The room was freshly renovated and clean. The owner was so kind and you could tell he was very proud of his property. The location is unbeatable it's next to the train station, less than a 5 minute walk. I had a great experience and will stay here again. N/A

Location! 2 minute walk from Napoli Central Station. Reasonably priced. Front desk person very welcoming. Bedding comfortable. Good WiFi signal. Plenty of pillows and towels. Nothing really.

Located to the train station which is the main reason for the location and stay there The water was cold so I wasn't able to take a hot shower in the morning period however Antonio was extremely accommodating and keeping our luggage for the majority of the day and opening up his terrorists and his kitchen for us to utilize along with the bathroom

Clean and modern. Great service. Near the bus, metro and train station. Surrounded with restaurants and café. Very lively and helpful staff. Antonio and the other staff are very helpful’. Nice living room. Flowers at the porch. The steps to sleep upstairs. Not using strong materials . Quite risky. The ceiling also to low, our head hurt quite some time.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are very well designed. Stylish and classy.

Room was clean. Not too far from train station but difficult to find. Even though we had an approved checkin time & communicated our ETA, staff was more than 15minutes late. We stood out in the hot sun waiting with nowhere to sit & little/delayed communication when we messaged multiple times. We were just about to find another hotel (thinking we had been scammed) when he finally showed up. This is not an individual apartment. It's a hotel room with private bathroom, but a shared common area. Kitchen, coffee, balcony, etc are all in a shared space. Breakfast was not onsite. We were given coupons for a coffee & croissant at a cafe about 8min walk away so we ate elsewhere. Rooms are NOT soundproof. We could hear the restaurant/bars nearby after midnight. Also, someone walking through the halls slamming doors woke us up after 2am. Then we received a rude message from the staff the next day saying we kept other guests up until midnight (even though we were closing doors slowly and talking quietly). Have never been treated so poorly, the guy on site is confrontational. We mistakenly used the washing machine in the common area (same set up as our previous booking.com room with a washing machine for guests in the common area/garden). There are no signs stating that the washing machine is not for guests. But at 10pm he banged on our door to fuss at us for using the machine. He could not speak English but just kept fussing at me. Finally when I was able to understand what he was upset about, he calmed down a bit after I agreed to pay extra for using the machine. The next day when my husband went to pay for the machine, the guy preceded to fuss at my husband again, thinking fussing into Google Translate is a good way to communicate. His Google Translate said that we "stole his hormones". Only thing I could figure was that he meant detergent (which I had tried to explain to him the night before that we used our own, even though the last place provided it). We left w/our kids as he continued to fuss at us.

Clean, cosy room, 50 meters away from the train station. No noise at night. I would improve the check-in, no clear instructions were given unless we asked. If a host could introduce and share a map how to get to the front door, would be much nicer.

The room was large and comfortable. The property is situated in a great location, near the train and bus station yet it felt safe. The host is an exceptional man who takes an interest in helping his guests. Loved that there is an espresso coffee machine available 24/7 in the kitchen area. Enjoyed going to a nearby cafe with the coupons provided for breakfast. The Cornettos were decadent and so delicious. The coffee was amazing. Water id slso provided.

Antonio is warm and kind. Helping me with my luggages and making sure we are happy in our stay. Location near to metro and train station is superb. Paid parking is near.

They had an agreement with a nearby cafe for breakfast. The croissant and coffee breakfast was good. There was a brief power outage at some point during the night and we were unable to reach anyone at the reception, but it was fixed shortly after.

Very friendly and welcoming manager. Great location near train station, cafes and historic centre. Difficult to locate entrance through large wooden doors (see photo) and then through a courtyard to an elevator up to the B&B. Our Deluxe Quadruple Room only had one chair and a very small shower (unlike photo on Booking.com). Breakfast is a croissant & coffee at a nearby cafe. Noisy neighbours late at night.

Has (small) elevator. Good breakfast (basic croissant + coffee) at a bar nearby. Has a beautiful terrace (shared space). Wifi a bit weak and slow. Not always auto reconnect. Sometimes fail to connect completely. Tap water is really hard. The apartment has 3 rooms. Be prepared the other guests can be loud or have screaming kids.

Good location, clean, comfortable. A voucher for breakfast at a great cafe next door was much appreciated a little hard to find as no signage outside

Great location near central train station perfect for trips to Pompei and Vesuvio also for the Airport. Very nice staff/owner helpful and we could check-in earlier. Weird smell in the room, kitchen could be more equipped.

Location near the main train station. Very close to the city centre. Very clean. Friendly host. We stayed there in December, heating was working. It is equipped in the style of 19 century, and we liked it.
