The room was well maintained was a little disappointed the roof top was booked for a event so didn’t get a chance to enjoy it and i didn’t like that theirs no parking so your forced to pay for valet

I booked two rooms for a work trip during CMA Fest at high rates. After long workdays, neither room was cleaned and there were no fresh towels. When I called the front desk, I was told housekeeping had to be requested, something never mentioned at check-in. The manager apologized and promised to address it, but after another full day of work, both rooms still had not been serviced. After a 14-hour day, I had to raise the issue again, and housekeeping did not arrive until 9:00 PM. There were also maintenance problems, including a poorly draining shower and other nonfunctioning amenities. Most disappointing was the lack of concern for paying guests. The manager offered reimbursement for one night per room, but given that both rooms went unserviced for multiple days during one of Nashville’s busiest weekends, compensation for two nights per room would have been more appropriate. Despite its convenient location, the hotel provided motel-level service at hotel-level prices. Poor communication, inadequate housekeeping, unresolved maintenance issues, and an unsatisfactory response to complaints make this a hotel I would not recommend.

Overall it was great & the staff was extremely accommodating! I was doing a surprise engagement for my now fiancee. Weather & timing kept messing up the plans so members of the staff kept helping with alternatives. We plan on coming back to Nashville yearly or bi-yearly at worst & will stay at this property every-time. On the down side was that there was a discrepancy with the per day parking fee that was never addressed after two inquiries. The room was beautiful but the towels in the room were not clean (which was remedied quickly), the battery in the TV remote was dead, and the TV apps would not work with our sign in credentials. With all that it was still a wonderful place to stay & worthy of 4 out of 5 stars.

Overall the hotel was nice and staff was helpful. Its located outside of the tourist areas but still walkable. We didn't get room service, which really just coffee refills and shower dispenser refills, was all we needed. Rooms were nice. Would stay again.

The guys that provided valet services were the best! Their customer service and hospitality was definitely 5 worthy. My only disappointment was that availability of the restaurant was not accessible due to a wedding party event on the rooftop. The hotel should have insured services could be provided at the bar on the main floor as an alternate. Also, we had to put in 4 separate requests to receive basic housekeeping services. The lackluster response by the front desk to full fill the request was disappointing and brought about concern surrounding hospitality, customer service, and accommodation to guests.

It’s my first time in Tennessee, so I’m understanding that while I think the price of the property is a bit high for a place that doesn’t have a pool or free breakfast - it’s actually expected. Valet was expensive and everything was pricey but the location is great ! Everywhere I went was under 10 minutes honestly . I also would recommend putting your valuables away even if you have the DND sign up as my best friend had her Valentino perfume stolen , but that appeared to be the only thing taken. The view was also nice and the staff was pretty friendly . Oh and having mirrors everywhere and a vanity is the perfect touch for the girlies

They decided to try to check me in before I was there and before their check in time. My card declined bc I had not moved the money over yet. I received an email stating I had until 11 16 pm to update my card or check in. Upon arriving I was informed they had canceled my reservation and had sold my room and were sold out. Will never attempt to stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. The girl at the front desk had a horribly disgusting attitude and acted as though I was bothering her bc I wanted to know what happened and how it was allowed to happen

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and hotel was quiet for a busy holiday weekend with no problems sleeping at all. Walking wasn’t an option because of the rain but it was a quick Uber ride to everything we wanted to do. Upstairs bar/restaurant was beautiful with awesome views of the city. We loved our bartender and enjoyed our food and drinks. Neighborhood wasn’t unsafe but is located near an adult entertainment store and strip clubs. Hotel does have security guard on site and requires a key to use elevator which was appreciated. With that being said we would stay there again when visiting Nashville.

Very rude staff, didn’t let me cancel to leave after the fees for parking. Was not on the hotel.com website. Please check before booking. Was not free parking, was not free breakfast, they were rude and disrespectful and asked me to leave and charged me for full stay and I wasn’t there 15 minutes. Asked to park my car on a busy street and move every few hours on a busy street. Was not on website that was next door to a gentlemen club and across the street from a drag queen show and club. I wasn’t rudely asked to leave and wouldn’t give me a receipt for my charges. Not a good place wouldn’t recommend for an animal to stay much less a human being.

