    As room booked was a balcony we asked to be moved and were given a room on a higher floor with a private balcony which overlooked the courtyard /pool area so we were happy. If you have any accessibility issues make the hotel aware .

    I was charged 23 dollars for self parking in an almost empty parking lot. Also there is no free breakfast so be ready to pay around 20 dollars for it.

    The hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable. The restaurant/bar was good and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. It’s very close to the airport without the loud noise.

    Property was great and the free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. The breakfast was $19/per person which was a little pricey for what was offered. Also, only one main elevator was working which made it challenging but luckily there was an option to use the stairs. The rooms were very spacious but a little dated, however, there were plenty of outlets and USB chargers in all the nightstands. Bathroom counter was spacious too. Overall a great place to stay!

    Expedia did a terrible job explaining the property. The parking prices were wrong. We asked for a room for three on their site and the room we were given was only built for two people. When we got to our room, there was a chair that was so disgusting with what looked like blood stains on it. I tried to bring it to the managers attention but she didn’t seem to care because she was more interested in talking to the man next to me in lines After this experience I am done with Sheraton and definitely done with Expedia if I don’t hear from anyone. Two million dollar companies that did nothing but blame each other while the guest had to pay for it.

    We had a room on the 'first' floor and it was great. Centerally located near both pools, restraurant, convention rooms, etc. Our room came with free breakfast, which was a fantastic buffet spread. Outdoor space was really nice. Pool was great, plenty of chairs. Courtyard great to sit and relax. The shuttle to/from the airport was a breeze. Quick uber ride to downtown. Close to the airport but super quiet in the room. The hot tub area needs some updating. When we went around 6:30pm, there were no towels left and no one refilled them so we had to drip dry. There are no snack machines that we could find (only drinks), so you're forced to go to the little market for snacks if you want them. Paid over $7 for a 20oz soda.

    I usually don't write a comment, but I thought i should share my experience. The room smelled horrible. I think the person who stayed before us got sick. The carpet was wet (hopefully from cleaning). The air only slightly worked (I don't think the fan was working). The bedding was rough (think hospital bedding). The toilet handle kept getting stuck and finally I think the room may have had fleas. The courtyard is beautiful and so is the lobby and lounging areas. I was there for a convention, so I spent as much time as possible outside of the room.

    Everything was great , very nice hotel and everything was clean. Only complaint was that the lock on the door was messed up so we couldn’t lock the deadbolt lock at night and then every time we entered the room the lock would be stuck and we would have to try it like 5-7 times before it would unlock. Besides that it was a great stay and we enjoyed it. Would definitely book again.

    Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The shower curtain was so short when we used the shower there was water everywhere and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash were very masculine scented. Maybe something more neutral please. Used Lyft to go to some of the outer parts of Nashville and it was a 15/25 min ride. Definitely convenient when staying for a convention or needing to be near the airport. Had to pay for parking, which wasn’t cheap and unless you are a loyalty member, pay for internet.

    The building is old and maintenance man will have to come turn the heater on if the AC is on. If the heater is on they'll have to come to switch it. Also no smoking on the balcony, they should allow the balcony.

    However there were a few things that weren’t great. The breakfast buffet - super mediocre and not worth $50 for 2 people. Didn’t even have a waffle maker or milk for the cereal. When I checked out, I was charged for an extra room and a bunch of random taxes. When I asked the guy if this was correct, he said yes. I sat down and looked at it more and took it back up there and turns out he was extremely wrong and a new worker fixed it and instead of charging me an additional $322, I was only charged $101 - breakfast charged to room and $50 for parking for the weekend. I am glad questioned the receipt. Other than those two things, we had a nice time and loved the property.

    Stayed 4 days. Had to ask for towels. When I left dirty ones by door. That means need new ones. 4 floors. No microwave in room. Atleast it should be one on each floor where ice machine is. 1st floor elevator says under construction but should also give warning will close on you. As much as the rooms are should have free breakfast.

    Some notes: one of the Elevators was under repairs, and the other ran a little rough. The gates at the end of the lot were unresponsive to our room key cards. Overall, a superb experience, both with the staff from the front porch all the way to restaurant and with the facilities. Will come back!

