Ideal City Walk

it’s proximity to the main station, just 2 min. walk, front desk is by the main street Garibaldi, no need to search inside some dingy entrance. The front desk staff very polite, helpful and cheerful. I like Mia very much she is so sweet and always greeting with a smile. I also like the guy, which welcomed and registered us, sorry to have missed to get his name. We walked to Da Michele and the City Centre all the way to Plebescito from the hotel as it was just a straight line to go Spacanapoli through via duomo. Coming back, took the subway line 1 to Garibaldi station and was so convenient we back at the hotel in no time. It was tiring but we are able to do and see what we want in Naples from the location of this hotel. So many restaurants and bakery and grocery around. The walk is not for the faint of heart ‘tho, we prepared ourselves to walk around get lost in the city. Also, the bfast included in our rate is very decent, the staff in the kitchen was also very cheerful. nothing to mention.

Everything was easy to reach by foot and public transport. The staff helps you store your luggage if you arrive before the check-in or if you have a later departure. I recommend this place !

Located right next to the main railway station, it is definitely not in the quietest part of the town. The sound was fine for me, at least with earplugs. But if you're sensitive to noise, this might not be the right place for you.

Room was horrible, customer service was the worst, I had to check out after 1h and go to another hotel nearby. I used to stay regularly in this hotel and it was decent. Things have changed. There was a mixup about the bed size so I ended up with a very small one person bed in a tiny room when I had booked a Twin bed. There was mold in the clothes basket in the bathroom and everything was uncomfortable. No fridge, no water, no coffee. Federica at reception was horrible, some young, entitled girl who spent her time screaming everything was my fault and there was no way they would reimburse or help me in any way. She kept on yelling a twin bed and a single bed are the same, not much I could say to that. This would have been the worst customer service ever if some Nicola guy (no idea if he is the manager or the cleaning lady) did not start harassing me on WhatsApp and have a tantrum about getting a bad review until I had to block him when he started threatening me. In the end I checked out after 1h and booked something else much better and cheaper a few meters from there. Stay far, there are plenty other options in the area and they are all better.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating; they allowed me to store my luggage before check-in. The breakfast is adequate, and the location is extremely convenient for people travelling by train. We are in front the station, while improving, there are still some issues Everything was satisfactory and matched the descriptions

Good hotel with ok location

The location is ideal, right next to the train station. You step off the Alibus from the airport or arrive by train, and you’re already at the hotel. There are many eateries, small shops, and a supermarket just a few steps away. All the staff I met were very polite and attentive. The room was small but comfortable, with a good private bathroom. There was also a coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch. I stayed for one night during a layover on my way back home, and they kindly offered to store my luggage until the evening.