AC made noise all night the first night. Next morning it woke us up at 7 roaring. The motor went out in it. Cambria offered us a fan and a refund for our second night if we chose to stay in that room or we could downgrade from a corner suite to a double queen room with AC. We chose to change rooms but didn’t get any of our money back. Certainly not the experience I paid for. We did get a complimentary bag of four pieces of candy for our trouble.

The room was very clean when we arrived and it was a nice room! It was very modern and up to date and the mirror had a speaker and built in lighting which was so fun for getting ready. The area itself was a little sketchy but it was about a 20 min walk to Broadway so I got my steps in. We did not eat there.

The only downside was the service at the rooftop bar. Our server seemed slightly uninterested and insisted we sit at the bar even though I was with my 16-year-old daughter. I felt a table would have been more appropriate and likely would’ve encouraged better service overall. It may have just been an overwhelming evening for the staff, but the experience could definitely have been handled better.

The breakfast options were quite limited, and the food itself was not good. They are supposed to open at 6 a.m., but one day it was 7:30 a.m. and it was still closed. They don’t do full cleaning every day, which is fine, but on one of the days they skipped cleaning, I asked for extra towels. After a couple of hours, I asked again since they hadn’t brought them, and still nothing. I called a third time later and was told to go get them myself because they were short-staffed. The surrounding area is not great, although it is well connected. The good: The rooms are new and spacious, with nice skyline views if you get a higher floor I would not go back, there are better options close with similar rates.

I stayed at the Cambria on a quick overnight visit to Nashville. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Loved the esthetic! We were lucky to get a room that faced the midtown skyline and it was beautiful to see at night and wake up to the next morning. The mirror in the bathroom has a makeup light and you can connect to bluetooth to listen to music! The shower was nice and hot. The only downside for me is that it is down the road from some adult entertainment spots (which felt a little weird driving by at night with my kiddo) and that the hotel only offers valet parking, but other than that our stay was very enjoyable and we would stay here again!

My husband and I came to town for a concert and this hotel was super convenient. Not quite on Broadway, but close enough where it’s walkable. The customer service at the front desk was amazing. Parking was the only issue. I’m not comfortable letting strangers drive my car so I don’t care for valet parking. But there isn’t anywhere to park and they don’t offer self parking. Which forced us to pay $54 a day for valet parking which I felt was excessive.

Pretty and modern. The smell in the lobby was terrible. It smelled like body odor that somebody was trying to cover up with baby powder. The valet lost our car keys for probably about 25-30 mins. One of the girls in the lobby wasn’t very friendly. Felt like I was bothering her.

Overall the hotel was a great choice. The location was convenient to Broadway and other tourist attractions and the valet service was a great experience. The location was also easy for uber services to pick up and drop off. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the rooftop restaurant. The bartender, Matt, was incredible but we had to send our food back. Our burgers were sausage patties and our salads consisted of a bowl of wilted bagged lettuce. The next day we brought our own food to the rooftop to enjoy the weather and view only to be kicked out for not eating from the hotel menu. It’s a shame we couldn’t enjoy the prettiest part of the hotel.

The staff was so helpful and friendly . My husband and I came for our anniversary. They provided us with complimentary champagne, chocolates, key chain , post card and water with a nice little card that had two drink vouchers. That was a pleasant surprise! They also had breakfast to purchase and a little snack store. Hotel was very clean and had an amazing Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom to jam out .

I liked the design of the hotel. I also liked the staff - especially at The Rux. Everyone was very friendly. Even the valet staff was very nice. The breakfast food was also tasty. I would definitely stay here again. I don't think the hotel should make you pay for coffee in the morning....... Also, when we arrived - there was a fingernail on the bedside table which makes me think whoever cleaned - did not wipe down everything. I noticed some of the appliances also had a good thickness of dust on them. Otherwise, the room was pretty clean.

Advertising said indoor pool and hot tub NOT THE CASE! Had dinner at the top floor restaurant took 2.5 hours. Appetizers was brought wrong then waited another 1 to get the correct one. Then as a party of 3 pork chop was brought out 30 minutes before 2nd persons tacos, then 20 minutes later 3rd person's cheeseburger was brought! Horrible experience. Hotel was clean and getting new towels was an issue. Wont stay there again.

