Amazing hostess!

Location The staff's demeanor left much to be desired; Additionally, I found the pricing to be excessive for the value received. There was also confusion regarding the facilities I had rented for a group of eleven people. Instead of being accommodated in one location, I was unexpectedly placed in three different apartments scattered across different locations. This was particularly disappointing, as our intention was to stay together as a group.

Avoid at all costs: Filthy, noisy (ground floor in front of street and moto/vespa parking), no windows and different address than advertised. If this is the last available option, look further. I complained, and heard from the owner: “Guests like to complain that it is filthy, extremely noisy, dark and not in the address advertised, and very different from what is advertised, but guests like to complain” Dirty, noisy, differente address than advertised, scam sponsored by booking.com

Air conditioner wasn’t working. Elevator required cash coins to operate. Bathroom was not manageable

The location is fantastic, just on Toledo main street, straight to the Spanish quarter Valentina is great, really helped with all that was needed, advice for good places..... The apartment is on the 5th floor, and there is a small elevator, which is occupied most of the time, so be prepared to use the stairs...

Superb

Valentina and Diego were great hosts! Diego met us on our arrival to the apartment to show us the property and answer all our questions. Valentina gave us some great nearby restaurant recommendations and made accommodations for our luggage storage on our last day after check-out. The apartment (Loft) was updated and had plenty of room for our family of five. Loved the location - there are tons of restaurants and shops close by and a metro stop is less than 5 minutes from the front door.

Nice location near Piazza Dante Nothing

The apartment is in a fantastic location, allowing us to explore the area comfortably by foot and metro. It’s newly renovated and beautifully designed, making it an ideal spot for us as a couple. The check-in was smooth, and our host was welcoming, giving us quick instructions and some great local dining recommendations. We visited during a national holiday, so the city was bustling one evening, though it didn’t disrupt our stay.

Spacious with all the amenities that was needed for a holiday home. Nothing it was all good.

Good location. On a quiet street.

Location was just off main street close to transport museums shops churches . Supermarket same street. Host was attentive and helpful. Diego picked us up and took us around even to the Amalfi Coast. Excellent driver.knowledgeable and very comfortable to be around. The apartment was very nice with a full kitchen dishwasher and fridge. Beds were comfortable. Very clean and secure apartment.Tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our stay Everything was good

Great location, easy access to everything. Close to shopping and walking distance to sea. I love the huge balcony and we had our breakfast there. Nothing that I can think about it.

Excellent location very close to via Toledo and Dante square but quiet at night. Valentina the owner was very nice and attentive helped in tips etc. everything very well maintained and looks new. Fully equipped kitchen although we did not cook….there is a big supermarket 50meters away so very convenient. Totally recommend the place. Mattress was a little soft for me but other than that everything was excellent !

The verandah was lovely Room was not set up on arrival and had to locate bedding Both bathrooms were ensuites, which was had with one guest sleeping in the lounge room. Additionally keys had to be asked for and host was hostile
