Nice & friendly Host! The room is clean & modern, bed is comfortable. Beautiful view over the balcony at Port of Naples. Highly recommended for everybody! It was a great stay on your property! Thank you to the owner! The breakfast could be better.

Location is good. Molo Beverello port of Naples is visible from the room. Room is clean, comfortable and equipped with modern facilities. We stayed with our child, and she liked it too. Breakfast is decent. We would like to thank the lady who attended us during the breakfast. Many shops, cafes, restaurants at walkable distance from this place. We don't have anything to complain about the room and services particularly. Some people may find it a bit challenging to reach this place. It is on the 7th floor. The elevator needs a 5-cent coin to work everytime during the day. Keep the coins handy. You can ask for the coins at the main gate or from the staff. It is free after 7.30pm. The elevator does not have much space inside, so keep in mind if you bring much luggage or a child stroller.

The kitchen staff was not friendly, the kitchen is locked for some reason after breakfast time.

It was located in a great part of the city with easy access to the metro and within walking distance of several places.

Very convenient to the port of Naples, would be a great pre or post cruise spot. Access was simple, don’t let the multiple steps and access codes scare you, you’ll understand everything when you arrive. We appreciated the ability to leave our luggage there prior to our room being ready. The location is above a busy street, some road noise should be expected.

Each room was very comfortable. Close to port for cruising. Ho st ya very kind and helpful! The small elevator requires .05 EU to use sometimes. Manageable.

Great location if you are going to use the Ferry to travel to Sorrento or any other island -- quick 4-5 min easy walk. Unit is super modern -- surprisingly -- considering the building and the location. Pillows

Skyhouse right across street from port terminal. Restaurants close by. B&B continental breakfast provided. Nice cappuccino! Helpful staff. Security good. Pricing in September moderate. Small elevator requires..05 EU to go up to 7th floor. Pastry shop around corner charges tourists more than locals.

Nobody at the reception desk to ask questions. Bathroom could use some renovations. Breakfast doesn't start before 8am, which makes it impossible to eat if you have a tour in the morning.

very central to everything, dock, restaurant cleaning and very attentive staff

It was walking distance to ever tour, the port to get a ferry. The mall, downtown, great experience! Great Host! There is an elevator to the 7th floor, I do not like small spaces so I walked up 7flts 3 times but that was my choice, you did not have to pay to use the elevator it was free.

If someone is not used to city bustling sound, then it's hard to fall asleep. But I'm ok with it.

Great location short walking distance to the heart of Naples and right next to the Port which was handy for us! The accomodation was very clean and modern. Would recommend if you are getting a ferry anywhere from the port!
