    Nice property with Mexican restaurant & bar plus outdoor pool. Needs some general maintenance (hall carpet was dingy, Cobwebs on light fixtures, paint lightly peeling, glass needing cleaning, wasp nests near pool area). No big problems or issues. Food was good. Room was nice and had a great ac. Bathroom was large and well lite. Look at the picture on here of the outdoor pool area & take away all the cushions & umbrellas but keep the clean pool and clean pool area. Not much work and this place would be perfect! Restaurant stayed busy & food was wonderful & priced well. We LOVED guessing which airline would flyover on the way to land each time a place flew over but we did NOT hear them in the room! Slept great!

    The place looked like it needs to be updated. There were lots of stains and the sheets were worn and torn. The bedroom we were in had a bed so close to the ac unit that we couldn’t walk around the bed and it was obviously not vacuumed on that side of the bed. Very dusty. The breakfast was good. It was ok enough for one night, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

    This place is in need of some much needed TLC. Cosmetically it’s a mess. Peeling wallpaper, chipped paint, poor lighting, and parts of it in disrepair. The vents everywhere are filthy, full of dust. Our ceiling fan had a layer of dust at the edge of the blades. It just lacked a lot of routine maintenance.

    Room was still dirty. There were dirty towels stuffed in a corner. The pull out couch was covered in food. The sink leaked everywhere. The shower sprayed everywhere which soaked the floor. The carpet between beds was sticky with some substance that had stained it. There was trash all behind the tv. I wait a good 10 minutes to check in cause no staff was up there.

    I will start with a positive-the staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel property had a lot to be desired though. The parking lot was dirty-lots of trash. The furniture was old and fraying. We had to move the coffee pot and microwave to use them because where they were located, there was no outlet. The continental breakfast was very minimal so we chose to go out for breakfast. I did ask for more towels twice but never received them. We will not go back to this hotel.

    Only stopped in for about five hour rest during a long road trip. The room was OK could’ve been cleaner. The bathtub was actually pretty dirty and didn’t drain so I was not able to take a shower. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff was actually very helpful at check-in. They knew they’re expecting me late. We called ahead and let them know so they got us checked in quickly and up to our room which is really appreciated so we could get a few hours rest and back on the road overall it was a pretty good experience

    The bathroom door locked itself after it closed, and I had to use a car key to wiggle it back open at 3am. Luckily I didn't bring my wife or kids on this trip, because there's no way I would let them stay there.

    Although the place was conveniently located near the airport and they provided a shuttle the room had a few problems that the staff tried to fix. If you are in town for a day or two this place is good for that. The onsite restaurant was ok but they did not take your to go orders correctly. The breakfast provided by the hotel made up for it and that was the highlight for me.

    The best was the housekeeping service, cleaning the room every morning. The staff on the second shift is poor of knowledge about any questions we made. Breakfast was poor very simple, coffee ☕️ machine was not working properly, bad coffee. Juices taste like water. Hard bread. The bathtub 🛀 had corrosion. The swimming pool 🤽‍♂️water was color green nasty and full of bugs floating on the water. I will not stay there even if they give a stay for FREE.

    The rooms were absolutely disgusting. We were not the only group there trying to cancel our booking because of how filthy it was. When I went down to ask if maybe they accidentally put us in a room that hadnt been cleaned yet (trying to give the benefit of the doubt) the front desk lady was snippy, rolling her eyes, and unhelpful. The carpets were actually sticky somehow, the walls were full of mystery drips, there were spots of something on the headboards and dresser, there was a giant mystery stain on the couch. It truly looks like they hadnt bothered cleaning it in years. The lobby of the hotel wasnt in much better shape with wallpaper peeling out of order signs everywhere. It honestly should've been our first clue.

