    The hotel’s amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. It's close to the airport so you hear airplanes all the time but they stop flying over around 8 or 9pm. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and many attractions. I especially appreciated the exceptional customer service, which made the experience even better. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. It exceeded my expectations and made my trip truly enjoyable.

    This place was great! The decor in the room was super cute. Every space was clean. Very unique guitar shaped pool. Food and service were excellent! Was really neat seeing the planes fly right over the hotel close up. There was very little noise inside from it so that was a plus.

    The hotel is super clean and well-maintained! The only two (potential) issues are parking and the airport shuttle. The airport shuttle was rather slow, then the driver complained to us during the drive about people nagging him about being slow.. just a bit awkward. The parking lot also doubles for airport parking, so it can be difficult to find parking during busy seasons. Apart from these small things, the hotel itself is beautiful and we would stay again!

    I would recommend skipping getting your dinner here even with the nice little vouchers the hotel gives you. It was not worth it for us and I am highly suspicious of the kitchen conditions given that he was likely sickened by improper heating or food storage conditions.

    This is our go-to hotel when we're in the area because of its value and location. We really enjoyed our stay once again! Our only 2 complaints were that the bathroom locks on the doors have been broken the past few stays. More importantly, the parking situation has become worse and worse every year here. We found out this year that many airport goers were utilizing the paid parking at this hotel even if they weren't staying there, which makes the parking lot overflow every single night. It'd be great if they went the extra mile to confirm that only guests of the hotel get parking passes. Otherwise, we love staying here. Its clean, convenient, and the staff is very nice!

    We stayed for one night only so fine, but omg.. first of all why are you charging for parking??!! Second of all soo LOUD from the planes- bad if you have to get some sleep, third of all door from the bathroom I hated such a hard time opening and closing and fourth of all bed light is so hard to turn off and find a switch omg.. in our room it was on the side by the way the switch is the red little button. Thank God for chat GPT in this instance. I would not stay here again unless I would absolutely have to and on top of it all they change you for parking when the other hotel we stayed at on our way back does not and it’s much nicer. Hope this helps someone.

    I stayed 6/3/26 for one night as I was in Nashville for a quick trip with my mom who never gets the luxury of travel. It was a treat for her to come along with me on my overnight business trip. I stay at this hotel several times a year. This time the staff was well under par. The person managing the front desk was quite rude. Offered ZERO customer service. My booking offered a pre-paid breakfast which he said was not on my booking details and also said “the hotel does not offer”. He refused to grant a voucher for my breakfast and I had to spend 38 minutes of my time with Orbitz customer service to get the pre-paid breakfast I had bought when I booked. Orbitz also said that I had not pre- paid for it even though it was showing on my emailed receipt. Eventually orbitz called the hotel and they honored the meal but the desk person was again rude about doing it. He was also not at all friendly the next morning at checkout. At check in he also refused to give me the upgrade I’m supposed to get. I’ve stayed here many times and he put us in the smallest room they have and he knew it. Room 217. Very small compared to other rooms there. Used the pool in the afternoon but the next morning the towels and trash from guests the day before were still out at the pool with food/trash piled on the top of trash cans. Poor service/conditions since my last stay in October. The Food/waiter were A+ however. Hopefully the desk guy will not be there if you book here. He is worthless.

    Great location, super clean, kids loved the guitar shaped pool, loved the decor and great water pressure. Can hear the planes outside, but when inside didn’t even notice. Only downside was We were the second from top floor and did hear the walking/moving of guest above us pretty well.

    The location was very close to the airport and East Nashville, which i spent a lot of time at. The parking was horrid. They offer parking for the airport and transportation. Which in turn leaves no parking for guests. people were parking on the street, i even created a parking spot an entire lot away from the hotel.

    Airport shuttle never showed so ended up Uber ring from the airport to the hotel. Desk clerk was very apologetic and offered a free drink selection from the food area. Food selection at restaurant was limited and not very good. I had food vouchers that didn’t even get used and I ordered DoorDash instead. Hotel is immediately off the runway of the airport so every plane that came and left flew right over the hotel. Not necessarily a problem unless you wanted to get some rest.