    We had a fabulous time at the hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, lots of room. I was in a king with balcony. I didn't pay for a nicer balcony, so we had a roof under us outside the balcony. We were on the 4th floor. You could see airplanes taking off from the balcony. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a nice temperature and clean. We were there for a convention, and everything was laid out with signs showing what and where everything was, and people to help you find something you were looking for if you needed help. The reception staff were very helpful at check in and check out. The outdoor staff were helpful as well with getting a luggage cart and showing us parking and how to come in and out of the property. There were pamphlets showing local Attractions. The mall is a short distance from the hotel as is the airport. We didn't use the shuttle, but there was one. It would take you to and from the airport. Not sure about the mall. We did order domino's pizza, and the delivery guy was great as was the food. If I needed a great place to stay within a close distance to the airport, food, and Attractions including the mall. About 15-20 minutes to downtown Nashville. Traffic pending of course. Their website mentioned free breakfast, but then when you scroll down it says surcharge. The breakfast was $20 each and was just ok. The market was expensive so we ordered delivery. All in all, a great trip and hotel.

    The hotel was nice and the staff was amazing. Only complaint was on the "make ready" for my room. Was missing an additional trash can and do not disturb sign. Only other suggestion is if they update rooms in the future is to may better use of landscape in the suites. There was so much open space in the room that wasn't utilized. It could have been reconfigured to create more separation in the room between the main bed and the sofa bed.

    The room was great and the restaurant in there was fantastic. The outside of the hotel is beautiful- front lobby is as well. Hotel is clean, but some things are outdated. Indoor pool area was okay. Hot tub was extremely hot- almost too hot to sit in. Outdoor pool area was closed which was a bummer. Best part of our stay was two employees who went above and beyond to make our stay that much better. Lauren- helped us to get right room where we all had ample space and even brought us extra blankets. She was super helpful throughout our stay! And secondly, Will was always there to valet our car for us or answer any questions we had:)) such a knowledgeable fellow! If we ever go to Nashville again, this is where we will stay- just out of downtown and close enough to still get to where we want to go!

    No free breakfast, and the food from the bar was subpar and overpriced. For the price, it was not worth it. Not a terrible hotel. The room was clean enough and nice enough. Wasn’t terrible or anything. Just disappointing for the price. Will likely stay elsewhere next time. Also paid parking is ridiculous. $25 per night.

    The beds were super comfortable and rooms were tidy. The air vents were disgusting. We were there for a dance comp and the outdoor pool wasn’t open yet. The rooms the kids were taking classes in were like over sized closets which made it difficult to dance, and the room the competition was in was tiny and they barely had a y chairs. The elevators were broken and had extremely long waits.

    Thought the hotel was really overpriced for the lack of amenities they offered with room. Pet fee was extremely high to be considered pet friendly. Breakfast should be included for the price they charging for room. There was about 150.00 difference in price i was quoted on internet, verses price i had to pay once hotel tacked on their charges. Lastly when i called initially to book a room, i was hung up on...i should have taken it as a sign.

    Double charged for my stay. I paid up front directly through Booking.com and when I checked in they ran my card for the same amount but told me it was policy to run my card for incidentals.     Nothing Our room was not clean. And the panel door for the furnace system was literally hanging off. I had to prop it up with the ironing board to make it stay somewhat covered. The indoor pool was very not sanitary and my 9 year old did not even feel comfortable getting in it. The bathtub/shower had what appeared to be pubic hair stuck on the walls and bathtub floor and the door to the bathroom had a brown substance on it that i am afraid to even know what it was. The parking was horrendous and i had to make a parking spot in the grass. And then walk a very far distance with my 5 and 9 year old to even get to the hotel doors. Where I was never offered any help with my bags or anything. Our sliding door glass wasn’t secured into the frame of the window either, allow for outside air to get in and noise. I did my best to latch in the glass but couldn’t get them all secure. For the amount of money I paid to stay there, i could’ve stayed somewhere much cleaner and more accommodating. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

    Room was clean and spacious. Some of the hallways smelled a bit musty. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very pleasant. There are renovations going on at the moment so only one elevator was working in the lobby which was very slow, so just an inconvenience when there was a kids pageant taking place at the hotel while we were there. They had a limited menu over the weekend and most of it was over priced for the quality of the food. The buffet style breakfast had several options and was decent for the price. The hotel is large and all areas were very clean including the outside areas. We did not have any issues with the wifi, even able to stream shows on the tv.

    Room was good. Even though I booked a room for four people, the staff would only give us vouchers for two of us to eat breakfast. It was stated as included in the price when I booked the hotel. As a mom of two competitive dancers, this was very frustrating. I talked to the staff about it and they were very rude.

