Everything was Great at the property. I had a lil hiccup upon check in with the front desk when I arrived. The problem was eventually fixed but that’s the reason for four stars. The property and service is great and if I’m ever at national harbor in the future this will be my choice of stay.

Exceptional staff—with special mention to France, who was extremely kind, polite, and proactive. The hotel is very well-located, offering breathtaking views, spacious and comfortable rooms, and cleanliness. I will stay here again when visiting the DC area.