    It is on the landing side of the airport. Loud outside. Inside, is a little quieter from the airplanes, but the walls are paper thin!! You hear everything beside you, above you and hear everyone through their doors as you walk down the hall. Rooms were beautiful, but the neighbor and above neighbors noise were horrible.

    They charge $10 a day for parking, without telling you. I staid on the third floor and the power went out all day long the last day of my stay, We had to stay somewhere else due to it being super hot, staff was very unhelpful and always sitting on their phones. I was told I would have to call a manager for a refund, the manager argued with me and I did not get a refund. Would not recommend.

    The room was clean but I could tell previous guests at smoked in it. It looked like this hotel may have been removed more recently so it does feel newer and nicer. However, when we were checking in, the super loud fire alarm was going off and even afterthought firemen showed up, they could not figure out how to turn it off for several more hours. It was so incredibly loud, we tried to go out to the pool, but it was super dirty. We ended up leaving for dinner early to save our eardrums.

Armand the manager was the worst- instead of looking at the actual picture proof they took the package he said “go walk over to the other hotel” to a disabled person. The lack of integrity about a package they lost and then the widespread rudeness and disrespect was awful. No one should subject themselves to them.

    The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms were set up well. The staff at check-in weren’t the best at communicating but responded when I brought it to their attention. The breakfast waiter was very unresponsive and not helpful. The biggest problem is the noise from airplanes taking off from BNA. It’s extremely loud inside the room and was fairly constant daily from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM during our stay. It’s a good thing I didn’t need to sleep past 5:00 in the morning or it would have been unbearable (they do have ear plugs at the Front Desk which they’ll provide on request). Though it’s a lovely looking hotel with a comfortable bed I probably won’t go back because of the noise level.

    I like the place was maintained but the customer service was very very poor.I booked my room two weeks before my trip .I arrived late and tired and I tried check in the receptionist told me that the general manager exchanged my king bed room two 2 queen bed room. When I expressed myself she told me that I should cancel my reservation and go look for another hotel or I accepted the 2 queens bed room two.My wife was frustrated after few hours long trip.It was not fair. No trash bags in the room.Very poor management.I regretted booking there .It was last time booking from this hotel .

    When we arrived in the evening, we were told no handicap rooms were available because they had not been cleaned—and there was no staff on site to prepare one. As a result, we were placed in a standard room that did not meet our needs. Because of this, my sister was unable to shower. There was no safe way to get her into the shower and no proper seating or accessibility features. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was a basic need that the hotel failed to accommodate. When we spoke with management the next morning, the response was simply that the situation was “unacceptable” and that they should have had someone available to clean the room. There was no meaningful resolution, follow-up, or effort to make things right, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the airport is much closer than expected. The noise and frequency of planes were significant—you can practically feel them as they pass. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of preparation and concern for guests requiring accessibility accommodations. We would not stay here again and would caution others—especially those needing handicap-accessible rooms—to confirm arrangements very carefully before booking.

    The check in process was seamless. The room was nice and clean. Having a restaurant on the premises was a added bonus. I had the salmon and broccoli which was really tasty. My daughter ordered the chicken breast with fries, unfortunately they got her order wrong and gave her broccoli instead. The chicken did not have any taste. Overall the experience was good and I'll stay there again.

    Loved the spacious lobby with the variety of vignettes to gather and enjoy a drink or just hang with your travel group and watch the game. The breakfast menu wasn't large but it had variety. I liked the freshly made biscuits and refillable hot teas. There was free coffee. We used the free shuttle from and back to the airport. We didn't rent a car so no need for the parking lot, but ordering ride shares to Opry Mills or downtown for museums or Broadway was easy. I got a good night's sleep for the 3 nights we were there, and it was easy to text for services or hospitality. We chose this hotel for the cost and the free airport shuttle, as well as the close proximity to the activities we planned to do. I wish the tvs in the lobby had sound. Didn't mind paying for breakfast, but wouldn't mind a free option. It would be nice to have a free shuttle downtown.

