    Was convenient. They upgraded us to an ADA room and got to eat breakfast instead of having to go out to eat and that was awesome. Oakland at the front desk was exceptional and outstanding. The price was affordable. Just the wedding party and the noise but that's to be expected with a wedding party. Can't think of anything else.

    This hotel and staff were AMAZING! However, I’m thankful I chose to pay at the property, because Expedia didn’t inform me that the kitchen and the bar were under construction. Had I paid through Expedia I would have paid for services I wasn’t able to use, and not be refunded. However because I didn’t pay through Expedia I was able to not have to pay for services not received.

    It was clean and in a nice location Limited food for dining and snacks. Toilet was clogged and other people toilet was clogged and we had to share a plugger. We had to plug our own toilet and it still didn’t work so we had to smell bathroom the whole time. I will not be staying here again

    To make matters worse, I was unable to shower because the water never got warm, even after waiting a long time. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I was relying on the stay to freshen up before my flight. Additionally, the air conditioning was inconsistent and uncomfortable, fluctuating between too hot and too cold with no stable setting. Overall, the stay did not meet even basic expectations. I booked this room specifically to rest and shower before traveling, and I was unable to do either. Given the circumstances, I do not believe I should be charged for this stay. Very disappointed with the experience.

    The room had a stained bath mat. The advertised shuttle from 5:00 a.m. to midnight was not actually what they offered. I had booked this hotel specifically because it had the shuttle and needed it at 5:00 a.m. to catch an early flight and wanted to costs of that bundled by staying at an "airport hotel". We tried asking 2 different staff to fulfill this stated policy but they were not willing to find a way to accommodate. They said shuttle ran from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The shower door slid open while showering. Overall not pleased.

    Our 1st room was covered in dead lady bugs all over the beds, tables, floors, etc. our 2nd room the same thing, the staff stated they had been having a problem with them and sent us to a 3rd room which again, covered in dead bugs. I cancelled my stay! The staff were wonderful and very understanding!

    The doorknob to the room never worked for the 3 nights I was there. I had to have a staff member let me in every time I needed to get into my room. I heard other guests saying similar things about other doors as well. There was one night that it was raining out and I tried using the door at the rear of the building but that doorknob did not work either.

    There was no one available to check me in when I arrived. Unfortunately, I’d just been on flights for the last eleven hours and the last thing I wanted was to wait around for about 15 minutes for the desk clerk to make it back to the hotel. Add insult to injury, I woke up to a shower that, regardless of how long I let it run, never got warm. If you can stay anywhere else, you might be happier there.

    When arriving at the hotel, we got checked into our room that hadn’t been turned over from the previous visitors. We went back to notify the front desk and was moved to another room that was still not turned over. The third room thankfully was cleaned out, but it was annoying being an out of state traveler and having to deal with. The front desk was helpful during this process and told us that housekeeping marked the rooms as cleaned when they weren’t.

    The staff are great. Their amenities were good and especially a German by the name of Jeremiah helped me out with a flat battery on forever be grateful. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is the breakfast was not as described, and the elevators won’t working.

    The entire hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were so helpful and knew the area very well. This was my second stay and both times were way above my expectations. I highly recommend you stay at the Crowne Hotel because it was much cheaper and way more than I expected.

    The restaurant and the bar were not open at any time. Our room was nice, however the lighting was terrible.Upon returning to our room after a day on the town we discovered our room had not been serviced ( bed not made, bathroom not cleaned, and trash still in the can. There was no one there to clean the room. We will not stay at this facility again. ,

    The connected room was very loud. They promised a restaurant, a bar, a shuttle from the airport. They had NONE of these things. Every car in the parking lot got broken into the night we were there and the day we left the hot water went out on one floor.

    We actually never even got to check in. Two and a half hours into our 4 hour drive, we got a call from the front desk stating that they were overbooked, and that we no longer had a room for the night. This is, of course, after having had the reservation in place for NINE days. Fortunately for us, we found another place to stay. But we will never, ever consider staying at a Crowne Plaza again. The staff member didn't even offer to help us find a new place, didn't offer a voucher for a free or discounted stay...nothing. Absolutely terrible experience, and I will tell everybody about it anytime I hear "Crowne Plaza" in the future.

    Had a room on the 5th floor that had been renovated. The decor was nice, but the room was not as clean as it should have been. There was a dead bug on the floor by the window and hair around the sink, in the shower, and on the floor. Just didn't feel like the cleaning staff cleaned as deeply as they should have. Giving two stars because price was good, location is good, and the renewed decor is nice.