Very new and clean in the main areas. Love the vibes of the bedrooms. Loved the amount of natural light in the corner room and all the lamps through out the room. Plugs and outlets galore! The bed was very comfortable and sheets were soft. Shower floor wasn’t the cleanest. Had hair that wasn’t out in it. Stained black streaks. Definitely the housekeepers need to up their game on the cleaning. The flush of the toilet wasn’t the best. And turned it down to 68 in the room and it felt like it never cooled down.

Check in was smooth upon entering our room was cold, it was freezing cold outside so having no heat on and the thermostat said 64 and after an hour and half it only made it to 69, maintence came reset it and we were given a small space heater long story short we moved rooms the next day. Valet was VERY slow our first night I had 8pm dinner reservations 10 minutes away I requested my car at 7:18pm. It was 7:47 before I got my car. Also our first room shower door would slide open and not stay closed during a shower. Our first room and first day was horrible. I don't know if I will be back.

Valet was overworked, we were forced to park in a nearby parking lot that belonged to the city. Our truck was broken into, with two blown out windows. Ate at hotel restaurant two nights in a row. Food was awful and incredibly overpriced. Would not, and will not be staying here again

Booked a king bed, got two queens. Staff then banged on my door at 11 a.m. telling me to leave a day early, despite my reservation clearly showing checkout Tuesday. Parking was a disaster — one staff member said valet only, another said I could park across the street in a garage and that it was “part of their parking.” Overall, the staff was unorganized, communication was poor, and the experience was stressful and unacceptable. Would not return.

I needed to stay close to St. Thomas for work due to power outages. I booked the Cambria 3 separate times because of its location. The rooms are nice, updated, comfortable. The downsides are valet…I asked valet to store my car in a covered lot so I could easily grab my car and head to work. In the early hours when I had to leave they informed me that they weren’t operating valet due to the ice. But they could walk me to my car. It was freezing rain outside - I was not dressed to walk uphill in the rain and icy roads as I paid $44 for this to not happen. You could tell the man walking me was embarrassed and stressed out. Even more so when we got to the upper lot that was covered and my car wasn’t there. He started fumbling through his phone trying to figure out where it was and was saying “uh uh geez, I don’t know where it is?!”. I needed to clock into work by 6:23…I begged him to please go retrieve my car because my feet were soaked and I was cold. He took my keys and went off. 15 mins later he had my car that was covered in ice. The 2nd night I stayed, all I wanted was a warm meal to eat for dinner- but they ran out of food. So I ate chips and yogurt. I understand the hotel isn’t equipped to handle all emergencies but as an essential worker I was hoping for a tad more accommodation. Would I stay here again, if I had to- yes. In an ice storm- likely not. They did tell me they discounted my valet by 50% when I complained- but I feel like it should have been fully comped given what I had to endure.

The refriegerator in my room had a leak. I asked a staff person to have someone look into it as I was leaving for dinner. When we returned water was still on the floor. I feel that the refrigerator shoud have been removed/replaced or someone should have followed up to inform us that the issue was addressed.

We ended up at this hotel after having such a terrible experience at the first hotel we checked in to....wish we would have went here first!!! It's beautiful from the moment you walk in, the beds are super comfy, we really liked all the lights in our room and the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom!! Chic-fil-a is walking distance from the hotel! We loved the bar/dining area downstairs.

The lobby looked and smelled great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn’t great was the rooms HVAC system. The AC shut off when we were out of the room for a couple of hours so when we came back it was not only hot but also smelled funky. Other than that everything was good! I would stay here again!

When front desk was informed they replied “oh..yea.. you just have to turn it on and off and it’ll go back”. The property interiors are lovely! It's a very aesthetically pleasing introduction to the property. We loved the room. Walking in, we enjoyed taking in all the stylish interiors. We did have (1) major issue that we were able to resolve on day 2 of our stay which was getting Netflix to cast to the TV. Not sure if that was 'user error' or technical glitches with the TV. We could not get the Google Chromecast to work. We had to use the Google TV app. This was a must as our stay LOL was during the Season 5 release of Stranger Things. The microwave in room 616 seems to have a technical issue. It makes a loud, prolonged beep sound that is extremely annoying. The microwave should be checked or replaced. Something that I am not sure can be changed are all the sounds that can be heard. Anything plugged in for charging on the bed nightstand area creates a 'hum'. There is a 'hum' heard slightly above the room in the direction of the closet.