    I am a 73-year-old grandfather of fifteen. I used to sit on the bench. I am now retired. 3 days before that Thursday, I was recognized by the TN House of Representatives. I’m hardly the sort of person who looks for trouble. The shuttle didn't come. Repeated calls to the hotel were sent to a queue that promised I "was next in line". After 4 minutes, the line hung up. I then called another number and pressed an option that actually allowed me to talk with someone. I told the woman who answered it the situation. I was disconnected after 15 minutes. I then ordered an Uber. Upon arrival, the hotel lights were out. I made my way to the front desk. I asked why no shuttle. “JR” snapped at me, informing me it was too dangerous because of darkness. I told him that the Uber had no trouble getting there and other hotel shuttles were running. JR repeatedly said he didn't control mother nature (which was obvious) and that I was disrespecting him. His ego seemed important to him. He interrupted EVERY TIME I tried to speak. He then kicked me out because I was "too dangerous". He never said how. I asked, “Why?” His response: "Because I can." While I was waiting for the Uber, another guest came behind me and said, “I saw and heard everything. I don’t know what his problem was, but you certainly were not out of line."

    Rooms very modern and comfortable. This hotel appears to be right on the flight path for the Nashville airport a few miles away. Jets started taking off before 6am so unless you are a very heavy sleeper you are likely going to get an early wake up call.

    I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights, and on day 2 I requested towels. I was told they would be brought to my room, but after being out all day, I returned to nothing. When I called the front desk, I was told they had no towels or washcloths available and I would have to wait until the next morning. That is completely unacceptable for a paying guest, towels are a basic necessity. Because of this, I had to go out and spend my own money to buy towels just so we could shower. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one would be available the next morning. I called again the next day, was told the GM would contact me, confirmed my number and never received a call. No follow-up, no apology, nothing. Later, I still had no towels and had to track down a housekeeper in the hallway myself. Even then, there was a language barrier that made it difficult, but I eventually got what I needed. No one ever checked on us, cleaned the room, or made any effort to fix the situation. Running out of towels, ignoring guests, and failing to follow up is a complete breakdown of basic hospitality. No guest should ever have to go without essentials or chase staff down for help.

    An excellent, quite new hotel, a short drive from Nashville airport. Lovely big room with 2 very comfortable queen beds and a beautiful bathroom. A well stocked bar, should you want it and a guitar shaped outdoor pool to use, perfect in the summer if you have time to kill before a flight. We used the hotel as a flying stopover before collecting a car from the airport, we used the free hotel shuttle bus to take us to the car rental garage. We stayed on floor 1 and the aircon drownedvout any plane noise, higher up you can potentially here the planes as you are under the flight path. All in all a much better hotel than we were expecting as a hotel cheap option.

    Our biggest disappointment during our stay was the customer service we received from Bryan at the front desk. When I approached him calmly to inquire about the situation, he immediately seemed dismissive. I politely explained that we may not have fully understood the coupon policy and asked if there was any way to resolve it, especially since the restaurant staff suggested we speak with the front desk. His response was stern, and his tone and facial expressions made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked if there was any way to fix the issue, he replied, “What do you mean fix it?” in a manner that felt rude, so I chose not to continue the conversation. Thankfully, during checkout, we had the opportunity to speak with John, the manager, who was much more approachable and willing to listen.

    This was my first time at a Cambria Hotel. I was very impressed by the beautiful lobby, the very clean halls and room, multiple places to hang coats and towels, the AI bathroom mirror, the coffee/amenities station, lots of places to set your things down, large screen TV with multiple positions, super comfortable bed and pillows, and lastly, blackout shades. Just a really nice room and at a very reasonable price. New fan.

Taking away one star for a bad experience at the bar area where I (black woman) was ignored for several minutes and another (white woman) came and was immediately served. When asked about it she acted as if she didn't see me, but then proceeded to get my order wrong after I dealt with the initial disrespect. I left the food and the hotel to get food despite having a breakfast credit because of how poor the experience was.

