The location Our flight had delays and the host put us under pressure, if we don't get it to check in until a given time, we couldn't check in and should stay on the street or in the airport. I was traveling with a child and cannot understand it. If you cannot check in after a given time, it should be written in the description that if you come after 09:30 pm you should stay on the street. It should be written boldly. We also paid extra for a check in after 18:30. The host cannot speak English and from my perspective was not friendly. The room is spacious but has no carpet and the floor is made of stone and therefore cold.

The room was very spacious and nice, close to most tourist spots, just a 20-30 minute walk away. It had a private bathroom, and the neighborhood was quiet. For the price, it was excellent. The host was very polite and kind. Unfortunately, there was no shampoo, and only three small single-use body wash bottles, which wasn’t reasonable considering there were two of us staying for three nights. The coffee cups were just two small disposable ones, and the shower door was quite uncomfortable for taller people, like someone 180 cm tall.

The free toiletries, location- it’s located very close to Metro, staff and communication The limited arrival hours

The room was pretty big. We did not get the room that we have booked, but it was fine as we ended up going just the 2 of us. The rooms did not have their own fridge, we had a shared one in the common area.

Located right next to the archaeological museum in old Napoli in a very old building. The central location close to the metro was good. We missed our flight so got there a day late. We informed our host that we would arrive at an approximate time but we got turned around so arrived later than the expectation time. I didn’t realize our host was waiting for us and he wasn’t happy. We thought the host lived and worked there, and we apologized. There was water and some coffee pods but no breakfast. Which was ok. It would be nice to have a sofa and two chairs for the little table, and some utensils for making breakfast and lunch.

The location is great. Some sources on Google say district Rione Sanita might be unsafe, but this is not my experience. Centro Historico is within walking distance and other neighborhoods of interest are easily reached (Linea 1 - Museo). The apartment complex is very beautiful. The room itself is new, clean and relatively quiet. From my booking I had understood a modest breakfast was included (0.10 cent/person/day): an offer you cannot refuse. Apparently I should have ticked a separate option somewhere. This was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless it urged me to check out great breakfast options in the area, which are plenty.

Close to main sites and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. You cannot park nearby so if you come by car it's gonna be a challenge

The room and bathroom were clean. The shower was barely functional.

Property is very clean and freshly renovated. Beds were comfortable too. We had not opted for breakfast. Far from Naple Centrale station but you easily get a Metro train. This property is very close to a Metro station and easy to get to. walking there is slightly challenging due to uphill conditions. Anyone having difficulties walking, should avoid. Parking on the streets around here seemed quite tight. Manager- Daniel was very helpful & friendly. Nothing

Lovely big, clean room. Great air-conditioning. Attentive host - made every effort to make us feel welcome
-
Basicly just the localization. The hotel owner charges for air conditioning separately, this is simply an outrage. Also charged a tourist tax per person. The breakfast is terrible because it has nothing, better not to offer. The shower drops two drops of water in addition to leaking water out of the shower stall. Towels serve as an exfoliant because they are so hard.

the location was perfect because its very close to the nightlife of the city the stuff didn't speak english so it was very hard to communicate . when you deal with tourists you must speak at least some basic english .

super clean HUGE room close to 2 metro stops. an oasis in a gritty neighbourhood no access to a kitchen to make a tea or coffee
