Great location. Room was clean and large for area. Newly updated with cool vibe. The elevator made being on the 4th floor easy! The staff was wonderful, however the language barrier was difficult at times. Still very friendly.

Location, comfortable bed Should have been told it is not a hotel, someone should have been there at reception for check-in, there should have been tea-coffee making facilities in the room

The room reeked of mold/mildew. No shower curtain. So bad we had to book another hotel.

The apartment is aesthetically pleasant, clean and well located. It has good potential and could offer a nice experience if better managed. I chose the property specifically for the jacuzzi and communicated this clearly in advance. Once the jacuzzi was filled, it was not possible to drain it due to a technical issue that the management was already aware of. As the jacuzzi was also the only shower available, this made it impossible to take a shower after use. Although the issue was acknowledged, it was not effectively resolved during the stay.

Property was clean and reasonable . Difficult to find ,no one at the front desk for most of the day,the atendente barely spoke English,difficult to communicate.no one at the desk at checkout time left keep on the desk.

Great location On my last night, I was stolen from. I left in the morning and came back that evening, I was gone for about 8 hours. Someone with access from my room took 3 prescriptions and AirPods. I couldn’t find anyone that night or the next morning to talk to before I checked out so I left a note on the front desk. No one contacted me back. When I called and they finally answered, the woman was extremely unhelpful. Was not sorry or offered any sort of compensation.

Its a great property for a short stay in Napoli. Close to Ferry terminal if you are planning to go to Sorrento or Amalfi coast. Theres a places to eat around the BnB. There was no shampoo.

It was clean an comfortable Room opened onto reception, so any conversation or movement was heard, didn't feel private, place wasn't easiest to locate, pictures showed wrong building, an was basically a 4th floor apartment, not what I was expecting.

Location is perfect, very nice for accessing different place. To be fair, they allowed us to keep our luggage in the hotel until midday which helped us to walk around before our flight. Their price policy is not accurate as they charged us more for my son who is 1year and a half they said that my son has to pay as he is older than 18months so charged 15% of the total price. It wasnt what I could see through my booking so it was not a pleasant experience.

The property was actually nice The reception booked us two taxis for airport in the morning and we had to pay upfront. It cost €60. They did not turn up. I have been in contact with the girl and she said she would sort a refund and it is now a month on and she is not answering any messages. I’ve called and emailed. She talks perfect English so there is no reason for her not to return call. I have not given up on this!!!!

The location is great The bathroom had small issues with bath tube

Room was clean and nice sized. AC worked well. While the location is pretty central, the square can be noisy with traffic/honking. Also, this is not your typical hotel. This is like an airbnb suite on one floor in a big building with other businesses/services. We felt safe but it's not your typical hotel. 1. Wi-fi was terrible. We had to reschedule our flight and struggled to get signal to make a phone call. 2. While we appreciated the full-sized window that fully opens, calling a foot-wide ledge a "balcony" is a stretch. 3. Even with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, housekeeping came in to service the room while we were out.

The room is huge, super clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was fun and works perfectly. Would love to have a little breakfast included for that price, but everything else was perfect.
