I thought the room would have a desk

Location is convenient, room is clean Staff was quite inconvenient and pretty rude at times.

H22 has an incredible location just steps from the main train station. The facilities are very nice, and the staff is terrific.

The hotel has a great location right next to the main train station, so you can either walk to the city centre or take the metro. The airport is also easily accessible by a direct bus, with the bus stop right in front of the station. We made a last-minute reservation while on the train, so we arrived earlier than the official check-in time. Luckily, we were able to get our room without waiting, thanks to a very kind and helpful receptionist, Natasha, who took great care of all our needs. The room was spacious enough for two people, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Thank you, Natasha, for making our short stay so pleasant. The only minor downside was the shower, which didn’t have a shower hose but only a fixed shower head positioned in a way that made it difficult to avoid getting your hair wet. This can be a bit impractical, especially for women.

Beds were so comfortable - we loved sleeping here! The hotel was secure and safe. Our rooms had balconies and it provided a wonderful view of the city and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view from below us with people walking around and the restaurants, and the surrounding area. Location was great - central to everything, and right across from the train station, and tours would pick us up right next to/near the hotel, so it was perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable room, very thoughtful to have a relax room on site. Helpful staff to show how to get to breakfast room. Enough variety of food to choose from at breakfast. At the beginning it was hard to open and close the old fashioned elevator. But we quickly got used to after a few practices and loved it. Because we had known such elevators by watching movies only, now it came into real life.

The rooms are small sure, and the corridor is like a maze, but this is a minor nitpick.

The connivance to the trains and metro, restaurants in the area, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable common space with a cool coffee machine. Bath and shower facilities were wonderful. Our mini-fridge didn't work. The entrance at street level is a bit unimpressive, but don't judge a book by it's cover.

The location was perfect, near to attractions. The service they provided to take us to the airport was very good. The staff was great too. The bedroom could be bigger

I bit of a hike to the historic center.

A bit noisy- both outside and neighboring rooms. Small sink area. Getting into hotel and the elevator is not the best.

Location was perfect for traveling to and from Napoli Stazione. The room was spotless and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff is amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. Nothing

Bed comfy, well located near the terminal and shops and restaurants Cleaner stole candies and the staff did not believe me. Bathroom too small, air conditioning located too close to the single bed. They were not too fast to answer emails. Hard to find and lots of stairs

Convenient location, immaculate large room, helpful staff.

Very friendly staff. We were able to leave the luggage at the front desk without issues after checkout. Small, but cosy, with everything you needed for a short stay. Loved the lounge
