The room was spotless and in the perfect location close to the marina, beautiful park and Castello. The host was amazing - friendly, helpful, and truly welcoming. Very nice breakfast. Nothing

- Clean. - Had everything we needed. - Croissants tasted amazing. - Staff was very nice and friendly. - Very thin walls, can hear full conversations of people in other rooms. - Very small kitchen table, only one couple can fit at a time. - Cleaning staff consistently moved our items into drawers. - Breakfast has no selection and is small, we except more food when paying for a place with breakfast included, more of a morning snack and not a meal.

Owner very helpful, explained everything. Anything jusk ask, provides taxi service to airport.

Superb

The room was clean and there was breakfast supplied with facilities to make tea and coffee. Mikele was very helpful and arranged parking nearby and helped me with my luggage. The location was nice but was a bit far from the centre and some attractions. It could get quite noisy at night facing the street but I didn’t mind too much. The mattress wasn’t very supportive and I touched the bed base when I lay on my side.

This is a hidden gem tucked away on a side street just off the main street. Firstly the people. Michele, Giovanna and Vincenzo were so kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room is really modern and well thought out. Super shower, really comfortable bed and great air conditioning. I loved the system they had for breakfast with everything on a tray for each room so you can just grab it and either use the table in the room or breakfast in bed. It's a really quiet and peaceful area, felt really safe walking even late at night. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend this place. Nothing. Loved everything.

Perfect location, with the locals around super friendly to help out. Quiet but safe, and the apartment is super cute. Lovely morning breakfasts supplied with a fully equipped kitchen. Our host was super lovely as well

Great place for visiting Naples. Located near great restaurants, the Chiaia area, etc. The neighborhood is great—representative of Naples and its charm and quirks. The coast is a few steps away, and the lungomare (coastal walkway) is great for running, admiring the bay and getting a break from the delightful but sometimes overwhelming mayhem of the city. The hosts are extremely accommodating. The property is normal Naples from the outside (with all its charm and some well-worn steps - they really aren’t bad at all unless you have mobility issues - just keep an eye on the steps, but there’s a handrail too) but very nice, new & clean on the inside. The noise level is about as good and it can get in Naples - if you want something perfectly quiet, you probably shouldn’t visit Naples. The breakfast is adequate - it’s usually not the best or most important meal in Italy. The hosts provide great tips for restaurants (Signora Bettola was great, and the tavola calda right next to the property is also good, characteristic & cheap too). It was a great deal too, especially for a longer stay. The hosts keep it extremely clean - they clearly take pride in providing good service. The high ceilings and balcony in my room made it feel much larger than it actually is - it felt spacious. I speak Italian so I can’t comment on the hosts’ English, but it’s probably best for people who are seeking a more Italian experience and are willing to engage across cultures/languages - one of the prior comments seemed to want a standard US motel/hotel experience, which this is not. I would definitely return when visiting this beautiful city. Naples has really changed - I felt much safer here (other than needing to watch out for traffic) than I do in US cities like San Francisco. Nothing major - it was great. I prefer a very firm bed, so for me the bedsprings were too soft. But that’s a matter of preference. With 2 other rooms in the apartment, there was some noise from other guests on some nights.

We really liked the room , very clean and comfortable always changing towels etc . It is a room within an apartment on the second floor of an old building so as others have mentioned the stairs are not great Breakfast was ok Croissants and yogurt, coffee Be sure to visit our found restaurant Salvatore alla Riviera has the same chef for 40 years ! Waiters are amazing and welcoming As others mentioned Dora - well in our opinion it could be a miss The initial reaction was discerning but that’s Italy living I guess with the surrounding area and stairs but it was fabulous to be close to waterfront and easy walk to metro to Garibaldi 3 stops

The old Palazzo had a nice charme, and we managed to have our breakfast on the balcony (only one room at the time). The owner was very nice and we had a good communication about how to go there. The room was very quiet. The WLAN worked well. Looks like that we had bad luck: There are two rooms with normal windows and one without any, which was ours: Don't take the standard room! Luckily we could stay outside all day. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, only one real coffee per person and little choice.

The room is large, clean and perfectly located in a small alley. Thank you for everything Michaele. Napoli is simply breathtaking. ? Everything was perfect ?