    Restaurant food: I ordered the Chicken and Brussel sprouts and potatoes around 9:15 it looked pretty old but I trusted it was safe to eat. The next day I had “the runs” all day. Obviously I was served contaminated food. I take accountability because the food looked questionable when it was brought out and I ate it anyway. It obvious this is not a five star restaurant but there should be a higher level of quality pertaining to pre-made food. Housekeeping never came. I had no idea service had to be requested until I checked out.

    This was an amazing hotel!! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Nashville a little out of downtown this is the best option! It was only a 12-15 minute drive to downtown. When my boyfriend and I checked in the staff was so friendly and explained the price breakdown really well. The room was very clean and I loved the flight themed hotel. There was also parking on site for $10 a night and felt very secure since they have cameras and added security. The overall stay was amazing here especially for the price.

    Great place to stay close to the airport with fantastic customer service. Brian at the front desk was amazing. Knew us by first name every time we saw him. Only issue was the shuttle van to and from the airport. Poorly marked, beat up from a previous accident with some seat belts not working. Not a good impression for there hotel but the hotel itself was great.

    This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The best surprise of all was the food at the hotel restaurant. Our group ate there 4 times during our 3 day stay. We ate both breakfast and dinner, as it was so good and very reasonably priced . We will definitely be booking more stays at Cambria Hotels!

    The staff here is very inconsiderate and don’t care about the bug infestation they have. I had to change rooms because of an infestation of Beatles lat at night. The next room had clog of hair in middle of floor mold in the shower and base board missing in the bathroom. I tried to request a refund but they said no. Didn’t even try to accommodate me at all. Bad hotel to stay at and the food was terrible and spoiled!!!!!

    We also appreciated the $15 credit to use at the onsite restaurant—it was a nice touch. We used it for breakfast, and the kids loved their pancakes, bacon, and fruit. The younger server working that morning was especially friendly and hardworking, which made our meal even more enjoyable. The only downside was the parking fee ($10 per night). I had called the hotel before-hand and was told parking was included for guests, so that was a bit disappointing. Still, aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

    This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed! We stayed on the 1st floor didn’t hear any noise or air planes that people complained about in previous reviews. Staff was VERY friendly soon as we got in very accommodating and helpful! We had breakfast at the restaurant and the server was nice and polite, we sat that the bar the following night! Bartender was kind and nice! 5 stars for sure! Don’t be worried if you stay here you’ll be in good hands! Very clean room as well

    The hotel was great and the staff was wonderful. My only complaint is my car that was parked in the hotel parking lot, was broken into during my stay, along with 14 other vehicles on the property. The staff informed me that they don’t have security and it happens a lot. They do not have insurance that covers car theft and they would not provide funds to get my car window that was smashed replaced, nor were they willing to drive me to my conference I needed to be at while I was leaving my broken-window car there for someone to come replace the window while I was gone. Again, the staff was exceptional and the hotel was clean and neat. Be sure to get travel insurance before staying here or at hotels surrounding this area.

    My favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Loved the unique layout and the plane picture on the wall. Great location, Ubers to Broadway and Nissan stadium were quick.     There were several cars that were broken into. I had to constantly worry and check on my car. The guests above me were extremely loud, stomping, dropping heavy items, etc. Had to call the front desk twice around 4 am to have someone investigate the noise. Very limited parking. Had to park in random places because the parking lot was full, including parking at a business next door.

    Having spine problems, I was forced to go back to my room to get my ID for a drink. Very painful for an unnecessary trip. Really? I’m 67 yo. 1/2 of the bar had empty drink glasses as there was 1 person for the restaurant and bar. Patrons were laughing at how long we had to wait for service. It was terrible. The bed was awful and the pillows so soft, like there was no stuffing. Woke up with a back ache and severe neck pain. Will not stay again and would not recommend the hotel. Also, car parked next to us had its window smashed the night before (they said they have security) and shattered glass was all over the place. Not safe. Stay at your own risk.

