The location

Excellent location for our trip and great service received from the staff. The cleaning lady met us at the entrance when we arrived and although she as off work she took the time to take us to our room. Our host Diego was very attentive and accommodating. We found the shower space small and a bit difficult to move around.

Located on 1st floor, easy access to building/room, so you can go in/out easily Big room, great space, with full kitchen area. Nice size bathroom. Would have to wait significant time between being able to flush toilet more than once at a time. Some other rooms they rented had keypad in order to enter room, ours didn't. Keypad would be great for all rooms, no need to carry key.

The bed was not comfortable and was very noisy

Bathroom was clean. I can see how if you were leaving for a cruise the location would be nice. Location was not pretty. It was extremely loud. We were woken up at 3:30 in the morning to a trash truck right below the window. Traffic below was loud all night. We left after one night (after planning to stay 5 nights). I would not stay here again. Also, the building seems to be an office building with apartments inside. I did not feel safe or comfortable.

Room is nice, has everything that you need, but the bed is not really comfortable. Location is great! The main thing that we disliked is the staff entering our room, without telling us, when we were not there, to pick up city tax money. Even though there is a reception and this could be solved differently, as in the end did. So make sure to tell them to not enter the room without your knowledge or presence.

The property was in a excellent location for our tour pickup at the port. It was also in the old part of the city. I would consider is a boutique hotel. This property was in an excellent location but it was a little difficult to enter. The individual at the front desk was not very personal and barely gave us information. We needed to pay 0.1 euros for us to use the elevator. Thank goodness we met an individual who was able to finally help us to gain access to our room.

Good location, close to the port and the city center. The host provided us with all the necessary information and helped arrange luggage storage after check-out. The breakfast was simple but nice at a nearby cafeteria. The area is very noisy, and you can hear it all night through closed windows.

It's a building with different apartments. Located at the port of Naples. There's a lot of noise 24/7 coming from inside and outside the building. It's non stop. The location has a seaview but right outside the window there are huge garbage disposals.
