I really liked the location, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and to anyone reading this review.

The way of communication was incorrect, we were not explained about parking our car and the recommendation given to us by the staff cost us a very expensive 72 euros per night, a high price of 3 euros per hour and for 2 days we paid a pretty penny 140 eurosMenyra e komunikimt jo korrekt nuk u sqaruam per parkimin e makines sone dhe rekomandimi qe na u dha nga personeli na kushtoi shume shtrejt 72 euro nata nje cmim i larte 3 euro ora dhe per 2 dite paguam goxha 140 euro

Location was great! Close to the city close to the great restaurants/ best part was you could always text the staff and they were quick to respond and very informative. Highly recommend this place I will be back

Location Difficult to navigate to, no English speaking reception. No breakfast although reservation said included.

Perfectly located for exploring Naples, just steps away from the city’s main attractions, the marina, and ferries to Capri. The host was fantastic – welcoming, helpful, and provided an excellent parking recommendation that made our stay even easier. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples!

The location was really good - a short walk from where the airport bus stops, and right next to a metro station. Close to convenience stores, ATMs and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The host was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and the room was very clean and comfortable. While it is right next to a busy square, the windows did reduce the sound a lot! The air conditioning was also very much appreciated being there in the summer! Not a lot we didn't like! However, we would have appreciated some coffee (even just sachets) and milk/creamer in addition to the teabags provided.

I clearly explained that I’m reaching the location 3 pm However antonella hasn’t mentioned that this is self checkin ! I arrived to main gate and it was closed I was soaked in sun for 10 minutes till one of the tenants opened the gate I reached first floor and knocked on door , ranged bell from 3:10-3:35 and no response !! I just arrived so obviously i didn’t had simcard to call antonella I texted antonella asking where is she she mentioned in reception ! After 5 minutes they opened the door to find everything is dark inside no one in reception ! I waited, waited, waited 3:45 she told me your room is open just go inside ! I told her that’s so bad and you should clearly mention it’s self checkin and you should open gate if you expect a client i didn’t came out of surprise However she was very rude mentioning no it’s not a self checkin it’s my issue that i haven’t called her ! I told her that’s a bad experience She told me for you , for us we’re fine we’re rated 8 on booking ! However i was really exhausted and disappointed so i went to the room and was taking a shower She came to the b&b by 4:30 pm started knocking on my room door very aggressively till i opened the door and instead of checking if i was fine and apologizing for bad experience she started discussing my fault and how idiot i’m not to call them and they’re the best and it’s totally my fault She came with a male who was just talking aggressively in italian !!! And she told me your booking is non refundable. As a female solo traveler tired and exhausted i told them ok i’m sorry However i was scared, tired , disappointed Wasted 2 hours in useless drama . Moreover bathroom is full of mold Bed isn’t clean They have bed bugs Definitely won’t recommend

Good location, comfortable room. Strong air conditioning unit. Walls were thin but everything was quiet at night.

The location of the place is fabulous and what makes it more amazing is the customer service of Alessandro, he was always available for any question or request. He is super nice and was helping us a lot in our stay. I would highly recommend this place if you want to do any day tour from the port as it is 7 minutes away from port. Thank you again Alessandro for the service!

2Naples is a really good place to stay if you are travelling to Naples. Simple but has everything you need. Amazing position, exactly 14 minutes walking to Via Toledo and same to Via dei Tribunali. Close-by there are bars, restaurants and shops. On the 7th Floor but there is an elevator. Daily cleaning of the room. Alessandro, the owner, is really nice and explains you everything you need to know. Highly recommended. Nothing