    The hotel itself looks nice and the room was fine, but little things add up. There were lights under/behind the bed we couldn’t turn off, and even the front desk had no idea. (Tip: the switch is on the outlet strip by the lamp.) Breakfast was misleading—front desk said there was breakfast, but it’s not included. It’s a paid, restaurant-style option. Food was good, service was mediocre. Overall: decent hotel, but not worth the money or the hassle.

    The front desk employee was very rude and unkind, which made me feel uncomfortable right from check-in. She did not provide basic information such as where my room was located or proper parking instructions. Instead, she simply asked if I had a car, tossed me the parking pass, and curtly mentioned the cost. For someone who travels often, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with front desk service. It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is wonderful, but the lack of professionalism at the front desk overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay.

    The room was nice the way it was set up. But in our bathroom it was a dirty q-tip in it and hair in the shower. Also we order food only because we got a food credit from our booking.     I was given a wheelchair accessible room on the fisrt floor. The shower wasnt plumbed properly to contain the water so the bathroom floor got very wet. There was some mold and poor grouting. The door to the hallway didnt quite meet the frame so zero sound.dampening. It was noisy at night. Breakfast food quality was poor. Very disappointing and uncomfortable two night stay there. Bed side light did not work.

    It is near the airport so you can hear the planes taking off over the hotel. We brought a fan with us and barely noticed. Had no problem sleeping.

    Charged $10 to park in their parking lot. Was not charged this when I stayed there last year. This was not mentioned when I made my reservation.The nickel and diming has to stop. Will be staying elsewhere when I next visit Nashville.

    Do not ever, and I mean ever, depend on them for a ride back to the hotel. We waited on them for an hour in the heat. The management is absolutely ridiculous, they will not add another shuttle. There is know shuttle for 2 hotels. The foreigners who own the hotel are ones who are doing everything they can to get a dollar. Read between the lines. Our driver was a great guy, no fault of his. I’m surprised he works there. In the 4 years it’s been open, he’s the only one left. There is currently no front desk supervisor. What does that tell you? We stayed here for the proximity and parking, but we won’t again. Anyway, get an Uber!!

    If you like your room to sound like a tarmac, this is for you. Planes are flying overhead all day long. Usually start up around 5am to 11pm. Ear plugs definitely helped but still.

    The hotel was nice but we were often woken up by planes flying overhead that were very loud. This is not the hotels fault I guess, but I wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise now that I know it’s a real problem.

    I don’t not usually feel inclined to leave reviews but our hotel stay at the Cambria was exceptional. Firstly, they provided free transportation from the BNA airport to the property, not to mention it arrived within 15 minutes of us arriving! Additionally, our room was very spacious and clean. My girlfriend ended up getting an upset stomach so instead of going to the store in an uber or instacarting what we needed, I went to downstairs and bought pepto gummies from the concession bar! We only stayed for 1 night since our bnb wouldn’t be ready until the next evening, however they were able to accommodate a last minute extended checkout for us! They also have baggage storage for free but we didn’t get to take advantage. One of the best stays we’ve had in any hotel!

    We found the Cambria do our flight being canceled. This hotel exceeded expectations with a clever room design, extremely cozy bed, nice bar area, and a very unique shape of pool. We enjoyed a few cocktails at the bar and some bites to eat. Great value when you’re in a pinch.

    Airplanes DO fly over, so be aware. If you have children who have fear of loud noises, and plan on using the pool, be aware, planes fly over and they're loud. I'm not saying it's the hotel's fault, but it's something worth noting. Otherwise the hotel itself is very nice. It's clean, and new and was a great stay!

    Pool was nice, the gym had a enough equipment to do anything you want. (The cable machine is my favorite I hit chest and back)Oh and the coffee in the morning was my favorite. Always hot and ready. Just come down and pour you a cup and go on with your day. And if you don’t want to go get a snack you can go in the lobby and buy you some (they even sold alcohol if you want a quick one after the bar is closed)
