Rosanna our host was a delight. She was very helpful. Even though she spoke little English she translated a lot of information into English and added it to what's app for us. The accommodation was near to train and bus station. The area was a bit grotty and dirty.

the size of the room, cleanliness and the AC worked well . there was no privacy. this should have been labeled as a hostel rather than a hotel because privacy was only limited to the room. our neighbors were loud the first night past 10:30pm and no end in sight. The posting for this hotel isn't correct as a hotel would have privacy all around while this apartment was not private to us and we had to talk quietly because the walls were paper thin. I would reconsider posting this residence as a hostel not a hotel so travelers like me don't get disappointed when we show up.

Great host with a lot of information to share about the city. Very friendly and tried our best to accommodate us. Nicely sized room but keep in mind the bathroom is in a separate room, however exclusive to your booking (so not a shared bathroom). Room was clean but there was a slight smell coming from the fridge which went away, I presume when the room was cleaned again. The linens were changed in our 5-night stay. There was an issue with the A/C and it was leaking but the host tried to get someone to fix it as soon as possible (next business working day as it happened on the weekend) so no complaints there. The location is great as its next to the Garibaldi station.

Very friendly and ready to help team, very central: 3 minutes to the central train station (from where you can easily reach Pompeii and everything else around Neapel) 10 minutes walking to the historical center and museums, 35 minutes walking to the see. But you don't hear the train station at all. I did not used Minibar, but it has reasonable prices and have all you need inside. Well, it is a nice, small and clean hotel. You have indeed your own bathroom, and it is really yours - it is closed with your key. But to reach it you have to cross a small common corridor. And all other guests have do the same for their bathrooms. So to visit a toilet at night you have to: put on you wear, or decide to go "as it is", open your door with a key, close you door (I trust the people, but I want be sure) with a key, cross the small corridor, open the bathroom door with a key (and it is not so easy, especially if you are half-sleeping), close the door with the key. Afterwards you have to repeat ? everything backwards. And all other guests will do the same and you will hear it. If it is not a problem for you - it is a good hotel. I understand that it is not something that can be fixed, but for me personally it was frustrating. Once more - team of the hotel is ready to help and very friendly, clear room with everything you need, very central. Nevertheless comfortable is for me is something different.

I liked the location and the kindness of Rossana the hostess. Many restaurants and grocery shops around. 3 mins walk from the train station. 30 mins mins walk from via Toledo and a little less than an hour from the beach. The building is really safe. Again Rossana is lovely, very accommodating and caring. You can tell she loves her city. She is good advice for everything about Naples. Overall i enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend a stay at I Love Naples. I didn't really like the area even if it was safe (I was alone with 3 children).

Very friendly owner, and very helpful. She was very flexible, and tried everything to accommodate our needs. It's a charming place in an old "classic" appartment block. Was pretty clean and newly decorated (even if "ikea" may have played a role!) with TV and minibar (not too overpriced). She gave us nice restaurant recommendations, and allowed us to use the room until 9pm for a €40 surcharge. Very near the station and easy to find, but not dodgy despite area not being lovely. Bathroom across corridor - but we knew that when booking. Only one key - it was fine for us really, but for others might have been a problem. There's CCTV in the corridor, which is a bit creepy.