    The hotel is nice. The HVAC unit in my room would make this loud annoying noise every time it turned off. The noise sounded like the wheel of fortune wheel and lasted like 45 seconds. It woke me up several times throughout the night. I asked the front desk to fix it and no one did. It was quite annoying and I slept like crap all weekend.

    The lock on my door wouldnt go in when you closed the door so you could only close it from the inside. Maintenance told me you have to push the inside handle all the way down, then close the door quick. He said all the doors were like that. Which is a lie.

    Sheraton went above and beyond in making my family and I’s stay amazing. We stayed from Tuesday-Saturday due to being displaced due from the ice storm in Nashville. Everyday we were met with smiles, good food, quick service, and clean rooms (upon request). Even amongst all the people staying there, we never felt neglected.The bartenders were fantastic and made it a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Highly recommend staying here for any situation

    The breakfast is not free- $20 per person + tip and tax. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. We were allowed to check in at 8:00 am for an additional $30 which I thought was very reasonable. Free shuttle to and from airport was helpful. Bring cash to tip the driver. Great amenities and spacious comm9n area's. I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Nashville.

    This hotel is not within walking distance to anything. If you don’t have a car you are stuck until you go back to the airport. If you do have a car they charge $20+ a night to park.

    I was put in a room that was such a long walk from the lobby & conference room. The room was cold & I could not get the heat to come on & turn down the fan. So I walked to the reservation desk & asked to have someone come look at the system. No one showed. I was cold so I tried to get a hot chocolate but the machine was broken. It was just not a great stay.

    The room was very spacious and the access to the building was amazing. We were able to park close to an alternate entrance and have access to our room quickly. The room temperature was a bit cold so we had to turn the heater up to 78 degrees. Other than that, our room was cleaned daily, clean towels were provided everyday. Loved it!

    This hotel is a big business enterprise. Everything comes with a price. WiFi is not tree. Parking is $22 per night. I haven’t stayed in a hotel where they charge parking. Sheraton is the only ONE. Elevator had crud all over the door. You have to request for towels because they don’t give you any if you don’t request. Not going back there.

    Worst parking lot ever. Impossible to use and luggage carriers to get into building except at main entrance because there aren’t ramps to get up curbs and sidewalks so small cars back up and block it. Took me an hour to get me and the dogs to the room and an hour to get back to car… booked first floor to avoid that bs and the first floor has a half stair well like twelve steps and therefore shouldn’t be considered handicap accessible. Never stay here again terrible customer service asked for help and was told if I wait an hour and leave the dogs they can help then.. f this place

    This “hotel” should come with a chiropractor on staff. The bed felt like a medieval torture rack—I woke up with an aching back and zero rest. The bathroom was so cramped I half expected to find a clown car parked inside. And just when you think the suffering is over, they slap you with a parking fee like it’s some kind of luxury perk. Honestly, I’ve had better nights of sleep on airport floors. Save yourself the pain—this place is hospitality’s bad joke.

    I love the Sheraton Music City Hotel. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is courteous and amazing. My room was immaculate.     The was a youth hockey event in town and there were a lot of children staying at the hotel. The parents nor the hotel management team handled the unruly kids. They were playing in the halls while their parents supervised! We were moved to another floor which was just as noisy! Our accommodations were okay.

    American Airlines were horrible, no communication what so ever, just kept delaying our flight until finally canceling it late at night. Missed a day of our prepaid vacation… spent the extra money for insurance through Expedia, which was denied because they said the reason wasn’t included in the policy. Just a bunch of “don’t care about the people, we already have your money” horrible experience and loss of money. I will never deal with Expedia or American Airlines again and I will let everyone I know to do the same

    Me and my two sisters stayed here for 5 nights. All staff we encountered were kind and helpful. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms are clean, nice and cold! Beds were very comfortable. Our only complaints about our stay are housekeeping. It was consistently a little sloppy and rushed. Also, the service is absolutely terrible. (For ATT peeps atleast). I even paid extra for higher speed internet. With or without WiFi, it was awful. Otherwise, we had a great stay! Notably quiet environment too. Would recommend friends and family to this hotel.

