for a long time, the water was around 45 to 50 degrees, the ocean would have been warmer.

The property is in a prime location: Costco, IKEA, premium outlets, Starbucks a quick 2-min walk, dining options. Complementary breakfast just enough (coffee, eggs, pastries, hot/cold cereal), vending options. The property is clean, the surrounding area seemed safe, well-lit & maintained. Spacious room with microwave & frig, coffee maker. Now to the bed, throughout my stay, all thoughts were on "how soon can I get back in bed?" Thanks, Fairfield M. for the experience.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars. It was a great place to stay. The problem came when I left. I was asked to pay an incidental fee that was applied to my credit card the day after checkout. The fee was over $1200, nearly the price of my stay. It was supposed to be returned, but 10 days later I had to file a dispute with my credit card. The fee was not refunded. Shameful! I liked the hotel, but I will not go back.

This hotel was AMAZING!! The staff was super friendly and rooms were CLEANN. They also offer free parking and breakfast included which was such good bonuses. The breakfast we had was waffles, eggs and bacon it tasted so good. So had such a good time but sadly didn’t have time to use the pool hopefully if we visit next time we can. From the looks of it the pool was big and people seemed to enjoy it.

The front desk & shuttle staff were amazing, kind and professional. They went out of their way to ensure the hotel shuttle was there to pick me up and get me to the airport for an early flight. They made recommendations of local restaurants, which were top notch. They made sure my room was ready and clean after an extremely long day of travel & meetings. Made my trip a bit easier and able to relax.

I originally set to stay for 4 days, I had to adjust/change my room, the manager so so helpful, the shuttle service was perfect, all the staff was super friendly, and I got a upgrade, so there other rooms are beautiful as well.... breakfast buffet had quite the options, placed perfectly by many nearby "other" food options

Staff was great throughout the whole hotel, especially dining lady. First day at breakfast there was no beef or turkey meat that i could eat with my breakfast. She went to the back and made a couple pieces of turkey sausage for me. Next morning, instead of pork, there was turkey sausage patties. She made my day! Thank you Fairfield going above and beyond and having staff that goes above and beyond.! I think the dining hall lady name was Alba or something with an A, sorry i cant remember. Keep up the wonderful hospitality, thats what keeps me coming back there! Until next time!

With being an airport hotel I expected to hear planes taking off and landing. Surprisingly we never heard the airport. Rooms were very clean and nice.

Lovely, simple and clean. The bathroom was nice and I like the glass door to the shower. The tv had cable and I watched new episodes of SpongeBob. They also had free continental breakfast which was the basics , hot and cold foods and cereals. I would return!

We really loved our stay here! The staff were super helpful and nice. For the most part the hotel room we were in was quiet to outside noises. Room was very clean and we had two big TVs in our room that had streaming services like hbo max and Netflix which was a plus! The breakfast was decent, they switch it every morning. Mostly consists of a couple hot choices and cereal, bagels, fruits, and grab and go type of foods. There was plenty of food places within walking distance and a Starbucks in the same parking lot! Overall, we enjoyed this hotel and will be coming back!
