Location , the view the terrace is wow The sheets on bed are very dry and not soft ! The coffee machine is old and hard to make coffee

This is a lux hotel with great amenities and wonderful staff. Monica was super helpful and helped make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. We were able to check in early, and walk around Naples on our last day in Italy. This is a great place to end your vacation in Italy. We also had dinner at their Michelin Star restaurant and it was superb. What a nice touch!!

Fresh fruit for breakfast that’s the only not disappointing part. Beds were decent For 500€+ a night you’d expect some of the minibar to be complementary. You’d expect a dental kit, not have to request a separate one. Breakfast was €40 per person and selection was tiny and average (fruit was good). Not worth it. Cancelled our 2nd day of breakfast. Bedrooms were nothing special, not the cleanest, no mirrors in my room except bathroom mirror. Service was fine, location was good, but overall not worth the rate.