Clean room, excellent staff, there is a $40.00 parking fee on their lot, it was worth it for front door service. It was 20 degrees the morning we left and all I had to do was go to the email they sent me and let them know we were ready to leave 15 minutes before, our vehicle was warm and ready to go at the front door when we checked out. We enjoyed our stay.

Internet went out as I was getting my keys. The rooms were clean but hotel is next to hospitals, lots of noise from constant ambulance traffic. I barely slept. Kuerig in room did not work. Not the best stay. If you need sleep do not stay here.

The City View was overlooking the wine and sex stores next door. The property reeked of weed at front desk, elevator, and later in the room itself. The restaurant meal was overcooked, overpriced, and extremely disappointing for the cost. The final nail in the coffin was the police raid at 3 AM in the room next door, which was confirmed by front desk who apologized and nothing else. If you like the glare of the fluorescent lights of Walmart and the things that go bump in the night that shop there after hours, then the Cambria in Nashville is for you. Otherwise, the money you save on valet and room are NOT worth the discount.

I’m giving this hotel 3 stars because I felt the staff was not knowledgeable, no matter what department, couldn’t give answer …. as simple as what time I could retrieve my car from valet… was told I don’t know, I’ve only worked here for a week. Another issue, have signs on elevators what time restaurants open, however they are incorrect, again asked staff why is there signs if not correct.. you guessed it… I don’t know… As far as the hotel itself, I do have to say it was clean for the most part, but my opinion is the rooms are way to dark.. horrible lighting and some of the lights didn’t even work. Would I stay here again… probably not.

How disappointed were we when we mistakenly booked Midtown instead of Downtown. The service for breakfast was extremely slow(the English muffin took 25 minutes to come out) and the food was disgusting. They didn't clean the room, dump trask or make the beds. We had to go get towels and bath tissue.

Your team at the Cambria midtown Nashville was the best. When my husband had an emergency, they directed us to the Emergency Room at Vanderbilt hospital. After a 6 hr. stay, we returned and they were very helpful in getting us to an App to get medical supplies and delivery of food for the next 2 days until we left. Heading them is a +++AAA! We're hoping to return in the near future to see more if your city. Thank You.

Room was gorgeous! Super cute with all the little light switches. The AC/Heater was Awful. Was either freezing air, or blowing hot air set on 70° the entire time. Also the bathroom door is basically unmanageable. Way too heavy to move, and does not slide easily. Bathroom towels were nice, and the aesthetics of the room were really pretty. Shower was decent, and we had a lot of space for our weekend luggage.

Amazing staff that helped with our late arriving baggage from the airport, necessities were given to me for free for unexpected things, the valet drivers were great and had our car to us in less than 5 minutes every time we requested it. And the beds are to die for. Plus it’s only a ten minute walk to broadway, with good views on the way.

Valet was a little disorganized/hard to figure out. The valet people were a little rude and not attentive. However walking in, the hotel is gorgeous and luxurious looking. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful in the afternoon checking-in. Room was clean and gorgeously decorated. Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. Plenty of towels. King bed was super comfortable. Checking out was a little annoying as the front desk staff in the morning was a little less friendly, and again the valet, confusing. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Love it. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The only thing that a bit lacking was the key card. We all had trouble a few times in the el elevator and didn’t realize that the key cards only allowed us to go to our floor. We do not have access to go to the floors that our other parties were on, but otherwise everything else was amazing and the smell of the hotel was clean.

The Cambria Hotel in Midtown Nashville is modern, stylish, and in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe was upscale and welcoming. And their parking service was phenomenal. There were a few minor maintenance issues—like broken light fixtures, closet damage, and no trash bags—but nothing major. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Did NOT stay in the room we ordered and suffered in multiple rooms without air conditioning. It was not a good say.

Beautiful property. So underused for entertainment! Small menus. Nothing around the area. Would have been more convenient to stay there. Staff especially Lauren in Ruk awesome service and personality. The rest so so. Breakfast is so understaffed! Took incredible amount of time to get served. Will wait for better results before going back. Beautiful property!

The propety is conveniently located near museums and attractions. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel smell nice. I particularly likeed the bluetooth mirror in the bathroom, and the shower had good hot water pressure .

