Clean, central and communicative. Right next to the Archeological Museum. Close to good food options. The 2 flights of stairs, but you’re in Italy. Not at all surprising.

The hostess Erika was very helpful and friendly. My partner and I had a long flight with a layover and were thrilled the place was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is perfect, near to a Metro station and walkable to Piazza Bellini which has a lively night life and many restaurants. No complaints!

The Napoli Museo B&B is a great spot for visiting Napoli. The room was spacious and clean. Erika took good care of us and made breakfast several mornings which was tasty and convenient. I doubt you could find a happier host in all of Napoli! The location couldn't be better, close to Metro Line 1 which allows easy access to many sites, and many tours pick up at the museum. This was a great stay! Grazie Erika! Niente

Just be advised it can be a little tough to find

The staff reached out ahead of time and offered assistance with recommendations and were very helpful every step of the way. Great hosts, the location is right next to the archeological museum and very walkable to the old district and metro line. Would stay here again for sure.

The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The room was great, everything was new and clean, great shower too. Walking distance to the museum. I wish it had an elevator, there were lots of stairs. The outside door was a little too interesting, tiny door to go through that was part of a huge door.

We arrived and Erika was absolutely wonderful! The welcome was so warm, positive, and pleasant, she helped us with everything we needed. The room was in a perfect location, and every detail was so thoughtful and made with love. Highly recommended! ?

Erika, the host is fantastic. The location is amazing, right around the corner from the Archeological Museum. I would have given it a perfect 10, except it’s on the 2nd floor, so many steps to get in.

Everything was wonderful!! The location was fantastic, the facilities unique and very comfortable, and the hosts WERE AMAZING!! Thank you so much for hosting us. This was our first trip to Italy and they made it perfect. Thank you, thank you! Nothing. A wonderful Naples experience.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Located only one block from top archeological museo and metro station. Great place for a 1 or 2 night stay in Napoli!
-
Very clean, quiet and friendly staff!! The area you have to walk past to get to places and the train are a little sketchy, but where the property is fine and seemed safe.

Excellent location close to Metro and museum. Second stay here this trip. Different room and bed wasn’t quite as comfortable as last time. Other than that more than happy and would stay again

The host Erika was so helpful and lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Called us taxis whenever we needed too. She contacted me before our trip to see if she could book anything for us which was so helpful. Bathroom is very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning at the time we requested. The b & b is just behind the napoli museo Archeologico and then right near that are bus stops and a metro station. There is a supermarket within a short walk and to get to a main square with restaurants and shops was again a shortish walk away. I have a bad back and it was fine for me. I didn't realise before I booked that you have to go up 4 flights of stairs which I find very difficult. My teenage granddaughters just ran up them though! I missed being able to have an English cup of tea, so my advice would be to take a few tea bags and get some milk when you are there.

Erika was the property manager. The apartment was on the 2nd floor, which meant 3rd floor by American standards. No elevator. And I had a 40 lbs suitcase (and I’m older). Erika met me at the front courtyard, took my suitcase and lugged it up the stairs. This was greatly appreciated! Everything about the apartment was wonderful (except the small doorway off the alley, a small inconvenience). Breakfast was brought to the room. You had choices about the breakfast items the night before. Very large shower, more than twice the size of your average European shower. The apartment is about 1 block from the Archeological Museum, which is a must see. I would definitely stay there again! The doorway off the alley is small. You might bump your head on the way in.
