Really great hotel, facilities were good and clean, staff were very accommodating, location was excellent. A bit difficult to get in the first time. Look for metal gates in middle on building to right of Burger King, and use the key pad on the right of gate to call the reception.

This boutique hotel occupies the first floor in a 1930's Art Deco building, which is pretty cool. The contemporary art on the walls and in the rooms was a highlight. Rooms were a good size and well equipped, clean and modern. The square outside is a noisy intersection, but the noise insulation when the windows were shut was amazing. The breakfast was great, generous, with continental and hot food options. The location is close to retailers, with restaurant options also. For those seeking the Historical sights of Naples, its about a 10 -15 min walk to the old town and Museums, etc. Taxi rank across the street for getting to train stations, Airport. The Hotel could do with some additional external signage to indicate where the hotel reception is (1st Floor), and how to access. Arriving in the evening, there is little sign that the building contains a hotel, and front gate access needs to be granted via an intercom.

It's a bit noisy inside. Via Toledo street is very bussy so can't blame the hotel and the soundproofing. We very usually tired after long walks so we had no problem falling a sleep, but some might have trouble sleeping. The huge crowd outside and the high noise levels is impossible to supress.

the breakfast was very pure.

The size of the room and the breakfast. The person who served the breakfast was very friendly We arrived at 9.40pm, as we had previously indicated on Booking. There was no indication at all about how to get inside the building. Only a different hotel called Boutique was on the list. We reported these problem 3 times and the first 2 employees were rude and instead of apologizing insisted the information was there (it was not, we have a picture) Then there were no wardrobes, not even shelves, to place the clothes. It was also very expensive and the square in from of the hotel was very dirty, with a lot of garage. The wifi was very poor

Location is very good, several tourist attractions can be easily reached from the hotel. The staff in the breakfast room was very helpful. The breakfast was rather "modest" for a four-stars hotel. A coffee machine would have been useful. The room was much smaller than it was advertised upon reservation, there was no wardrobe in it and there were no glasses. A few bottles of water would have been useful in the minibar. The price (around 850 euros for three nights) was too high with respect to the comfort.

A jewel in the middle of the jungle. Good size rooms, good amenities. Hard to find the property. There was still work being donde in the property, considerable noise and people in the hallways.

Breakfast was “acceptable”. Breakfast staff is the biggest asset. Fruit was not ripe and or fresh.

Was brand new so we’re still doing some work but it didn’t really get in our way or bother us!
-
Location is good. Everywhere is walkable distance. Clean hotel.

No duvet covers for the covers

Loved the art work on walls white walls large windows Balcony 24 desk I didn’t like the entrance very unattractive and the reason you had to be buzzed in and out

The hotel's location is excellent. It is easy to get everywhere on foot or by public transport. Our room (junior suite) was large (true to the photos), with a large hot tub (which takes a long time to fill), on the mezzanine floor with a view of the square. The soundproofing to the outside is quite good, so we were not bothered by the noise from the street. The hotel is part of a business/residential building, which is not bad, but it surprised us. The front door of the building is locked, but the reception is open 24 hours a day, and we had no problems getting in even later in the evening. In general hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. Just a few small complaints. Although the hotel is generally clean and well-maintained, one day bathtub was not cleaned. The minibar is quite small and hidden behind a mirror (it took us some time to find it). It would be better for such a large room if the bed were king-size. Breakfast is decent and lasts until 10, but come earlier, as around 9:45 we could not get any more fried eggs.

Lovely, clean hotel in central Naples. It's in an excellent location and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was nice, the staff friendly and they arranged a taxi from the airport as we arrived very late. Would stay again. They should give clearer instructions regarding how to access the property the first time - it is in a big building with other businesses and you need to find the correct intercom to gain access. It's fine if you know what you are looking for!

An excellent hotel in a great location. Very clean with rigorous housekeeping and lovely art. Wonderful helpful staff especially Sylvia in the breakfast restaurant. She was a perfect host who was friendly, charming and and generally fabulous!