    Nothing gross Completely Unacceptable — Avoid This Hotel Our stay was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned between guests. Under the sofa bed cushion we found used underwear, and there were food crumbs and debris under the bed. The floors had black stains everywhere, and most surfaces outside the breakfast area had a greasy film from not being cleaned. The Keurig had mold, the microwave didn’t work until we discovered it wasn’t even plugged in and the electrical box was half out of the wall — a fire hazard. The toilet seat was broken, shifting dangerously when used, and the shower didn’t drain, filling the tub with water. Customer service was just as bad. When we asked for a blow dryer, we were told they’d “call other rooms to find one.” When we pointed out the dirty underwear and crumbs, the response was simply, “Oh, sorry, we clean the rooms really.” Asking for towels felt like an inconvenience to the staff. For $135 a night, this place should not feel like a run‑down, neglected motel. Between the filth, the broken fixtures, the mold, and the safety issues, this hotel is absolutely not worth staying at.

    The room itself was no better. There was a filthy stained couch, visible grime in the bathroom, and an overall dirty, poorly maintained feel. There was even pee on the elevator floor that remained there for several hours without being cleaned. If the hotel can’t even maintain the common areas, I can only imagine how poorly the linens and towels are handled behind the scenes. I checked in, saw enough within a few hours, and checked right back out without staying a single night. Despite that, they refused to provide a full refund. I genuinely do not understand the 5-star reviews for this place. Whoever is leaving them must have extremely low standards. I would absolutely not recommend staying here

    The wall in the room was smeared with make up, the room was also dated and sofa was stained and uncomfortable. Staff was nice but very unprofessional upon checking out as she was asleep on the lobby sofa and we had to waker her up to check out.

    Normal to minimal wear & tear on the hotel interiors as is expected for a high-daily use facility. In the Breakfast area, the automated "Beverages" dispensing machine was confusing. Some beverage-varieties' buttons and options were non-operational. Warmish breakfast foods were acceptable, and as expected. Staff were helpful and friendly.

    The room smelled, the lobby smelled when you walked in it smelled like dirty diapers. The room really smelled bad. The headboards are filthy. You can see handprints on them. The walls are dirty. The doors are dirty. The cracks and the walls are disgusting. Really needs to be updated. Don't recommend anybody stay here.

    It was close to the airport, with an airport shuttle from 4am to 11 pm. The staff were very friendly and professional. The morning breakfast buffet was good enough. It's the average scrambled eggs, sausage patties, toast, yogurt, muffins, cereal, and make yourself muffins with juice and coffee. The hotel is aging poorly and is in desperate need of updates. The carpet is stained and worn, wallpaper is peeling, walls are chipped and need repair and paint everything just looks worn down. It's hard to tell if something is dirty, or just worn through.

    Overall, the facility is showing it's age. Understand that a renovation is planned and is really needed. Beds were excellent for the stay. Very comfortable. Item selection for the breakfast is limited and is the same every day. A little diversity in items would make it a lot better.

    The room was a bit musty smelling, but not horrible. The vent in the bathroom was very dusty and dirty, enough to notice it as soon as I walked in. The couch was as not very comfortable to sit on. The front desk lady was not happy when I told her I locked my key in the room. She didn’t say one word as she walked about 20 steps to our room to unlock it for us and immediately let go of the door. I had to lunge for the door so it wouldn’t shut and lock again. It was fine for the price and the 5 hours we were there to get some sleep before leaving for the airport at 4am. I wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay though.

    This hotel needs to do some basic maintenance, cleaning and updating. Paint was peeling off all the ceilings, including above the breakfast area. The large vents and the ceiling fans above the breakfast area were black. The vents in our bathroom also needed to be cleaned. The staff was nice enough.

    Staff was asleep in the lobby when we arrived. Room didn’t have any bedding for the pull out bed and staff had to be awakened a second time to get bedding for pull out bed. Room was not anything like the photos and staff was rude. in the am when the cleanliness was brought up. Needlesss to say we checked out early from our original 3 day stay to get a cleaner hotel. Staff claimed they did a refund but charged the full amount plus an additional day and the incidental. We are currently working with our credit card company to get a refund for the days we didn’t stay. Would not recommend to anyone.

    It's not the worst but since there was an event the charged 300 a night and it only a 75-100 a night type of room. The breakfast is horrible and nothing to choice from, the front desk staff are rude and not easy to work with, the room we had the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the sink did not drain at all and we cld not use it, the lights flashed on and off and the tv remote won't turn the tv on and the volume didn't work. We had to fight to get sheets and blankets for the sofa bed and were originally checked into the wrong room. Not very happy at all for the price.