I ended up canceling my reservation. I was first checked into a room that was completely torn apart and dirty. I was then told there were no more rooms available that match what I booked, so I could take a twin room. After this is very little help by the staff, I canceled my reservation and found a different hotel.

There were homeless people begging outside the door. There was no bar or restaurant open until 3. We left 2 days early. I felt it was unsafe for the kids.

The A/C was not working in our room upon arrival. The hotel had alresdy texted to make sure we were happy witb our room. I replied about the A/C. They sent maintenence immediately. We went out, came back, and no change. I contacted the front desk and they sent maintenance immediately and found us another room if it couldnt be repaired at that time. The maintenance crew was awesome. They got it working quickly and gave us a voucher for a free breakfast for two as well!. Staff was great. Room was beautiful. We had a great short weekend.

The hotel was good but we had issues with the TV and coffee maker. The TV would have the sound and picture cut out and it would e very difficult to remedy. The coffee maker worked once but not again. Also the coffee supplied was not enough for 2 people for 3 days.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was stylish, well-appointed, very clean, and very comfortable, enough space to move around, appreciated multiple mirrors to get ready--someone definitely understood the assignment (although the separate desk/vanity mirror light is terribly placed--definitely should've been above the mirror and not below, and the hair dryer barely puts out any air so not very useful, but that's being picky). We requested extra Kcups that were delivered quickly. Textured towels were a nice touch, and the Bluetooth bathroom mirror underbed lighting gave an elevated vibe. Our 4th floor mid-hallway room was very quiet for a Friday night--we never heard any hallway noise. Didn't use any of the on-site amenities (gym, bar, etc), but valet was quick. Liquor store and CFA on either side, super convenient to walk to various restaurants and bars, easy to grab a ride downtown. Excellent value!

The property was very well kept loved the aesthetics so modern and upscale. The only thing missing for me was a pool but rooftop lounge was very nice. This would be a property that would be recommended to my clients.

The Cambria Hotel was very clean and upscale, the location was kind of and away from everything, the inside dining was very limited and it was a surprise $75 fee when checking in.

This was a great hotel, especially for the price. It exceeded my expectations. My wife and I were able to walk to several spots although we were happy to walk about a mile to places. Immediately around the hotel there are some empty lots, a strip joint, and we some some broken bottles and things not far from the hotel. We felt comfortable walking, we had zero bad experiences going out during the day or night. But those things might be off-putting for some people or families. I would go back though. No issues if you plan to uber. Would recommend!

Amazing hotel, very upscale, clean and spacious rooms. Loved that it was a quick convenient walk to downtown but away from the crowds which was nice. They also have an amazing rooftop bar with great views. Only negative was they don’t clean the rooms daily unless you request it

This was my first time staying at this hotel myself and a friend travel for fun and leisure. The hotel was nice clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and professional and I love the way they communicate via text to handle all your needs during your stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was great except the housekeepers were supposed to clean our room on the 3rd day and they never did. Then they said they'd clean it first thing the next day and never did. Other than that we liked it.

Appeared to be in a not so desirable part of town. Did not like the look of the “industrial” ceilings compared to the rest of the facility. I didn’t need housekeeping services frequently, but it would have been nice to get coffee and supplies replenished daily. Also did not like that there was no option for bottled sodas. Cans only.

the cleaning service was poor. we asked for housekeeping for a cleaning and they only did the beds didn’t clean anything else and they said it’s because we have to request a full cleaning. on the third day when they were supposed to do the full cleaning the guy came in and made a face when we clarified we were supposed to get the full cleaning. When we have back the bathroom didn’t seem clean and he didn’t even sweep. Honestly that just made me feel uncomfortable because who knows if they even changed sheets when a new guest stays there. Also when they would do do the beds they wouldn’t even do it properly because i found a sock in between the sheets.

The hotel and staff members were fantastic. The Rux rooftop restaurant was awesome! However, the area outside needs a lot of upkeep. The $40 valet charge per day needs to be made known upfront before booking is complete. I heard other guests complaining about the valet charge as well.

Great hotel. Clean big rooms and i had a problem with my tv and service came right up, fixed it and noticed something else with the window that wasnt right and fixed that right away to, so great service.
