The location was great and room was clean. The host Antonio is very nice. Thanks to his reminder I came back and fetched my tablet which I accidentally left in the room when leaving without noticing. I would definitely recommend this bnb to my friends. 楼下还有一家很方便的中餐厅。

Good location, clean, great quality with low price. Good contact with the owner - we also received a list of recommendations :) One important thing is that the entrance is on the side of the building/side street (Google suggested the front).

The room is really spacious and the bathroom really nice. The self check-in with their information was quite easy. Since it is in the city centre it is a bit noisy.

The location was great and the staff that met us was very helpful. The room didn’t really warm up, and the shower nozzle was a bit broken I think.

The location was tricky to find but we had excellent directions from the host. We were in easy walking distance to lots of attractions, shopping and restaurants. Antonio was extremely helpful with suggestions for attractions, restaurants and helped us find a ride to the airport at an obscenely early hour. The room was spotless and comfortable. We felt safe. There were other guests in other rooms but we had no issues with noise. Hot water for showers was plentiful and the air-conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. I highly recommend Hall Inn BnB for your next visit to Napoli. We requested twin beds. It would have been nicer to have 2 light covers instead of one big one, but it worked.

everything about this place is great!

Very good location near the metro station in Via Toledo, making it very easy to reach all the attractions and also the main train station. The room was big enough, pretty clean, and the staff was friendly. There were small details that made our staying not as comfortable as we expected, such as on the first day there was no electricity in the common area, so we didn't have hot water until later on that morning. The shower head was not staying in place, making it very difficult to use (had to hold it with the hands). In the shower, there was no support whatsoever to place the small bags of shower gel. There was no soap either for washing hands, so also, in that case, you have to use the small bags of shower gel, a small soap dispenser would be very useful. The room was very noisy during the late night and early morning, so if you have a light sleep, I suggest bringing with you some earplugs.