    Car was broken into overnight along with another7 or so vehicles. Staff was aware that there were crime issues in the area but there was not onsite security monitoring the parking areas for potential crimes. I would not recommend staying in this are of Nashville

    Everything worked. Whatever air freshener they are pumping in the lobby and hall is repugnant and seems like it’s trying to hide something. The missing ceiling tiles in the fitness room, water stained walls and carpet from a leak could be a definite sign something is not being addressed. It’s a place to stay but I wish I’d looked harder at other options. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

    Horrible stay. The restaurant was closed the whole time. The sink didn't have a stopper. There was hair in tue bathroom. The roller curtain was broken so we didn't have privacy from the outside and couldn't sleep in because of the sunlight. We had to have our key reprogrammed everyday of the stay, as did our neighbors. The fire alarm went off the last night of stay. We wont stay here again.

    While the location is somewhat remote, transportation is easy to manage with Uber or a rental car, I personally found Uber to be convenient and reliable throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. I would absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

    Great hotel. But don’t stay if driving. Our Truck and 14 others at this hotel and 4 other hotels in the area for a total of 40 vehicles got windows broken same night. Police told us staying near the airport is a targeted area for crime and breaking into vehicle. Been to Nashville 3 times this year and first time staying near the airport and last time. Hotels great, clean and awesome. expect your car to be broken into.

    For the first time we had an issue with our room. Unfortunately, Maintenance isn’t on-shift at 11:00 PM. It wasn’t a critical issue but it was worth reporting. The clerk said I could call the manager the next morning and “she’d make it right.” I did as was suggested and the manager adjusted our fee to my satisfaction. Will certainly stay again.

    Staff was helpful, room was very clean, shower was wonderful, location was close to shopping and dining. However, the 1st night (Friday) of our 2 night stay my vehicle (along with 4 others) was vandalized and robbed (roughly $2k personal items taken & likely $5k+ in damages). It took law enforcement 1.5 hours to show up before we could make a report. Also, the only person that had access to pull camera footage happened to be out of town, so the report is still incomplete. Since we are from out of state this makes it extremely difficult to file insurance claims. Sadly, after this incident the staff explained to us that this was not uncommon and as a matter of fact was known to occur about every other Friday night. There was also supposed to be a bar in the lobby but due to short staffing it was closed. As for the full breakfast buffet on our 2nd morning, there was nothing offered as the cook decided not to show up for work. All things considered I would 10/10 highly not recommend staying here.

    Also I wanted to stay here for the free hotel shuttle which was suppose to run 24 hours a day per the website NOT TRUE either it only runs after 9am on the weekend but my flight was at 7am so I had to fork out 22.00 to catch a Lyft upon arrive back to the hotel I called for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport only for them to say the shuttle was down sooo frustrated at this point another 35.00 to catch another Lyft Let's talk about the free contential breakfast NOT TRUE had to pay and restaurant on property was closed I had chosen this hotel because I was traveling alone and everything that I need was right in the hotel and it turned out to be a total BUST Management has yet to return my call NEVER WILL I EVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

    The room was nice and the staff was incredible considering the circumstances. We went to our car and the front passenger window was broken and the car ransacked and robbed. Apparently 19 cars total had the same issue with carying degrees of theft. The staff was exemplar in providing us with information and the maintenance staff was awesome and even shop vacced the glass out of our car and taped up windows. I do think even with all the cameras present, having an actual security guardpresent could habe prevented this.

    I’m going start off with, park at your own risk. Our car window got shattered and car broken into along with 19 other cars….. someone went through half the parking lot breaking into cars. The police said in search of guns, they didn’t money sunglasses or even another couples smart watch. NOW the hotel it self was clean, staff was awesome and came out and swept out people cars for all the broken glass. But they need night security in the lot of some kind of presence. The room was so nice and clean, but the fact someone was able to hit 19 people’s cars I would not be able to stay here again.

    Their own website advertises FREE transportation between BNA and the hotel, NOPE - we had to either take a taxi or Uber there. No open restaurant or bar (bar was open at 6:00 PM). I don't know where they got the pictures of the room from but ours was old and STINKY like mold or mildew. The hotel staff was excellent though and apologized when we checked out after a less than 3 hour stay.

