Some of the people staying here were questionable, but that’s not the hotels fault. Yes, we were next to the airport, but the sound of the planes flying over was extreme. Not too many planes flying past 11pm. Fell asleep after that. I was charged an additional $25 for some reason.

Excellent, friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean. I went to the restaurant next door and the food was very good. The only issue was you are right in the path of landing planes. They were approximately 300 to 500 feet overhead. It was very loud. Otherwise great stay, very close to the airport.

I had no problem sleeping through it all staff was wonderful. Was very pleased to get a late check out time. Only disappointment was they had no eggs for the complimentary breakfast today. Other than that, I would stay again.

The hotel was outstanding! Sparkling clean room, the bed was soooooo comfortable and staff was excellent from check in to check out! Ms. Q at the front desk sets the bar high for customer service!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The facility was ultra modern, the staff was good and the rooms were clean. The location is close to the airport.

No pues dormir en toda la noche, Salian ruidos por todos los lados de la habitación y el refrigerador y aire acondicionado también ruideaban mucho, toda la noche fue algo horrible y además el shower salía olor a drenaje fatal. Cuando llegué aparentemente se veía ok pero al rato fueron saliendo los problemas nunca jamás volveria

We decided to stay here for one night after hiking the Smokey mountains. It was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, arena and several stores. The room was clean and the staff were great during our stay.

Thank you Avid hotels and Expedia. Our travel plans got disrupted in Nashville and we had to make a quick pivot to get a hotel for an unplanned seven hour stay. I didn’t previously have experience with the IHG Avid brand, but it worked out great.

Room and bathroom were nice and clean. Good affordable stay, would have been nice to have known there was a parking fee.