    Days at the quality inn, on my way to New Orleans. I was immediately surprised by how dirty the property is. The couches and chairs were worn out and filthy. I asked for bedding for the pull out couch and they were out of blankets. I understand it’s a free breakfast but I’ve been to many hotels with a free breakfast. There is a coffee machine where you can get coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate. It was all gross no one in the family could drink it. Morning 1 they had toast out no butter, no jelly nothing to put on the toast, no fruit a few yogurts and I waited over 20 for someone to come fill the waffle mix. Breakfast day 2 no yogurt. There was finally jelly for the toast but it was all sugar free. No fruit. There was a vase in a self over the kitchen area filled with dust. Our room was okay.. the TV did work neither did the fridge. The threshold from the bedroom to the bathroom tile had open staples that I kept stepping on.

    This place is pretty run down and dingy. The AC did not work in our room, but they did supply a fan which helped. Room wasn’t well kept. There were stains on the couch and brown residue in the tub. All the fans looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Wall paper peeling, dents in the walls, bed spreads fraying. Everything had a grungy feel. If it weren’t for the price we would not have stayed.

    The first room we were given the air did not work. Upon further inspection the outlet looked burnt. So we went to switch rooms, no issuse. Then the tv remote in the new room was burnt up on the side as well. Next the table between the nightstands flickeder and didnt work either so we didnt use it as well. The overall room looked very dirty and outdated. As well as the hotel has a smell to it. The staff was super nice and helpful but the hotel in general is just gross

    Clean, spacious room with super comfortable bed/bedding and the shower has great pressure. My mom and I stay here often due to her medical appointments. One of the main reasons we choose this hotel is due to it having a seating area. Though the couches are a bit dated, it’s nice to have a place to sit, as we often bring dinner back to the room.There are good options for breakfast. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

    We stay here often due to my mom’s medical appointments. One of the major reasons we choose this hotel is for the sitting area and spacious room. Some of the couches are showing their age, but the beds and bedding are super comfortable snf the shower has great pressure. There is a good variety for breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

    When we reached our destination the power was out and there was no heat in the building. After talking with reception we canceled our booking with a guarantee of full refund. They said we needed to contact booking agent for the refund. Called agent for refund. Refund was denied by booking agent even with stay protection.

    The staff was so nice. The breakfast was pretty good. There was scrambled eggs, sausage,waffles,cereal,toast,apples, and drinks. It was good and filling. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were pretty good. It is an older hotel that could use an update and some repairs but it was very nice.

    The place was absolutely disgusting. There is a ton of black mold visible on ceiling above dining area. Room tv was broken. Place smelled horrible. I booked 2 nights and left right away the next morning. To top it off the hotel tried to double charge my card so had to get my back involved. When i called to question the charge the staff were very rude and hung up on me

    You have a shuttle that is not usable as the earliest it leaves is 6am? Not good when your flight leaves at 6am. I would not have booked here if I knew that. I had to pay for an Uber and could have stayed anywhere.

    Friendly helpful staff, large suite, convenient access to/from room and lobby, clean neighborhood, in-room K-cup brewer with coffee and tea options, comfortable shower, spacious dressing area, comfortable bed, breakfast was only from 6-9 but I had brunch plans elsewhere (and didn’t get back to the room until 3a anyway), great price for the overall value.

    Terrible dirty room. Tub drain was broken, water sprayed from the back of the shower head. Carpet, walls and linens stained. Mismatched paint on wall patches. Saw cockroaches in the bathroom. Reached out to the front desk for extra blankets and a baby bed and they never showed up. Service at front desk was slow and the concierge did not look happy with her job and could care less. Very terrible experience staying with family here. Will never come back.

    Checked in late, but it was convenient. They have pancakes and coffee for breakfast. Overall room is clean. Had a not so great experience with phone booking, the lady kind of forced me to give card details for bookings. I suggested to complete the process at the check-in counter but she said she won't give me airport shuttle without booking. After giving card details, she said shuttle is not operating now!

