Blue Crystal NAPOLI ROOMS

In the beginning we couldn’t find the place, the rooms are rented in an apartment building with an elevator. The rooms are very well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of mountains and trains, our son enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Lovely owner, very accommodating to our needs. If you are looking for a stay near the train station this is very convenient. Downside is shared bathroom, but we knew that was the case so there was no surprises. There wasn’t any issues with the bathroom and there was never a time we had to wait.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. After not being able to find the property initially they sent the son out to find me on the street to let me in. Room was great. Bed super comfy and the view from the balcony was amazing. Do not trust your GPS to get there. It will have you walking all around town. With the language barrier it was difficult to communicate exactly where it is, so my English speaking friends, let me do you a solid. Follow these directions and DO NOT use your GPS to go to where the booking site says it is. I have photos attached as well. Upon exiting Napoli Centrale it is across the street from the McDonalds and food court. It is on the corner closest to the train station, right where the Alibus drops off it's passengers from the airport. You will see a restaurant called SFOGLIATELAB café but be warned, there's a restaurant of the same name on the opposite side of the plaza too which is confusing. Walk past the café and the sidewalk area goes to the right. You will see a supermarket back there. The door to enter is between the café and the supermarket. Large glass door with iron bars on it. That is your entrance. Also, not listed but you need a coin to operate the elevator. It requires specifically a 20 cent euro. You can get change at the supermarket but you NEED THIS COIN to go up, otherwise it's 7 flights up the steps with your luggage. The staff met me at the sidewalk and brought a coin to get me up there as I had euros but not specifically a 20 cent. Just be ready. But the place is super close to Napoli Centrale and one of the better places I've stayed in Napoli. My only issue was finding it initially. Otherwise great.

I loved that it was so clean and close to all amenities Finding 20 cents for the elevator was sometimes hard and we would have to go get change next door. They were happy to change for us

The view from the room looking towards Pompeii! There was a nice little balcony too. The location wasn't the best. As I'd not been given instructions to get into the building, I had to try and communicate with the owner to get in and let's just say that I had to have my wits about me while hanging about outside. Someone tried to sell me fake perfume. When I was inside, I had to pay to use the lift. Yes - 20c into the coin slot every time I wanted to go up to or down from the 7th floor. The floor to ceiling windows didn't shut properly, so at night it was noisy. Very, very noisy. The toilet cistern was continually flushing to add to the noise.

Clean and Comfortable stay. Abundant snacks kept in room. Coffee, beer and other snacks available at reception. The host was amazing. In-spite of language issues (I don't speak Italian), she was able to address my very late arrival and provide me concise instructions for check-in over the phone. Unbeatable location if you want to be close to train station. Buses to port/airport steps away from property. Lots of dining options with 100 meters including many open past midnight.

Everything is good Not bad

The location is excellent. A few minutes walk from the Napoli train station. The bathroom is in excellent condition despite being a shared bathroom. The staff took extra time to follow up and ensure I got access to my accomodation despite arriving very late due to delayed flight.

Clean and comfotable room. Near at the train station and bus station going to airport. Quite feel dangerous outside the hotel and difficult the elevator and hope have an english language how can explain to guess who does’t talk Italian or spanish.

The room was really clean. the kind owner welcome me with some snacks and even milk and water in fridge. The B&B is on the 7th floor and to use the elevator you need to put 20 euros in a box inside the elevator cabin otherwise it won't work.

Convenient location next to the train station - but that also means noisy, earplugs recommended! We arrived earlier and had to wait almost an hour because there was nobody at the property (a flat converted into three rooms rented out on the 7th floor), no response to our messages on the booking.com app or our phone call. The gentleman who eventually arrived was very helpful though.
