Such a beautiful location!

Definitely coming back when we’re in the National Harbor!!!

Had a great stay.. upon arriving, the front desk clerk was very pleasant and welcoming. The room and property was very clean. I must say, the guests were pleasant as well. This will definitely be my go to when I return to the area! Oh and the price was very reasonable!

We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn at the Harbor in Oxon Hill. Breakfast was enjoyable. The atmosphere was a whole vibe. And they validate parking in the garage which is The staff, especially Tish, was so nice and pleasant. We recommend this place and will stay again. Also, we door dashed last night from Cadillac Ranch which is across the street. We are good, relaxed, and had a good Ole time.

Just went for an overnight trip and book at the Residence Inn and enjoyed our room and accommodations. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the next morning before checkout. Will book here again and it is also walking distance to all resteraunts and entertainment...

I was at the top, but I want to be near the view that I can see the water. I seen a snippet of it but that’s OK. It was cleaned, but I was mad that I had to like keep hitting the remote control in order for it to work. The batteries and remote control was like dying. I mean, that doesn’t make a break the proper itself, but they could’ve did better than that.

The room was great. It is spacious and homey for being a hotel room. The staff were wonderful. The price gouging for events is ridiculous.

Everything in the room was great, and the staff were very polite The cleaners the hotel used triggered me and my friends allergies so bad that we couldn't enjoy our stay. Hers were to the point she was struggling to breath and even walk. So thanks to the hotel using fragrances cleaners, our event was ruined. You really should be using fragrance free for the health and safety of your guests. You'd be doing everyone a favor, including your staff.

Very comfortable, kitchen in every room, nice breakfast downstairs, across the street from the Gaylord Conference Center. It needs a shuttle to the King Street Metro! It's so isolated that it's hard to go to town (ANY part of town) outside the National Harbor area itself. A hotel shuttle would be a godsend in this location.

The hotel location is great with many dining options within walking distance. The room is quiet and well equipped with a kitchen. Bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. The pullout sofa bed was useless because the mattress was not good anymore. Couldn't change the temperature in the room because the thermostat was not responding. Personal items from previous guest were still in the drawer.

Our studio was very clean and the handicap room had plenty of room for my wheelchair. The house keeping was pleasant and check every day to see if we wanted our room clean. The hotel has free breakfast every morning we love our stay.

The staff was very personable. I inquired about late check out and I was able to check out an hour later without any charge. I was very appreciative of that. You just need to fix your elevator at Mariner Garage.

We’ve stayed in four hotels in National harbor for different sports events at the Gaylord. This is hands down our favorite. Front desk staff were all kind and welcoming the whole weekend. It’s right across from Gaylord with a handy pedestrian crosswalk that takes you to the back entrance / water side of Gaylord to access the convention center. Way less hectic / crazy than the Gaylord. Nice sized rooms. Great breakfast that was well stocked every morning. Parking right outside the back of the hotel. It’s no 5 star hotel but is awesome for all it has to offer especially at the price point.

Unfortunately, given National Harbor’s location, the crowd from nearby areas smokes weed. The outdoor bar/patio at the hotel was not secured from the general public, and late into the night non-guests stopped by to smoke, which we could quite clearly smell in our room. Hotel is very nice, but this was last time we stay there.

Hotel was being repaired- did not know this at time of booking. Noisy room, over heated room we were unable to correct. There were no amenities in the room-not even a bottle of water available. I would expect this for a $50 a night stay, not the $300+ we payed for a 10 hour stay. Very disappointing

Great trip to National Harbor for anniversary weekend! Residence Inn National Harbor was centrally located to the wonderful shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

The folks at the front desk gave us a "starter bag" of ice while we waited for our maker to make ice. CLUTCH! Perfect location with food and the Ferris wheel within five minutes walking distance. Felt like a vacation, although we don't live far away! No complaints!

Overall, this was a pleasant experience. The room, sheets, towels, etc. were all very clean. I had a view of a parking ramp across the street, but I guess not every visitor is going to get a great view a staff or friendly, breakfast was acceptable, and it was a great location.

The only thing we did not like was the morning breakfast staff hovered over everyone as they were getting their breakfast, which was very annoying. Other than that, the food was great. We love the location and it’s a nice hotel.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Was able to checkin early and get a late checkout. Only downside was the laundry room was oit of order and the firepit.