    When we checked in, there was a group of women in the parking lot that were taking photos that were somewhat inappropriate. Checking in was easy in the room. The couch had something on it. We were not comfortable sitting on it. It looked dirty. The bathroom had random pairs laying around the event we were attending that night. We got in about 1:30 in the morning and you could tell there was some inappropriate activity going on in the hotel

    The bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. The pictures and reviews I thought I studied made the hotel seem nice enough but the carpets in the halls and our room were disgusting and need replacing, obvious moisture damage in our restroom and around the common area vents. Wall paper peeling everywhere and cracked tiles in our bathroom. Almost no sound barrier, we could hear everything going on in the main lobby not to mention our hall and neighbors at all hours. Basically the hotel is really rundown close up and I’m not generally picky. We will pick a different place next time.

    Here are some things they need to improve on. 1) Every stitch of carpet needs to be replaced. 2) Our bathroom was cleaned as well as possible but all the tile work needs to be redone. It needs a new tub (there was a big stain on the bottom of the tub). And, there was mold on the ceiling. 3) Every piece of furniture needs to be replaced, especially the lobby. There are horrible stains and rips on almost every piece of furniture. 4). Every surface was sticky. 5) All the wallpaper needs to be redone, especially the lobby. Bottom line this is a cheap hotel with hard working staff that needs a remodel. I would not stay here again.

    The room and everything were satisfactory. But the staff was amazing! We got in really late and she was there and available. Good attitude and hard working. We only stayed less that 10 hours to get some sleep. When we got up in the morning to check out she was the same staff there once again and still had a great attitude a smile and knowledgeable!     I’m allergic to pet dander and odor. It was too much for me to enjoy sleeping or relaxing. The odor was overwhelming once I turned on the heater to get warm and throughout the night it just stink so badly that I had to get up two times to take medication. I was not able to enjoy the bed in front of the TV because the dog odor was so strong.

    Immediately when I walked in my room there were stains all over the entry way on the carpet. On the walls by my bed and bathroom it looked like there were blood stains or something that I took the liberty to clean. Staff was very nice, the breakfast was good, the pool was clean, and the restaurant inside was awesome. Beds were cozy, but ultimately I was disappointed with the cleanliness.

    Horrible stay, needs a good cleaning. Stayed with family, we got 2 king suits. The beds comforter was stained bad, called to get another and had to go down and get it myself. Both sofa beds were disgusting. Complained multiple times of everything and literally nothing was done. Also every night around 10 the walls and ceiling sounded as if construction was going on right in the room. Had me record noise just for nothing to be done.Definitely do not recommend.

There was no hot water for showers, we called the desk and they told us to 'wait 5-10 minutes ' water never got warm so cold showers, and planes flying overhead All night. Won't choose this particular hotel again but won't give up on the Quality chain itself as we usually have great stays at their locations.

    This place was in the perfect spot near everything. The building is quiet (people were quiet, planes are not), clean, and the staff is AMAZING!!!!! Keeathi works at the front desk and every time we would pass by she would greet us with the biggest beautiful and genuine smile. She was always available to assist however she could. It was another young lady but she was not that friendly. Sid also worked at the desk and he was also very nice and extremely helpful. He made sure I was satisfied and went far and beyond to help me with anything that I needed. They definitely set themselves apart from the rest. The hotel had a few minor things that could be improved such as the let out couch but for the most part we were extremely pleased.

    Our experience did not match the high-rating reviews that led me to book this room. There were several big stains on the carpet all throughout the common areas and in our room. The furniture in our room and in the lobby was so worn. When plugging in a cell phone charger, an orange spark came from the outlet. Our toilet leaked from the handle when flushed and made a terrible whistling noise. The a/c made a rattling noise during the night. The shower's water temperature never got hot enough. The walls and headboards appeared to have splatters on them. Also, the WiFi hardly worked. The positives of it all included ample space. And the bed was very comfortable. Also, even being right to the airport, we didn't hear any noise. Upon checking out, the receptionist avoided eye contact, even though we passed one another a few times. It wasn't till I actually checked out did she acknowledge me. I would not recommend this place.

    I booked it for the location close to the airport. I arrived around 8pm in the evening and asked about the shuttle, the lady at the front desk was nice telling me about the time it starts, but she didn’t tell me that I need to register for it. Luckily there was extra room for me next morning that I was able to take the ride. Be there 15 minutes before the hour as we left like 6 minutes before the departure time when all registered passengers were on board.

