Great location. Close to great restaurants. Check in instructions were great. Didn’t like having to get coins for the elevator.

It was very clean and comfy. Also the communication was fast and very easy. The bathroom door doesn't quite close. That's the only very small bad thing haha.

The staff was communicative and provided all necessary information before check-in. It's close to the seafront and there is a nice cafe around the corner. Close to Metro Line 1 Municipio The room is old with very poor sound insulation. Basically we could hear our neighbors' chat, and the second night there, our neighbors decided to chat the whole night, from over 10 pm when they came back until 5 am when they went out. Whenever I was dosing off, I was awaken by their sudden giggles. So if you're a light sleeper like me, think twice when booking this hotel. The shower is not well sealed, so water leaked out, and we happened to mind wet floor or wet towels in the bathroom a lot.

The space was sooo clean and nice! And the host was very helpful when I was confused! The only thing I will tell people is that the elevator requires 10 cents! I’m not used to that as an American, and I had multiple bags due to traveling so I wasn’t able to take the stairs in this case. Luckily I had some change on me, otherwise I would have had to ask the front desk or something. Just a heads up!

Very nice location, easy self checkin and the staff provided very fast online support. The shower could’ve been a little cleaner, there were some stains on the floor.

Really close to the port which made it easy for us to get to the ferry the next day. Easy check in process, good communication with staff. Clean room. Blackout blinds. A little noisy from the street but didn’t bother us too much as we were literally there for the night.
