Everything about this place is beautiful, the game room. The kitchen. The breakfast included. You can see why they are a highly rated hostel in Napoli Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Staff is very nice and helpful on your needs, also giving some tips on what to do in the city. Many things to do while staying in the hostel: video games, guitar, card and board games.. I really reccommend!

Definitely would stay here again and I highly recommend it. This is minor but I feel important in that the beds, especially in a mixed dorm should have privacy curtains which they did not.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, including the new employee and the Italian staff member. The stay was affordable, and there were plenty of bathrooms and shower rooms available which they check/clean every hour. The air conditioning worked adequately. The location was also convenient, being close to many of Naples’ main attractions. They also had free breakfast + espresso in the morning. The breakfast was provided free of charge, which was appreciated. However, the scrambled eggs may need improvement, as they had a slightly unusual smell and a yellow-greenish color on both days I had breakfast.

The one in reception is wonderful, very entertaining and make sure that we have everything we need for hours that there will be nobody in the reception. The breakfast and location are great and facility is clean. None

The beds the pillow was very dirty and the shower in a cold water , also the bed was broken

It was so social! It includes a simple eggs and deli meat breakfast as well as vegan options and cereal, tea, and free espresso!!!! Its so nice and made tons of friends with only one day and one night! Nothing

Sign outside could be larger, more visible. Not too much space in common areas.

Met some great people here! Everyone was really friendly. Lots of places to sit and lounge or work on stuff too. WiFi worked great. Staff also seemed really friendly. People in the common area can be a bit loud on weekend nights if you’re trying to sleep early.

Everything about my stay was lovely! Beds were comfortable, staff was lovely, everything was clean, and a lovely little balcony with great view.

I really enjoyed the vibe and the fact that they let me keep my stuff there even before and after stay. Staff is very helpful and suuuper nice.