    Breakfast was ok, egg’s tasted a little funny most likely powered eggs, rest of the breakfast was good though. The room its self was a great size, however there was goop on the floor, the office chair was peeling I wouldn’t even sit in it. The beds are a little tall for those under 5’5, beds were comfy however for me a little too hard (however I like sink in soft beds), you could definitely tell the building was older, cracks in the walls. The ceiling in the bathroom had bubbles with black spots (possibly mold), the toilet did not flush well, bathtub was missing a non slip strip which made it super slippery in the middle when you stepped it. The stair’s hallway reeked of urine and marijuana. The back door was broke and usually kept open with a stick along with the door to the stairs. People kept slamming the stair door all night long causing our service dog to bark a lot out of protection mode. I have stayed in worse before however would pay the extra $20 for something much cleaner and comfyier.

    The breakfast was dismal and I took my family somewhere else to eat instead of suffer through the pittance that was available. Considering the state of everything around the building, I wouldn't trust any of their food to be safe to eat anyway.

    I slept well. The free breakfast was a 2 out of 5. Both times I was there, the garbage can was overflowing with plates and cups. There was no fresh fruit. No attendant visible.

    I liked it had 2 tv's in room, 1 in bedroom area & 1 in living room. The TV's didnt work & they sent someone right away to get it fixed & there was no towels at the pool area & right then & there they got us our towels!

    The staff was really weird and a few times our door was left open after the housekeeping already cleaned the room and we went to the front desk about it and they were really skeptical. Nothing out of our bags was missing but it was just strange how our room door was always open and the lady told us that it was the lock, but we always made sure the door was securely closed before we left out every time.

    Our room wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm. We were allowed to use the pool as they worked on getting the room ready. Other guests were experiencing the same thing. There was no pool towels when we asked they said they were busy washing towels from yesterday. I saw several staff members sitting around, and one was napping in the lobby. There was two towels in our room once it was ready since they were short on clean towels. They were out of many things like conditioner, lotion, milk, juices, forks, and other breakfast items.

    Staff was extremely nice. However, the hotel lacks maintenance and upkeeping. It was very dirty, breakfast was very limited - too many people for what they offered. I wish I could add pictures. Vents were filthy, bedboard had handprints, blue paint stains on floor, desk chair all peeled, walls were dirty, TV did not work, furniture in room was dirty and furniture in lobby was also very dirty. All lounge furniture w/ no eating table and chairs. My kids could not reach the table without standing. Place lacks attention to detail. Needs an update.

    Yogi was so friendly and helpful. We found the hotel neglected and run down. Needs updating; painting, wallpaper and pealed ceilings all need to be done. It’s a great hotel and would be a shame to lose it. The room was clean.

    Very ran down hotel. Beds were comfortable, and had space in the room, but it could use a good update. They didn't have very much for toiletries and the ice in the vending machine was not very good.

    The whole entire lobby needs new furniture. The rooms need new couches. There is no vending machines. They only had a few options of drinks and no food to purchase. Hardly any food for the free breakfast. Th coffee maker never made coffee and they would never replace it. Only 1 waffle maker so good luck trying to make waffles with your free breakfast. No milk but they served cereal.

    Property was tires with moisture issues in several areas but was good value for price and was only a one night stay for family of four - would not choose for extended stay but passing through was fine - breakfast cold and hot was a definite plus to get us on the road faster

    I stay here very often because of the convenience to the air port and the fact that they offer a shuttle service but the rooms definitely need some updated furniture. Remote to the TV has holes where the volume and channel buttons are supported to be.

    The close location to the airport was convenient. This hotel has a pool, but it was unusable during our stay due to a lot of scum on the water. The couch and carpet in the room appeared to be from the 80s. The elevator has like a sauna and the glass was not clean. The breakfast was run out of items even though there wasn't many people around and we were there a hour before it ended. The bed was comfortable and clean the bathroom was clean but had a strange layout with the tub, towels and toilet in one room and the sink in another. We did enjoy Parilla, the Mexican restaurant that is attached as well.
