Good property, close to all nearby attractions. Plus there’s elevators.

I didn't anything about breakfast The only downside is that is was loud, the first night I couldn't sleep very well because with the noise, but after we close absolutely everything it was little more quit, it was the perfect location, clean and safe. We went to Capri and the Amalfi coast, so it was very convenient to walk to the ferry, definitely we will stay there again.

Great location, walking distance from Spanish quarters, port, subway station, great restaurants and popular tourist attractions. Spacious room, beautiful window view, clean private bathroom, A/C that works well, safe in the room. Easy to make contact with the staff via WhatsApp. Shared common room with coffee, water and other drinks (honour system).

I HIGHLY recommend Be Italian Flats. They were very responsive to my emails, let us check in a bit early as we were pretty tired. SO accommodating and she even called us a taxi for the morning. Loved our stay! Thank you! Nothing

Clean in the heart if the city felt secure in the building . Ornella our host was excellent very helpful and gave us advice and places to visit. Elevator is small but that goes with the historic building gave it a different time zone feeling in the past it was cool .

The location is wonderful, outside the university metro station, two stops away from Garibaldi train station. Also just a few minutes away from various landmarks. Outside the apartment there are various stores, coffee, mini market and of course pizza and street food. The communication with the staff is great, they are very helpful and supportive. Last but not least the apartment is very beautiful and well decorated. It is well equipped and also has a shared place with tables, coffee machines and a fridge. Nothing

Location is very good. You can hear everything in the other rooms. Even with ear plugs I could hear the people next door talking past midnight. Black silicone in the bathroom makes it look like mold. Not very inviting. No duvets or blankets on the beds. Not sure why we needed to pay late arrival fee as the 2 doors to the hotel were always unlocked every time we went back to property. So it made no difference to the staff when we actually did arrive if those doors were never closed anyway.

Unfortunately it wasn't nice there It's very loud in the room. We couldn't sleep there. It smells very bad.
