The property was nice and in a good location, comfortable enough and would’ve been lovely except that there was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Couldn’t have the bathroom door open even for a minute without the whole room stinking of sewage and there were no windows in the bathroom. I contacted the host about this and was told to run the bath and shower, we tried this but it didn’t help. If this wasn’t a problem it would’ve been a perfect stay but it was very overwhelming.

It was very noisy in the early morning because of the traffic. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear the neighbors even when they just talk!

The location is great and the communication with the host overall was good. The bed was comfortable the room clean. During the day there is security in place which is great and also the mutual areas are clean! One issue that arose upon our arrival was a blocked sink, which severely hindered its functionality. The dirty water accumulated to such a high level that it became difficult to use the sink without coming into contact with the soiled water. We promptly notified the host of this issue, who assured us that it would be addressed. However, upon our return, we discovered that the sink had not been repaired. The following morning, the shower hose broke. While this is an occasional occurrence, the combination of the broken shower hose and the unrepaired sink left us without the ability to properly wash ourselves. The only alternative was the bidet, which, while clean, was not an ideal solution as you can imagine but reality. We contacted the host to report this issue, and they assured us that they would resolve it. When we returned that afternoon for a brief visit, we observed that the shower had been repaired, but the sink was still being worked on and was not yet completed. Since it was the afternoon, we assumed that it would be finished by the end of the day. The sink was cordoned off with tape, indicating that it was out of service when we arrived. However, this was not the case, and the host did not provide us with any further updates. We refrained from contacting the host again because we did not want to give the impression that we were being overly demanding or interfering with their work. The lack of communication regarding the status of the sink was the most frustrating aspect of this situation. While we understand that things can break, we felt that we were not being kept informed about the progress of the repairs. It is only when you are without something as seemingly insignificant as a sink that you realize how essential it is, and being left with only a bidet was inconvenient.

We really liked our stay, the room is comfortable and had a nice terrace. The owner was very helpful and gave us recommendations about the places to see and things to do in Naples.

It has nothing to do with the room on the pictures. There was so much mold in the shower, a simple cleaner would do the trick. The night there was a nightmare. Our room had windows facing the main street and there was so much noise the whole night. We couldnt shut the window properly. I texted the owner in the evening and asked to change the room (there were plenty of rooms free) and he replied its all busy. Rather pay extra 10e for something better. You have no instructions on returning the key, on case you miss the sign on the door, you pay the night extra which is ridicilious.
