We stayed in the deluxe room, which is actually a spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and dining area. The building is in a fantastic location in the Chaia neighborhood, close to luxury boutiques and nice restaurants. The host, Rosella, speaks pretty good English and was very helpful to us with suggesting restaurants and orienting us to the neighborhood (she even got me antibiotics for a nasty cough). It’s best to contact the host by phone ahead of time so she can meet you to let you into the apartment. There was some construction on the building facade during our stay, but that is a short-term issue that should be over this summer.

Person was communicative, checked in with us via phone and text for when we would arrive etc. but we’ve never actually seen her. This is a room in an apartment in a building, but not the building pictured in the posting! The pics are deceiving. The bathroom/shower is tiny, about 5’x3’ and has seen better days… A week prior, we stayed in a similarly priced B&B, just around the corner, which was much much nicer and newer. The breakfast is a voucher for the bar place near the building.

Room was extremely spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The location was outstanding in a fancy shopping area, close to restaurants and good connections to other parts of the city by foot or public transport.

Location, location, location! The property is well situated near all of the shops, and then walking distance of all the touristy places. I took a Taxi that cost me about 8 euro to get to the old city. You won’t be greeted by a host, as everything is done remotely, and it is a large apartment with rooms. My room was extravagantly. Beautiful for a B&B. It was well stocked with tons of amenities in the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. I only stayed for one night, but I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay for a short time. They provide a voucher for a local bar downstairs. That offers a cup of coffee, or a pastry. I ordered a cappuccino, and it was very tasty. Honestly, for the price, this is not expected, and I’m glad it was even offered. Nothing, it was a great stay.

The apartment was beautifully designed and really cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better – it’s right by the sea, so we took a wonderful bike ride along the coast. There are also some fantastic bars nearby, along with great shops for clothing. Everything we needed was within walking distance, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend!

Loved the location and the apartment was spacious and comfortable the owner was lovely and very friendly and did recommend a great restaurant for dinner the only problem was there was scaffolding around the whole building and we couldn’t access the balconies and there was renovation going on in an apartment on the level below and started hammering at 7.30am and was very loud hat to get out early as the noise was unbearable we were not warned of this before arriving

Beautiful, well furnished apartment. The location is central to the stylish and safe Chiaia district. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Flexibility on arrival and responsiveness to questions. Delicious typical Italian breakfast in the café downstairs included in the booking. The apartment overlooks a busy street, which can generate some noise. Bring earplugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise.