    When I booked the rooms I requested conjoined rooms. I get there and the lady at the front desk said I wasn’t going to be able to have conjoining rooms. They’ll be next to each other. Having my kids with me that’s wasn’t going to work. That night I woke up with a terrible rash all over my body. I had to spend my vacation trying to figure out what’s wrong instead of enjoying my trip. Then I wake up Saturday morning to the fire alarm going off. Staff just going about their usual routine like nothing happened. I had to grab my kids and rush to safety just to be told it’s a false alarm. This is not my way of a vacation for my 7th anniversary. After all of this I just wanted to go home.

    The second time I needed to communicate was a bigger deal. I left for the airport and realized that I forgot my tablet. Huge deal in my life as I’m a writer. I considered missing my flight to retrieve it but decided to get home to my kids and trust that there would be a system to retrieve forgotten items. That was a mistake. The phone lines never get you to a human, messages to the Expedia message box stating “We hope you enjoyed your stay,” never get responses. I called Expedia and they told me to fill out a claim through a third party site. Three days later, no response. The room was clean, I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the too cold air conditioner but that was probably user error. I just can not get over a hotel where you simply can not talk to a human for any reason. They are in the business of hospitality.

    The hotel charged an extra 20 dollars for parking. there was also no coffee in the hotel lobby. This has not been the case in the past. It seems the value is no longer there.

    Staff was unfriendly. I’ve stayed there many many times and from now on ill be using the hampton inn. When i made The hotel reservation i told them it would be a drive and fly and i would need extended parking. They told me it was no problem. The day I checked in I reminded them. And then they told ne i needed to make a reservation for it and they had no room left. At 6 am the next morning we had to take our car to the Hampton for extended park and take the shuttle to the airport from there. I will NEVER stay at a sheritan again. We are almost 80 years old. We travel alot your staff made not one effort to assist us. At all. And i will never book Expedia again.

    The ride from the airport was quick. The staff on the main floor was AMAZING. The pool was beautiful to look at from my room and was clean when we went down. The gym was we equipped and the indoor pool was much warmer than the outdoor pool. My only complaints would be that the elevators are few and far depending on where your room is. The housekeeping staff let the doors slam as they enter/exit a room when they clean which means multiple times and the sound travels. Between that and the kids at the pool in the morning, you won't be able to sleep in. Because the pool is in the middle of the enclosed courtyard, the noise echoes. I would definitely stay here again but I would probably request and exterior room.

    Sam at service desk was extremely nice. However, the water pressure in room was not good. Shower head needed replaced. Also, the toilet tank rocked every time it was used. No hand soap in bathroom. Visitors without animals should not be next to barking dogs. It was nice to have breakfast available but was very limited. Plain scrambled eggs preferred vs sandwiches.

    Loved this hotel. If ever back in Nashville will be my choice of hotel. I checked in with Josiah and he was very pleasant to talk to and took good care of me! Michael at the restaurant/ bar was friendly and helpful to! Great stay!

    Our stay exceeded expectations! The hotel is luxurious, very clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. There is convenient transportation to and from the airport (registration required in advance for pick-up from the airport). Excellent location – just 10 minutes’ drive from the main street and the national park. Highly recommended!

    I am older so the ups and downs were a little difficult. There are a lot of stairs. There are only 2 elevators for the public. One of them would not come to the main floor. Beside that the show was Broadway quality.

    Very clean and comfortable. It is by airport, so you do have that noise. Very helpful staff provided extra blankets. You have to pay extra for parking, but it is secured.

    The hotel will tack on extra charges every chance it gets. Charging $20 a day when your staying there is ridiculous, $10 a day for wifi, an overpriced food market with the only microwave in the place and it says not to use for outside food, so your stuck ordering our or eating cold for your trip. Their in house resturant is expensive for what it serves and the servers generally walk right by you. A very gilded experience staying here

    By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Was down for Slingfest and everything was great, from the early check in to being able to dine and drink there and the rooms were very clean. I’ll definitely be back there again when in Nashville

    Nice clean facility, room was clean, beds weren’t great but overall it was a good experience. Our room had a courtyard view. After a very long day of sightseeing, there were a gang of very loud guests in the pool. Noise continued until pool closed at nine.

    This property is a diamond! It is Away from the CRAZY of downtown, but close enough to get there, with a short drive. There are food options at the Property and lots of cool little restaurants around within minutes drive. Shout out to Nashville Hala if you are in town and want FANTANSTIC middle eastern food this is a must!

    It is by far my favorite place to stay. It is beautiful inside and the staff is amazing. We took our 7 month old Yorkie and they were great with her. The food is amazing and so are the drinks.
