I can't say anything particularly good about this B&B. Check-in is limited. If you arrive after 6:00 PM, you'll need to contact reception to check in later. You'll also have four keys: for the front door, the inner door, the hotel door, and your room. The breakfast is average and the same every day. My bed was broken. I complained, but of course, no action was taken. There were only a few drops of shampoo. I asked for more, but of course, no one paid attention. The walls are thin, so you'll be aware of everything your neighbors are doing. The location is rather unfortunate: Piazza Cavour is dirty and noisy. There's no point in staying there. I chose this place because I needed to be close to the University of Campania, but from a tourist perspective, living there has no advantages.

Clean room and only place we stayed that had a lift. Breakfast was good.

Clean room, high ceilings, walking distance to public transportation and tourists attractions. For the price I say it’s pretty great. All the receptionist was nice and helpful.

Buenas ubicación

Just the location is not so good although steps away from the metro.

Property was very well maintained and easy to find, located close to two different metro stations to be able to take either line. N/A

Very good

nothing The room had a terrible smell of sewage. The owner was no help when I called twice to complain, she hung up. We left the property. Don't recommend at all!!!

Location, bedroom and the staff. The main entrance. It looks like not a place to stay at all, and the elevator. Very small.

When we arrived (after a 24 hour travel day, so exhausted) the place was difficult to find (behind a shop up a few flights of stairs and no label on the door) the host was no where to be found. We rang multiple door bells and got nothing. Since we are from the US, I couldn’t use my phone without wifi if I didn’t want to rack up international charges but after 30 minutes I had to just do it and accept the fees so I could call the host. She answered and luckily agreed to come back but wow- was she MEAN. And I don’t just mean aggressive but out right mean. As i said, I arranged for late check in 2 weeks early and SHE FORGOT. Yet when she came back to let us in, she yelled at us the entire time and told me I never said we would be late and I said yes I did I sent an email and she just kept telling me no. I’m a tough gal, but she made me feel so, so terrible and I still didn’t have wifi so I couldn’t pull up the email yet to prove her wrong. Unfortunately we booked her on our way out too and she was very standoff-ish when we came back. The rooms were just ok. AC didn’t work in one, hairdryer only worked on low in the other. Don’t stay here. She’s awful.

Right next to a metro station, staff was very accommodating, and there was a cleaning service every day. Building was very old, elevator was manual, and barely fit 2 people. Had to carry around 4 different keys, one for the building, one for the staircase gate, one for the whole B&B, and one for the room. The gates for the building and the staircase were very finicky, and difficult to open.

Maria was exceptional. She went above and beyond to meet my needs. Maps and luggage storage provided before and after checkout. Lots of towels. I did feel safe. There were 3 keys to access the hotel and my room. Noisy at times. I could hear some through the walls. I did not have a locking safe in my room.

The building is dilapidated, old and dirty. It's scary to climb up the stairs to reach the third floor where the B&B is located. The sorrounding area is also dodgy and dark. The only good thing is the metro station nearby. I would recommend not to pick this solution if you are travelling alone. It's no value for money (and I gave them 80 Euros!).

I really liked the fact that the accommodation was very clean, the breakfast was amazing, the bed was comfortable and reception was very friendly and accommodating! Unfortunately, on the first night there was no hot water, even though I had left the tap running for 10 minutes. Thankfully, the second day, reception took care of the problem and we had hot water, but still the pressure of the water was not that strong, so it was hard to have a proper shower.

The room was big and comfortable The lady at reception was not very friendly. She seemed a bit rude. Also there were 4 keys for different doors of the building which was annoying and we hardly managed to open the front door in the evening. We were lucky another resident of the same building showed up at the same time..

Our first time in Naples and it was a memorable trip! We loved staying at this location as it was located in a very convenient spot and close to restaurants and within walking distance of many tourist sites. Maria was our favourite part of staying at this B&B. She was there whenever we needed and was so helpful with tips on navigating the city and booking our taxi and especially during breakfast time. A clean room is very important to me and I was pleasantly surprised as to how well the room was kept. We’ll definitely return to this B&B and recommend this to anyone visiting Naples!! Ciao!

Hotel is OK, but check-in process is a pain. Front desk staff has quite limited work hours and arranging check-in at later time was quite challenging as they do not respond to emails or phone calls in timely manner.
