Beautiful location Kind of hard to find

The location and the comfort of the room. Also, when I had an urgent need, the staff was very helpful. We had trouble finding the hotel. It was embedded inside a building, and there was not adequate signage.

Property is located in a great busy part of the city, directly next to a metro stop. Street noise wasn’t too bad. Rooms are good size, shower is great. Little balcony was fun though there is no chair. Great safe and convenient spot to stay. Property was clean. Property is mostly unstaffed though staff are available via WhatsApp. Bed was not particularly comfy.

It's inside a very interesting old building, right off the Piazza Bovia, and we got a room with the square view. Interesting observation point! I could see the robust horse butt every morning, haha! The staff was extremely helpful. The restaurants she recommended were simply amazing. And I was able to leave my suitcase there for two days for free. A big "Thank you"! It happened that our bathroom is separated from the bedroom. Apparently I was not paying attention/ or didn't realize there was such arrangement when booking. But the girl who received us tried her best to make us comfortable. So just be more careful when booking and if you mind, do not take this room.

Place close to everythings, also safe location, they have elevators as wel. Public transport metro, bus, alibus stop are very close. Food options are abundant! Nice The sign to find the place its bit confusing. Please write to ppl who booked the place how to find it once they arrived in front of the building

Location outstanding. Staff attention, perfect and accommodating. Room exceptionally clean. Even though the property *do* publicly advertise the external condition of the bathroom of one of the rooms, it seems like there is a mismatch on what everybody could interpret as “external”. The bathroom, that in fact is private as advertised, is located on the opposite side of the room, roughly 20/25 steps away, and getting to it implies a process that involves manipulating various keys (getting out the electricity key, kicking your room with your key, open they bathroom with another key). So, forget about toilet emergencies.

Very good location, good price but there is a huge problem with this property. The safety. The room key opens both the front door, the room and turns on your power in your room. Which means that everybody has the same key for every door if the key can open both the front door and your own door. Even tho the room was beautiful we were not able to sleep the whole night between the outside noises and the fear of somebody being able to open our room at any point. At every little noise we were terrified

Staff lady was so helpful in explaining all necessary procedures in key usage for after hours, checkout procedures, etc. Located in very central area with cafes and restaurants all around. Location wise, it’s prime spot, with great value Absolutely no complaints, but maybe a super minor one is that finding the entrance to the hotel door was a bit confusing (but gatekeeper of the multi-business building explained to us). Oh also, maybe the walls between the suites are quite thin? We can hear the conversation from next suite easily. But again, minor one since I always use ear plugs when I stay in cities.

Place was clean. Nice view from the balcony. I don’t know other rooms but the room with “external bathroom“ wasn’t comfortable at all. It was weird experience for me to go outside for bathroom. And the room is right behind the reception and you can hear whatever is happening behind the door. When you open the balcony door there’s a sewage smell coming from outside at night. Other than that it was clean place.

Very comfortable and beautiful room in the heart of Naples. It is renovated, clean and neat. There is a balcony with a good view to the city and neighbourhood buildings with nice facades. The bed is very comfortable and big. The AC cool down the room quickly and make your sleep comfy. The location is amazing. You can easily walk to all touristic destinations. There is also grocery stores, bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby. Also a taxi park is very close where you can take a taxi straight to the airport for 24€. Staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived 2 hours before the checkin and got the room earlier. It was very nice of them. Communication with host was also smooth and easy.

Not easy to find, and the wall is too thin.

I like the balcony. It was in a safe area. A/c worked. The stairs going up were marble and had character! The staff was helpful. It was very clean. Close walk to metro, ferry and castle. It was small but so nice.

No blankets provided-a sheet is not enough

The location is very central, the room was clean, the terrace overlooking the hustle below was fun. Staff had excellent communication, helping us with parking and finding the suite. Sound proofing isn’t great, but it’s an old building ?

There are a lot of public transport around it including metro. Few minutes more and you can get the ferry to the islands. We loved the location. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was nothing we did not like
