The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city center, close to the metro station. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were exceptional — both the girl at the reception and the girl serving breakfast were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. Although the reception and the hotel are not in the same location, it was easy to find and not an issue at all. We truly wish we could have stayed more than one night and will definitely be coming back.

We liked the personal attention we received for our daily breakfast. 1. This boutique hotel is part of a business building with other professional services. We did not like its location as it did not have any way that you could park your vehicle in the front to unload your luggage. The "Piazza" was always dirty and there are many homeless people in the area. 2. The entrance to the building with lots of graffiti has a large metal gate door that was locked upon our arrival. So if you arrive on a Saturday or Sunday, it is locked (no porter). 3. The reception is separate from where your room is located so there is no way that you can communicate with the reception by dialing (ie: 9 or 0) in case of an emergency. I brought this issue to their attention. 4. Supplies to the room is limited (no tissues, small bottles of shampoo, etc. so bring your own). 5. Problem with the air conditioning throughout (our friends had none for 4 days, although we reported it to reception). Hairdryer was not working and was replaced on the 3rd day.

The hotel is in a good location, a short work to great restaurants and the subway station is nearby. Thankfully due to a complaint I laid, the very kind manager upgraded us to what we believed we had paid for. This review is based off the actual hotel I booked, not the upgraded hotel we were given, as people need to understand what they are booking. This is not a 4 star hotel. They operate two hotels in one company. They have the "Art Hotel" in the same building which is definitely a 4 star hotel. When we checked in to "Boutique Hotel Piazza Carità" we got to our room and were disgusted. Not 4 stars. Not even 3 starts of this room that we were given. Surrounded by concrete. The smallest hotel TV I have ever seen at the other end of the room from the bed made it impossible to use. The bathroom was very spacious but extremely tacky. The WiFi did not work as they have no idea how to setup a WiFi network. Too many access points with improper radio channel configuration. This hotel needs to remove/lose its "4 star" rating.

Our room was really noisy, you could hear every single word or noise happening outside of the room. The door had a space underneath and all the light was coming in. Bathroom door did non close nor had a lock so zero privacy whatsoever. Amenities hardly replaced (had to ask everytime for extra shampoo or shower gel). No real anticipatory service, nor attention to details. The place is advertised as a 4 star, but in reality is a 3 star as a stretch.

Central location comfortable large room at a good price. Need much better directions on locating this hotel within a very large building. Also poor directions on how to access the building after main office hours. Shower stall needs replacement because door leaked and faucet hardware had some rust.

Great location!!! The rooms were pretty big. The beds could be moved a bit further apart for singles travelers.

Location & breakfast were great WiFi didn't work. Reception & rooms are in a separate part of the building so it wasn't convenient if you needed anything (we only had one pillow & had to ask for more) and their wasn't a phone in the room to call housekeeping instead. Lift was out of order which was not ideal with our luggage (at least there weren't too many floors though).

Great location and helpful staff Quirky hotel, close to the metro so ideal spot Didn’t know the building is split and reception is no where near room on opposite side building Wasn’t easy to find as no sign in square or on building saying it’s a hotel. Looked like it’s shared with other businesses Not signposted inside or advised what to do on arrival on hotel Shower wasn’t sealed so leaked under door. I’d advised reception who said they’d sort but I was there 2night and no change so just used a towel to stop floor from flooding . Left key in room upon departure

Very clean, comfortable room, with modern bathroom facilities, well insulated from central city piazza noise, effective aircon and reception team helpful. Grazie bene. It took a bit of work finding both from outside and inside, but this more owing to our late-ish arrival and we were not bright with understanding maps and directions!
