Beautiful and clean hotel! The staff was wonderful—to include Francesco, who is an amazing bartender and sweet gentleman! Thank you! The breakfast staff tended to be a little slow to restock coffee and other supplies; however, the breakfast was delicious and enjoyed the variety offered!

Great location, huge room and helpful staff.

The property was so close to the metro and it was super easy to go to the station, grab some tickets and hit the other areas. The room was VERY quiet as we had an interior courtyard view. The room was beautiful and just what my mom and I needed. The breakfast was great each morning (shoutout to the apricot croissants and mango-vanilla yogurt!!!) the staff was friendly and helpful The beds were hard which I’m not used to as a soft bed girlie, but after a couple of nights I got used to it! For interior courtyard rooms, perhaps adding additional lighting as it was dark no matter how many lights were on.

The location is amazing. Across from the central station, next to two Metro lines, near airport bus stop, and most day tours in Naples pick up right in front of the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has many options.

This is a really nice hotel, beautiful rooms, great buffet breakfast. I have stayed here many times before so I don't believe any improvement is necessary.

the area around the train station is not the best. we did day trips by train. the hotel was right outside the station. very convenient.

Just fantastic Nothing

Since it’s in a very busy area, it was very noisy throughout the night due to the traffic outside. Also, the aircon wasn’t working, the room was quite hot.

Best location, you can see the hotel when you walk out of the train station—so convenient after a long train ride. Location is excellent for shopping or catching the metro into town. Excellent breakfast, well worth the cost. Room was on the smaller side but comfortable and quiet and comfy bed. Lovely lobby for hanging out while waiting for train. The only criticism is that that shower is tiny—smallest shower I have ever been in. I’m 5’2” and repeatedly bumped my elbow on the soap dish when washing my hair.

Location Room was ok. Beds are uncomfortable . Terrace view was awful . Check in lady young very condescending. We politely asked to be checked in a bit early as we checkout early next day . She kept saying sure sure and did nothing about it . We felt unheard .

No major complaints. Small things to note: - Juice at breakfast was really watered down compared to what you'd buy at the bar or grocery store. - There is a large police/military presence around the station. I assume this is for safety - but they stopped us multiple times in front of the hotel asking to see IDs and why we were there. We also saw them stopping many others from our window. Unclear if this was in response to a particular event or concern or something they always do.

The design, the comfort of the lobby, the extremely cordial staff, the great selection at breakfast, the cleanliness, the location. The bed was a little too firm and the two pillows on the bed were flat and too soft. No extra pillows in the closet.

The hotel was great but Naples as a city was my least favorite place of all the areas we visited in Italy.

Great location for early flight - grabbed shuttle across the street. Came in on train, so good for that too. Beds were comfy, room was clean, quiet, and dark. We had great pizza around the corner at Nonna Anna’s

I had two heavy suitscases I was taken to my room by a porter and when showed my room he wanted a tip I Said I did not have any change with me he did not like it
