Una notte al museo

The bed was clean and the location was very good. The black heating pot in the kitchen did not work. The bathroom smelled weird like toilet water, so we had to have the windows open constantly. The tv was broken.

Good location with easy access to public transport (metro & bus station 2 minute walk). The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. The bedroom was big enough for three people and the balcony had a nice view. When we arrived, the duvet on the bed had a white stain on it. Thankfully the hosts changed it for us the next day, but we did have to use it for that first night (too cold to sleep without it). Mornings were very loud in the street across the building starting around 7:30am. My friends and I were awaken by cars honking and ambulances passing by everyday. The room could probably use a mini fridge.

We had a great stay at the B&B. We stayed there with our 1 year old. The kitchen had the basic amenities which were important to us, for insurance a kettle to prepare a bottle for our kid. The room was spacious and clean. Very central location. Everything in walkable distance. The hosts were very responsive and ensuring that everything is going well. Would recommend the B&B and stay there again the future.

There was no breakfast, only espresso cofee. The bed was comfortable and the room including bathroom were very clear. The situation is at the center and near metro station. There is pharmacy and supermarket nearby. 1. No breakfast, only espresso cofee. 2. Any electric device does not work. TV was broken, the aicondition was off (and we felt cold) and hairdryer was dangerous of provoking electrocution. 3. Not good communication with the persons of these room (actually we did not see them) and when we text them to bring us an extra heating device because the a/c was off, they asked us two days later if the problem had been solved and of course we did not have heat at all. I am sure they believe in magic!

The towels were smelly, the whole smell of the apartment is bad. I recommend people to bring their slippers because the floors are very cold.

Room was clean, location was great. Ilaria as a host is warm and helpful. Normally I do not like places without “normal” reception, but she really did a great job. Everything were clear from start to the end. No fuss.. I recommend!

The place is well located and the room was a good sized room with a balcony. The place was clean. The breakfast could be better. It was mostly some stale cakes and packaged toast. Unless you like packaged cakes I wouldn't count on breakfast. The air con wasn't working properly and it was a very hot time. I kept on being told that the A/C was fine. It was eventually fixed on the 2nd last day.

On the second night of our stay, sewage water came up through the shower drain and flooded our bathroom. Water came into the bedroom as well and the smell was awful. The host was rude and dismissive, blamed us for the flooding, and refused to provide alternative facilities, meaning we were unable to use a toilet or shower for half of our stay. In the kitchen, the food for breakfast wasn’t changed during our stay and water was also leaking from the boiler onto the drying rack.

Nothing We booked a non refundable accommodation for two nights in Naples by booking.com with a rating of 8.4. When we arrived we noticed already the room was in a condition not according to the pictures and descriptions of booking.com. Not only the room was smelling very bad, but also it in a very bad / dirty / outdated state, especially the bathroom. The WC and water tab were broken and dirty and the furniture was falling apart. In addition the Neighbourhood and room view are also very bad. When I contacted the host, they did not respond accordingly. Ultimately I decided to check out the second day, therefore I only stayed one of the two nights I paid for.

It was just next to the Museo Station. Easy to get to the Napoli Centrale station. Great view. Friendly and helpful staff.