Staff was incredibly rude. Claimed our reservation was not for five days even though it clearly was, and called us yelling that they were going to take all of our belongings out of our room, despite the fact that we were still staying there two more nights.

Great location but our room near cooled down. It was almost humid inside though it was nice outside. The beds were comfortable but our bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the floor & in the tub that was definitely not ours. The breakfast was awful.

The hotel was clean,quite and in waking distance to everything. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff gave best in class service. I would definitely stay again when visiting the DMV area.

Our room was absolutely wonderful - very clean and much bigger than expected. My one and only complaint was overall parking. With the volume of people that frequent this area, there should be more parking that is easily accessible, especially when it comes to checking in.

Property was beautiful! Staff was awesome. Easy check has everything you need in your room. Just like a small apartment. Great for short or long stay. Couple or with family & kids.

Breakfast options were very limited and even among the few items available, some were out of stock. Not the Residence Inn I used to know.

The spoiler was the air conditioning unit that made a loud, unpleasant noise when on making the room terribly inhospitable for sleeping

The stay was part of a longer trip . Therefore, it was a last minute booking since our previous hotel sold out for an extra day . Hotel was close and convenient to our final destination. Quiet and scenic hotel with friendly staffing . One thing that was a bit disappointing was the sound coming from the ice machine otherwise a great stay

Worse experience ever. Room was nothing like what I expected. Bathroom was not clean at all. Bed was uncomfortable. I felt like I had to look around the entire time to make sure I didn’t see and bugs etc. The staff wqs not the friendliest. They tried to accommodate me with another room the AC was not functioning in that room. What a crappy way to bring in my birthday. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I did not stay my second night due these issues. Most definitely will be reaching out for a refund for at least my second stay.

Place was nice but one of the elevators was out of order which was a huge inconvenience, parking was ok as long as you got to the garage after all the nightlife activities were winding down also a issue with my room that I care not to discuss.

This property was falsely advertised as update to date and State of the art, IT IS NOT!!! IT'S OLDDD,old technology TV no streaming and broken TV tech called, USB ports didn't work, ripped up furniture, poor breakfast choices, trash in the hallway for 2 days, the pull out bed was sooo hard and uncomfortable NO ONE COULD SLEEP ON IT! No enough bedding, no liquid dish detergent in room, refrigerator was dented old and very hard to open. As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Plus member, I want a refund for this horrible stay!! My husband is partially disabled and all the staff offered was to move us to another old room after we had already been settled in!! Expedia just sent me back to the hotel management and The hotel management sent me back to Expedia and said you just wanted to get rid of me and my complaints and not refund me!!! I want a refund for all of this inconvenience and trouble and false advertising from Expedia!! If going to report the false advertising everywhere and let everyone know not to use Expedia and that Marriott Bonvoy is falsely advertised as well!!!

We do not like pet friendly hotels, as this one is. Although the facility is nice and we had a pleasant experience at this facility, we cannot prioritize staying at Residence Inn.

Gave 2 stars. 1. The front desk hospitality wasn’t good. 1 girl was talking too fast, like she was rushing the checking in process. Was moving too fast she forgot to hand me my room key. I realized after parking my car to get my things. When I was checking out, another girl was there and was not friendly. 2. In the middle of my stay, when i came back into the hotel, the lobby area had a real bad smell. I couldn’t tell if the hotel was on fire, but had a burnt smell. I was so concerned. I think one of the staff members burned the food. 3. They need to update their tvs to where you can connect your phone like a smart tv. They just have basic cable.

Paid extra for river front view, did NOT get river front view. Your site advertised view, hotel only has "partial" views, and that is a stretch. Don't advertise view and charge extra of they don't have it! Thick i deserve partial refund. Fridge was dented all over, looks like they got it at a garage sale. Tv was small and old, not even a smart tv. Very disappointed....

Went to see the Titanic Experience and stayed there. The hotel was within walking distance to the event as well as many restaurants and shops. We would like to go there again in the spring or summer and visit National Harbor again. The hotel had complimentary breakfast that was excellent and the whole building was clean and very modern. Loved it.