So when you took a shower it stayed cold and I found that you had to run the shower for 20+ mins and then the water got alittle warm. So I had to end up taking 3 cold showers staying there. As I don't have 20 mins to wait for the water to become like warm. The bathroom vent housing was dangling from the ceiling as well. Which is alarming too. But the worse thing were the bedframe/boxsprings. While the mattress was subpar at best.The box springs were absolutely cheap on each queen bed. They would move around as they were very light and cheap The moment you laid or sat on them . The box springs would creek and start to move from side to side. This hotel was just remodeled 3 months ago so in my mind this is absolutely unacceptable for a remodeled hotel. How does ones shower have no hot water for 20+ mins when the shower hasn't even been used. I do not recommend this hotel.

    The lady at the front desk when we got there at 3:30 was not in a great mood apparently they were running behind on getting the rooms ready by 3:00 p.m. for check-in we had four rooms she did manage to find us four on the same floor

    No response to emails and no shuttle provided for pick up from airport. Had to get a taxi from airport. Falsely advertised that they would provide one. May have chosen a closer hotel if known that was what hotel didn’t provide.

    The door to our room, had to be pulled closed to lock. The same with the bathroom door. The bed was not connected to the frame and i couldn't sleep on it. The next morning, a man wit no nametag checked us out. He didnt seem to know what he was doing. All he could do was write down my complaints. The GM of the hotel was jot there at 10am, when everyone is checking out??? Just the worst stay at a Crown Plaza property ever!!!!! Training and professionalism is no where to be seen here. If you want a restful, safe, night sleep, dont stay here!!

    Beautiful hotel and because everything was so great I hate to sound like I’m picking. One thing that did bother me was the WIFI connection. In my 3 night stay I was only able to get a somewhat reliable connection on the last day. No matter, I would still stay there again

    The Crowne Plaza was just 10 minutes from downtown Nashville with great ratings but 1/3 of the price. We were in town for a concert but did not want to spend $300 to $400 for 1 night. The Crowne Plaza was ideal for our stay in nashville

    Staff were great. I was really tired so all I did was take a picture but when i entered the room a 1" long cockroach scurried to the corner of the room. I had enough time to get a nice picture and posting it on Facebook before he darted into the bathroom. I am an outdoorsy person and am used to bugs, and since I was so tired I didn't bother calling the desk because their solution would have been to just move me to another room, and if there are roaches in one room they are in all of them. Just saying if you can't stand bugs, I wouldn't make this place my first choice. I travel a lot so I just figured this was no worse than the room I got once with a bullet hole in the window.....as I get older I guess I just go with the flow....

    Super professional and friendly staff room clean and stocked with fresh towel and everything needed. Only draw back is noise from airplanes but once you adjust to it no problem. I’d absolutely stay again. Great price too!!!

    This place was terrible! The staff didn’t know anything. The room had no blinds, the toilet seemed like it would fall off, there was no remote for the tv. There were “no additional rooms available “ but we did not see one other customer.

    As soon as I arrived I called for shuttle service they informed me it woukd be 10 minutes. 1 hr later 4 calls no shuttle. Every other hotel shuttle came by numerous times except for the crown plaza. I was told 10 more minutes he is getting gas finally gave up took a uber so I don't miss my meeting I flew in to attend. Pulled up shuttle was sitting right in the front of the hotel. Check in was kind enough to check me in earlier due to the situation. Nice lobby but hotel rooms and hotel is a 3 star at best. Old furnished rooms and Nothing near this hotel as well. I got back to hotel sat at the bar to order a drink and food at 4:55pm they said he was changing and on his way down to the bar area . Waited 20 minutes Front desk kept advising all of us waiting he would be down soon . The bar was suppose to opens at 5pm. He was 20 minutes late had to wait another 10 minutes to open up and stock up. Asked for water I got tap water from the sink in the kitchen. Truly disappointed with this hotel. They are not well organized. Not a good experience at all.

    No maid services. Restauranr limited hours. Irritating checkout. I had to call Expedia to get a wrong charge on my other credit card. Then it was reversed. Got a credit of one one for the inconveniences. DONT STAY HERE.

    I expected a Crowne Plaza. It was not. That said, the staff was good. No bar or food available in the evening. Airport shuttle not available. Well lit parking. Room was ok. Hall light didn't work and it appeared the room had been broken into by the condition of the door and lock. Close to airport.

    On a 6 day stay, 3 days no breakfast which was paid for was not availble. On another 2 days yogurt which was primised for my vegetarian partner was not available. On one day no milk was available but hilo was for which she made do. Her stay at this hotel was dissapointing as she had to make time to get breakfast outside the hotel which was a total waste of time and not planned for. Dont stay at this hotel. Booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Terrible showing to tourists.

    There was no curtains to close in my room my bathroom sink nozzle kept turning around when you touch it in my sink was stopped up and I didn't have a microwave oven.
